Little Hearts Day Care has been an incredible part of our family's journey. Over the years, they have helped raise all three of my children with such love, care, and dedication. The staff truly go above and beyond to create a nurturing and safe environment where children can learn, grow, and play. Little hearts is a beautiful place . My child has been attending since she was 1 years old she is now 5 . The ladies here are great with the kids. Cleanliness is important and they take their time to get to know the kids. They have a great relationship and safety. I'm very big on safety cameras with big screens. They also have hot lunch, provide food and snacks and the playground is amazing. The ladies are dedicated to the kids and they take their time. Little hearts is like a little community of family, women, children and even dads. This is a great family, a great community for your child to attend. This is the best old school family environment daycare I've ever encountered. Very clean and welcoming from the staff and the kids. My kids have only been there for 2yrs but i feel like we've been there way longer. Mrs Louiza is very selective and mindful of the staff that she brings into the family. It's always a great feeling. Most of the time my youngest never wants to leave. To the point I've actually sat in the car and waited for them to be done with whatever it was. I'm not from here and i can honestly say this daycare is a true blessing. I don't worry about anything. Being able to get through a work week and not worry about my childs well being is number 1. Of course winter time is one of the scariest moments because of germs. But this daycare keeps it at a minimum. Very unprofessional place. I called to enroll my daughter and was emailed the paperwork to bring the next day for her first day. I was told I needed to pay the registration fee. I take my daughter the next day and they told me I have to pay the whole week plus the registration fee. I advised the woman I was only told I had to pay the registration fee. I didn't have the full amount they were asking for. She had an attitude with me. She then asked me if I brought my daughter food. I did not because on their WEBSITE it states they provide break/lunch. So now I had to drive all the way home to make her breakfast and lunch. I was late to work. The next day I go to drop her off and I rang the door bell to notify that I was there. The same woman that was there the morning prior opens the door and tells me I can use the code to get into the daycare. If anyone gave me the code obviously I would've used it instead of ringing the doorbell! When I picked up my daughter I walk into the toddler room and they had her sitting in a table with a built in high chair playing with a dirty toy. The little girl next to her was coughing and had boogers coming out. They also lost my daughters new shoes that I had bought her. She only had one on and the other one was long gone. So upset with the lack of communication and disorganization. read more

My son is being sung to, read to, gets his numbers said to him, they worked on his crawling with him, as well as his walking. And different baby gestures and milestones. My child had finger marks on his arm from being grabbed by the staff. The director said the cameras were down, but upon asking the staff, they said all the cameras were up. The next day, I was asked to remove my child because he was too active for them. This only started after the director mentioned a state inspection and how all the kids needed to behave. Staff leaves in the middle of the day to pick up their own children, leaving parents sitting in the lobby waiting to pay. This daycare is the most expensive daycare I have found in researching daycares. I encourage all current and future clients of this business to look at the state website and see the complaints noted by the state inspectors on the staff shortages and staff not disciplining children correctly. read more

All of your staff and your combined years of professionalism and care of babies thru to young adults has been a weekly (4 days a week) delight for my child and has helped to shape him in the developmental years. This review is so over DO!! I am a single mother that moved to Las Vegas in 2012 to have a fresh start and was promised support from my mother but it was a promise that was soon to be broken. Long story short I went to Craigslist not knowing Vegas, Absolutely NO one in Vegas I had just moved here and hardly had the means for a daycare I ended up going to Craigslist and it was the worst mistake I did .... I ended sending my daughter back to California with family until I found the right daycare and the right place. At the time my job was on Jones and Reno and one day I happened to run into Little Hearts Child Care Center ......Missing my daughter I went in to the day care and met with Mrs.Louiza.....Scared of a daycare centers in general I felt really good about the environment as I walked in not to mention the rooms were decorated amazingly and also at the time you would get a deal with the Winsome West apartments if you had a kid attending the onsite daycare. So everything just sounded great and I felt it was time to bring my daughter back from California. I moved into the apartments and my daughter became a member of Little Hearts Child Care Center. My daughter was about to turn 2 when she started coming to this daycare and needless to say she is now 8 yrs old and still coming to the same daycare, I have taken her out of this day care 2 times to safe some money but I only last a couple weeks and then I end up coming back. Trying to safe money is not worth it at all,No daycare is like this one......The care and the love she has gotten here and all the things she has learned here you can't find anywhere not even at the Safekey at her school across the street. I have trusted my daughter at this day care since 2012 and I hate that one day it will be coming to an end. This daycare has learning programs that has helped my daughter throughout the years not to mention she was fully potty