She showed me another stuffed animal and the lady ushered my child over to a basket of toys saying "these are the toys you can play with". She wasn't playing with the stuffed animal, she was holding it out to me to see. You are in a family friendly neighborhood with many families walking around together for meals, shopping, etc. Do not sell children's toys if you don't want children to touch them. It is bizarre behavior, and reading the other reviews, seemingly not uncommon. I always feel confident taking my young daughter to nice stores, restaurants, and the like, but when I'm at Castle House I feel judged and like my business turns them off. Also, in terms of shopping their clothing, everything is organized by size, not item, which is very scattered and hard to shop--not to mention hard to find matching sibling outfits.

They have so many great items, ranging from Star Wars figures, Transformers, NECA, POP figures, G.I. Joe, wrestling figures, and then also high end stuff that you can usually only find online like Sideshow 12 inch figures, Vitruvian Hacks and even Haslab items. We never leave there emptyhanded.
