This LFL is clearly a homemade model and is definitely larger than the kits you can buy. Lots more room for a variety of reading material for all the kids that walk past on their way to and from school. It a wonderful addition to the local community and very generous gift. But countersink! My only complaint is that the screws on the inside aren't countersunk. So the heads sit up above the level of the floor and tear up anything that you slide in or out.

I was so excited after failing and then eventually finding this LFL that I took a few photos that would make it's location more clear. But once I thought about it I realized that the hunt and the eventual success were the most fun elements of the process. So I'll give no more hints than this. The address is correct and the photo is accurate. The selection was a bit thin and there is an unusual amount of room inside this LFL so if your bookshelves are bulging with items you've already enjoyed here's your chance to make someone's day! Go. This is a delightful Little Free Library just inside the door of the Modern Tea Room. It's perfect…read morefor the lingering patron and I hoped it would be full of a variety of interesting, unique reading material. Unfortunately it was mostly filled with goofy romance novels. The great news is that the contents of LFL's are dynamic and always changing. It only takes a couple people with a couple donations to broaden the selection and make it far more interesting! That and the Tea Room is just delightful.

It is open so it's easy to read the titles and get the book that interests you. It looks like it is well kept and well maintained but has a limited book selection.