trained here as well as learning to walk,talk, sing her ABC's ect. Everything you can think of that has to do with child development she has learned it ALL here, as a single mother I struggle in so many ways but I don't know what I would have done if I never found Mrs.Louiza , This is my daughters first home and Mrs.Louiza is everything to her as she is to me, She is understanding in so may ways that I wouldn't know where to start or where to end. Little hearts child care has been an absolute blessing for our family. Not only do they have affordable rates, flexible times, & a clean environment but their staff is incredible. After 3 daycares in the valley that we just did not like for one reason or another we found this one. Our daughter has learned so many songs & words from attending child care here. Ms Louiza is an amazing director and we see her almost every time we drop our daughter off. All the staff is friendly, helpful, welcoming, and loves our daughter as much as we do. If I could rate this Child Care Center a 10 I would. As a single mom, new to Vegas almost two years ago, Ms Louisa helped me with open arms. She has an amazing bubbly personality that any child can fall in love with and has a really huge heart. All the ladies that work and take care of all the kids are so patient and kind and all have great personalities that most parents would want to take care of there kids everyday. Also, during this pandemic, Ms Louisa and the teachers were there when I needed them, having an essential job at the time, Ms Louisa made ways to work around the schedule I needed to be able to stay at my job. They truly care about you and being able to help you as much as they can. The center is always clean and organized and have a lot of things to offer for the kids learning. This was my daughters first ever daycare that I had put her into and the teachers were patient even if my daughter cried almost everyday when i left and for almost two years, all the ladies were always so patient and were happy when she came. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CHILD CARE CENTER, and they also work with Urban League for those like me who are single parents and they will help you as much as they possibly can. We had our 2 (almost 3 year old) enrolled in Little Hearts Child Care Center since December of 2021. During the initial filing of the entrance paperwork, we noted that our child has sensory and behavioral issues - the staff assured us that they were prepared to handle this exact scenario - IN FACT we spoke to the Director herself who assured us they were capable of handling these types of scenarios. Over the past three months, the staff has taken issue with our child - in particular, the Director Louisa Nacer. They have complained multiple times about his behavior - however have continually failed to inform us when issues occur, when incidents occur (including him almost breaking his nose and coming home with a bloodied face), and haven't given us any specifics as to what they need on our end. We have our child enrolled in OT, therapy, and have taken extensive measures to improve the sensory and behavioral issues he is challenged with. Mind you - THIS IS A CHILD WITH DEVELOPMENTAL CHALLENGES they are discriminating against and mistreating. Two weeks ago, our child made a mistake and bit one of the teachers. Louisa Nacer called us to tell us that he was not only suspended, but if this happens again that he would be immediately expelled. Mind you - this is the very first incident where he has ever bitten anyone in the daycare. When my girlfriend went to pick him up, Louisa began what in my opinion is one of the most uncouth, unprofessional, and insanely ill-mannered aggressive rants against my girlfriend. During this rant, she told my girlfriend that "she has 10 reasons to hate her," that "she sees why our son is so aggressive," that the "OT therapist doesn't care because she's not willing to go to their daycare for treatment on site," that she has been "harboring anger against my girlfriend because of a comment she made to our son IN PRIVATE about him not liking being dropped off," that we should go back to the daycare that worked for our older son WHICH IS IN COLORADO, and in one fell swoop said that "his tantrums are out of control but that they have learned to handle him." We requested and had our OT go to LHCCC and observe him there; and of course they didn't find anything out of the ordinary and didn't observe any destructive behavior. On top of this payment at LHCCC is difficult; there is no payment portal - you have to pay with an individual and they have to be taken away from their duties to do so. We also had difficulties obtaining the standard tax documents after making multiple requests - we had to go through our bank statements to get this information which isn't something we should have to do. We also had to ask six different times for a zero balance letter and had to hunt Louisa down to get this taken care of. And of course, the zero balance letter didn't have our name and had incorrect dates. This place is just a mess. Louisa has to be one of the nastiest, least professional, and abhorrent excuses of a Child Care Director I've ever encountered in my life. The fact that I wasn't there to defend my son and girlfriend to this sniveling cruel fiend makes my blood boil. We will be reporting Louisa and the Little Hearts Child Care Center to the Department of Health and Human Services Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH). We will also be reporting their ill-business practices to the BBB - and fortunately for us; my occupation is in marketing - I will do everything in my power to spread the word across every channel possible on their terrible business practices and their mean-spirited, unprofessional, and straight up out of pocket Director Louisa. read more

