The resulting tuning was not good and the pedals were not adjusted as needed. He was not friendly at all, never introduced himself and left abruptly. Jim's assistant Paige promptly reached out and coordinated a schedule to come tune the piano, making the whole process very smooth. Once Jim arrived for the tuning, it took maybe a little more than an hour. He was able to easily take apart and tune the ancient Wurlitzer that sounded like a run down old honky tonk piano and turn it into a terrific sounding instrument.
