Detroit Pizza is incomparable and there is no other Pizza as good as the stuff in this city except maybe in Buffalo, and some of the slices in NYC. Detroit is flat and thick and saucy, cheesy, gooey, hot, greasy, with pools of grease in its pepperonis, like Buffalo, which is very similar. I've tried masses of DET slices. This is one of the better ones I found. Definitely in the top 20. Come and give this deliciousness a try for yourself. And now more ORY stuff. The breakfast pizza is an easy 5-stars. It isn't a combination I would have thought of but it is so delicious. We ordered a side of French toast sticks which came with four and syrup for dipping. They were the frozen kind you get at any grocery store but were still a nice appetizer. I am so impressed and will definitely be ordering again. read more

We have a Pizza Sunday tradition and for a while we were exclusively carrying-out from Lisa Tori. The wait times can be a little longer than they tell you but the pizza is pretty OK. They're the only pizza place around here that has big ole NY style pizzas (our favorite style) so we still go occasionally. I just wish they had some sort of social media to update customers when they're open or not. For a few weeks it was radio silence when you'd try to order. The phone would just ring and ring, no voicemail, no message saying they're closed. That put a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth because when you get your hopes up for one of your favorite pies but it's a gamble to know if they're open or not. read more

I noticed this place driving by during lunch time and thought I'd give it a shot. I just got a couple slices of the pepperoni pizza to go. They are big slices and well worth the 4 bucks and change. They were freshly made with the right amount of sauce to cheese ratio. The curst was perfectly chewy and overall it was just tasty good old pizza. I definitely plan on coming back. What a great little spot! These guys have great lunch specials, and the staff has been great all three times we have stopped by this week. 2 slices and a 20oz soda for $5 is a great deal! Writing a review for this pizza joint might not be very fair at this point. I only have one sample meal to make my ultimate judgment. I drive by this quaint little pizza place quite often. My coworker and I finally decided to give it a shot today. When we pulled into the parking lot, we saw the menu on the side of the building along with their lunch special: 2 slices (round or square) and a soda for $5. That's not a bad deal and right on par with Little Caesar's. This place does not have any dine-in accommodations. There are a couple of picnic tables located outside if you choose to stick around and gobble down your delicious pie. The pizza was good. It didn't blow my mind, but it was good. I chose the square deep dish cheese and pep. I'd say it's right on par with Little Caesar's. The sause on the Lisa Tori pizza was a little more bland (less seasoning than the LC hot and ready), but had good tomato flavor. It wasn't overly acidic which was nice. The crust was pretty good too. It had the crispy edges to it...very good. I'd say this is a good place to stop if you work nearby to grab a quick slice. I'm curious to see how their specialty stuff tastes. I guess that's a good reason to go back. Also, a guy pulled up into the parking lot as we were eating. He had a small pizza box from this place in his hand as well as what looked like a covered salad of some sort. He walked into the pizza joint, didn't spend a lot of time in there, then walked out with a 2 liter of Coke. Strange. After having been a regular customer pretty much since this place opened, I now will be ordering pizza elsewhere. Customer service is seriously lacking in this establishment. The order which I place was incorrect when delivered. I tried to call and ask for resolution. Basically I was given the run around by the young man who answered the phone. He actually questioned my honesty about what I ordered. I was told to just make the best of it as far as receiving no salad dressing with the large antipasta, They were too busy to deliver a salad dressing. Also the order was for a pizza without onions...but..plenty of onions arrived on the pizza. I was offered a 25% discount off my next order. When I asked for his name, he was hesitant to provide it. He asked why I needed his name. Seeing I was getting nowhere, I called back and asked to speak to the manager on duty. Again there was a hesitancy to get a manager on the phone. When the manager came to the phone I asked his name. Same response. "Why?" I asked what the big deal was with providing names to the customers. His response..."Privacy" After more discussion in attempt to resolve the incorrect order and lack of good customer service, he also implied that I wasn't being honest about the order. Really? Onions and Italian dressing?? I explained that I had referred multiple people to their business who were now regular customers. Also said that I would be sure to let them know how rude the employees were, and suggest they take their business elsewhere. At that point, the "manager" said "I can give you a 25% discount on your next order, have a nice night." At which point I asked if he was hanging up on me. He replied, "Yep, I gotta go" and hung up. This is customer service? Need to talk to the owner of this establishment. It's a pretty awful way to treat a regular customer, who also happens to be senior citizen. SAD!! read more

This is probably the worst pizza place I have ever delt with .I ordered their deluxe deep dish pizza and a 2 liter of coke and they bring me a 2 liter of Sprite and the pizza dough was raw ! So I call to complain to manager on duty he tells me first there is no refund on our pizza I tell him I dont want a refund I just want a cooked pizza .he then trys to tell me how I should heat my oven to 400 degrees and put the pizza in my oven. Then he said its raw because of what I ordered it has every topping they have to offer lol .and then tells me if I bring you another pizza I will have to pay for the delivery again. This is the 2nd time I have got a raw pizza from this place and it's the Warren location they need to shut it down till they learn how to cook pizza very unprofessional managment did not handle this in a proper manner and to top it off I payed 26 dollars for the pizza and they only returned me 20 dollars what a nightmare never again just a big warning dont do business with this place ever read more

Really good pizza. The cheese is fresh and flavorful, the sauce is delicious, the pepperoni are good, the crust is great. The cheese bread is better than any other I've had around town. The person who took my order over the phone was really nice and didn't make me repeat myself like most other pizza joints do.