This is an overdue review. My son started at Little hearts right before his 2cnd birthday. My son took to the teachers, and the owner right away! Mrs. Luiza-the owner was very helpful in vocalizing to me that she had a concern about him not speaking enough for his age. I also thought that, but I am not around children all the time, I had no other child to compare his speech to. Come to find out my son could not hear. He had surgery, but was still delayed. The staff at Little Hearts was extremely understanding with his disability. I know he could be difficult. As a first time mom and a first time working mom I was hesitant to leave my beautiful girl but I was so grateful for all the little hearts staff and Ms. Luisa for helping my baby with the transition. As an overly protective grandmother, I felt certain that no day care center would be good enough to care for my angel, almost 3 years old, who has never been separated from her mommy since her birth other than the play dates she has had with me. I seriously contemplated quitting my job to care for my granddaughter myself when my daughter became employed. The experience at Little Hearts Child Care Center has been a true Blessing for us, my daughter, granddaughter and myself. The owners and staff are exceptionally professional and at the same time so loving and patient and concerned for the children. They read books and teach numbers, letters, shapes, creative projects and more. The children enjoy a clean and positive little environment set up so sweetly just for them. We are so happy and feel truly Blessed for having this wonderful place where our little girl is sincerely welcomed by the staff and the other children. The director/owner here is amazing. If only I could say the same for the rest of her staff. The first couple of days my son (age 2) went here, he ran off into his area fairly happily and it was nearly impossible to not drag him out screaming since he wanted to stay so badly. A little while longer, however, and the opposite became true. He didn't want to go in and was quick to run out to me. As soon as we'd get in the car, he'd grab his snacks (bananas, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc - healthy stuff) and water. I'd pick him up super hungry and super thirsty. After a few days of picking him up super thirsty and super hungry, I sent him to daycare with a lunch that I know he loves, let the caregiver for his area know about it and that she'll need to open it for him, and thought that it should solve the problem. Well, each time I opened his lunchbox to see that not only did he not eat anything from it, nothing was even opened for him. The woman who was with him when I'd pick him up (different from the morning time) said she didn't know what he ate nor how much, if anything. He doesn't speak English as his first language and everyone there knew that, so it was difficult then to express what he wanted when he wanted it. Regardless, at age 2 the children should be regularly offered something to drink (and not just from an unfiltered water fountain spouting out Vegas' recycled sewage water). In his time there, about a few weeks total, he made almost no progress in learning English and has done better on a public playground in gaining vocabulary and confidence in speaking. Each time I'd come and drop him off, the kids were watching TV. Each time I'd come to pick him up, the kids were watching TV. I get that these are transitional times and the shows are educational, but if this were what I was seeking, I could just drop him off with a neighbor's house for half the cost (not that it's expensive at Little Hearts, but I didn't send him there to watch television). If Ms. Louisa could clone herself for each of the sections of the daycare, I'd go back in a heartbeat. The price is right and the hours are fantastic for those with non-traditional work schedules. It'd be worth going out of the way a few miles if the staff were changed. read more

Great center for parents that want personalized attention and care for there children. It is not a large corporation where child is another dollar figure. The owners are very kind and have children in the school as well. The hours are very accommodating for Las Vegans who schedules are not 9 to 5. Open on the weekends is also a huge benefit. The young woman who owns the the center has been in child care and development for many years. Her staff is hand chosen to follow the core beliefs that she has in place. I am very happy with the care my 4 year old, energetic, child receives at Little Hearts Child Care in Las Vegas. He has been attending for almost 1 year. They have an enriching curriculum, fun activities, and healthy snacks. They even helped with potty training when he first started going. Every time I have arrived to pick up my son, he is always in a good mood, and sometimes I wait for him to finish his book or current activity, before leaving. I haven't seen anything that concerns me when picking up or dropping off my son. The staff has gone above and beyond when it comes to my child's care. My son has been attending Little Heart's since May of 2021, he was 9 months old at the time. I cannot express enough how happy, impressed, and love the staff at this daycare. They all have gone above and beyond for myself and my son, they have made us feel as if we are family. My son had anxiety when he first began attending, not only did the director herself, Mrs. Louiza, and the entire staff helped my son get through his anxiety issues and made the transition for a working mom much easier for us both. Now my son is in the toddler room and it is wonderful. He has an art project every week (sometimes 2 or 3), he has learned how to count, sing, expand his vocabulary, dance, he has gained confidence and most importantly friends. They monitor the kids very closely and if my son has a fall or any issue I am notified right away. They make sure that my son is drinking enough water, eating all of his snacks and his lunch, and making sure he has enough wet and dirty diapers while he is at daycare. The facility is always very clean, the kids are always happy and the staff is happy to be there. Mrs. Louiza helped me apply to get daycare help from the state and helped me through some difficult times in my personal life. All of the teachers