I usually order ahead of time because they go fast! I've tried the bagels, fruit scones, strawberry rhubarb, PSL cruffin and the crookie. My husband has tried some of the savory pastries and he loves them. There's a lot of items I still haven't tried. Alex is always nice and friendly. Treat yourself to something sweet or savory the next time you're at the farmers market.

The staff are French and Belgian, and their accents add to the European, chaotic, friendly charm. Bring boxes or bags, because you have to lug your finds around with you and get them to your car. The prices are low because it's a warehouse sale, not retail. They usually have glass, ceramics, linens, and kids items. Vive la France!

I was initially a bit hesitant to stop by since SF already has an unofficial Broadway bar called Martuni's, but this really brought the theme to life and had a different feel to it. The decor was modest and not too outlandish but I really liked the themed drinks since I'm a sucker for puns, especially the Hamilton Highball and the Phantom of the Operum. You need to book tickets via SF Bucketlisters. Ticket includes one of three cocktails from the menu to choose from. There are more cocktails available at additional cost. We had booked the 7 PM time slot and looks like they were just finishing up Broadway trivia when we got there. It was pretty noisy inside, especially with the music in the background, so would recommend bringing earplugs. We ended up staying until closing! During that time, we had a friendly audition/competition for the roles of Sandy and Rizzo in Grease, did some group sing-alongs, and karaoke. Our host Hummingbird Meadows did an amazing job emceeing the event and did some numbers of her own. If you're a musical theatre lover, I definitely recommend stopping by. My friends and I had a memorable time and there were some pretty great performers. It was fun being in a crowd of fellow musical lovers and singing musical favorites together.
