Little Gyro is moi fave Greek restaurant. The owner spent 28 years in France & is a fabulous French Chef & chocolatier. He makes his own Dubai Chocolates. They are so deliciously fabulous OuiOui. He makes a small square one & a large size heart shaped one. We adore the Heart shaped ones. We adore him, we just completely adore Little Gyro. We "heart you" Little Gyro OuiOui. All of his dishes are fabulous, have a french inspired twist. He even plays all French music in the cafe, which I adore & brews freshly made ice tea, which is also fabulous OuiOui. His Gyro is not your typical Gyro. It has the most fabulous lemony yogurt sauce that he makes himself. It's 2.Die.4! He even puts little chopped up pieces of pepperchini peppers on them, again, which I adore OuiOui. It's my most favorite Gyro on the planet. But that's not all he makes that is moi most favorite on the planet. His Greek Philly cheesesteak is also moi most favorite on the planet. I'm not sure why he calls it a Greek Philly, it should be called a French Philly cheesesteak. It's completely divine on the softest French roll. A MUST ORDER OuiOui. Stopped by after a Blue Jays game and couldn't be happier that we did. The gyros were very generously sized and full of flavor. We had five full and happy stomachs when we left! The owner was so friendly and polite. We will definitely stop here again :) read more

This restaurant has been open for a year. It's located in the same strip center as Frank's Pizza in Dunedin. The staff was welcoming and friendly. For an appetizer, we ordered the Spanakopita. It was delicious and we'd order it again. For entrees, we ordered the Chicken Kabob and the Mixed Shawarma Plate. We both opted for the side salad for an additional $1.99. The salads were fine with a tasty dressing. The chicken kabob was a huge portion with sauteed veggies and a goodly scoop of rice. I would order it again. The mixed shawarma was good, as well. It also came with sauteed veggies and a smear of hummus. The staff also let us try some of their Spicy Feta and Tzatziki dips and both were great. For dessert, we ordered the Rice Pudding with Cinnamon. The rice pudding was served warm and was tasty. The ambiance was friendly and relaxed. It is a bit pricey for what it is. We can recommend Little Gyro and we will return to try some of their other dishes. read more

Delicious Greek food. We ordered takeout. My 11 year old gave the gyro meat an 8/10, and he's a picky eater. My wife and I who are vegan had the grape leaves, the hummus, and the falafel. Homemade and delicious! What a cute little place! It's just right! Kind staff, clean, and a surprise of delicious flavors! Our waiter brought us some dips to try with crispy pita chips: hummus, spicy feta, spinach/feta mix and baba ganouch. They were all delicious but our favorite was the spicy feta. We had the gyro with the spicy feta and fries and he said it was creamy and the best one he's had! I had the falafel platter which was simply delicious! Please go check them out! Three of us had chicken shawarma but three different ways. I loved mine on hummus with fabulous vegetables grilled to perfection. My brother had his on pita and he raved over it. His wife enjoyed every bite of hers on rice with vegetables. My husband loved the half and half kabobs which showcased lamb and chicken with an extraordinary amount of grilled veggies that tasted fantastic he declared. The owner, Amir, gifted us a trio of dips with toasty pita. The baba ghanoush, the hummus, and the spicy feta were exceptional! This wasn't bad. Sometimes I feel like places give you too much bread and I kind of felt that way about the pita in the gyro, but I would get it again. The Greek potatoes were good as well! We also tried the light meal chicken skewers and enjoyed it. It took a min for the food, but I'd rather the staff take time to prepare the food than giving me a mess! Will go back! read more

For us it's always great to sit outside while dining. The staff was very friendly and made great suggestions on what to order, even brought us spicy feta which was great. We each had a bowl, mine with falafel and my husband's with chicken. Also had to order the hummus and baba ganoush which were fresh and delicious. Service was prompt and done with a smile. I would not come back. The guys that work here are very nice and friendly but the food was below average. I got the lemon chicken with rice and veggies. Veggies looked old and very off putting. My hubby got a gyro with fries and salad. Just not worth the $$. The restaurant was dirty. Food and bugs on window ledge and floor. Tables needed cleaned better. I saw small black ants on the table. I was looking for a quick lunch that wasn't the boring same old, same old. This place was right by my gym and their Yelp pictures and reviews made me think it'd be worth a try. I had their chicken shawarma pita wrap with the spicy feta add on. It was a messy and delicious lunch!