and Mrs. Louiza are wonderful people and truly care about the families that attend Little Heart's. I am so happy that we attend Little Heart's and I am glad to know that my son is at a safe place and well taken care of while I am at work. Ms. Louiza and her staff are AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough great things about Little Hearts! I have two children ages 4 (almost 5) and 2 1/2 who currently attend school here. They have both been enrolled for over 1 1/2 years, so I can attest to the consistency of care and education here. I had my oldest enrolled in two other schools in town, one a pricey day care in Summerlin, and Little Hearts is by far the best. Little Hearts is small and feels like more of a home daycare/school environment where the children receive personalized attention vs. the big corporate centers where it feels the directors care about money only. Here, the staff genuinely cares about the safety and well-being of our children. I read a couple of the negative reviews and I have no idea what those people are talking about. I am generally a pretty harsh critic and I cannot say enough great things about Little Hearts! I will list out a few. 1. The school, kitchen, bathroom areas are always clean and smells nice. Seriously, of course you can smell if a child is having a diaper changed after going #2, but the staff does an amazing job of airing it out just like you would do at home. 2. Ms. Louiza is serious about reading and education generally! Little Hearts offers special programs where people come in and offer special reading time, music time and other events. Also, the kids play outdoors and have a ton of creative art projects as well. Incredibly well-rounded. Both of my daughters are speaking and counting at advanced levels. 3. The tuition is more than reasonable and comparable to other day care facilities in the area. Importantly Ms. Louiza will ALWAYS work with parents if an emergency arises regarding payment. I've witnessed her tell parents that she would work with them on payment plans, etc. No to be abused of course, but she makes you feel like family and not just another payment. 4. In the 1 1/2 years of attendance, we have had only a couple of incidents like a fall or a scratch and we were notified immediately and told that alcohol/band-aids would be applied. If our girls run a fever, we are called immediately. The staff does an amazing job of watching out for sickness and other issues. 5. I love that Ms. Louiza incorporates parties for nearly every little holiday and birthdays to make all of the kids feel special. 6. We live in Summerlin and commute here because of the amazing care for our children. So although the area is a little "rough" and busy since it's between apartment complexes, I've never had any issues with safety. The doors are generally locked unless someone is at the front desk and you have to be let in. If Ms. Louiza does not know the person, they cannot walk off with your child. I never worried about anything being taken from my car while I'm inside which was an issue at another facility. 7. Finally (I could go on and on), Ms. Louiza is the heart and soul of this place and her staff is awesome as well. There are some new teachers and they all introduce themselves and make me feel comfortable with them. It is always a scary, daunting task trying to find child care. Our kids are everything and Little Hearts is the absolute best! I feel so fortunate to have found Ms. Louiza and look forward to both of my daughters attending school here until Kindergarten! read more

We love Little Hearts!! My son was 2 years old when he started attending, & had never been to pre school or a child care center before. All of the staff were very caring & sensitive to that. The director Ms. Louisa is very personable & truly cares for all the children & families who attend. She takes the time to get to know each family personally & each child; she is the one who often fills in for the teachers when they go on breaks so she really knows all the kids too. My son's teacher, in the 2yr old class was amazing; Ms. Akeela. She has a great disposition for that age group, very calm & patient. My son learned so much, singing songs, labeling colors, counting to 12 & getting along with his peers. Little Hearts has just the right balance of loving care & education for children. Absolutely the best! Reasonable rates and caring staff! Our daughter has been here for 2 years and we drive out of our way now to keep her here! They treat her as their own and are 110% trustable! Our daughter will be starting "regular" school in the fall and not only have they prepared her she cries at the idea of having to go to a different "school"! I am a foster Parent and I highly recommend Little Hearts Child Care Center! All of my Foster Children have gone here so far and I wouldn't want it any other way!! Louiza and her staff are amazing!!! They Genuinely care about my Kiddos and give them the extra love and attention that they need! I love that they incorporate education into their child care cirriculum! I admit it is a nice facility, but a total scam!!! The owner louiza tried to manipulate me, take my hard earned money and she almost did until i asked for a copy of the rates and she totally had the nerve to lie/blame and say her husband didnt change the rates on the company policy and it was the old policy. Honestly they dont care what situation you are in, she doesent know what she is doing, and a childcare that deals with schools, parents and children should always be updated. She should be ashamed of herself, so quick to take money from you, and gave me a pity apology. I caught her dead lying to my face & to save her self she gave me my money back with a re-written reciept. For her mistake today earned a bad reputation. She under estimated my intelligence and played me like a fool. Im 26, work a full-time job and i would advise anyone coming here make sure you pay attention to the company policy she will try to take advantage of you to. I will not take my child here under a con artist. read more
