We were hungry for Italian and Little Italy really hit the mark. The Pizza was excellent, breadsticks cooked just right, marinara was sweet and delicious. Lexi was our waitress and did a great job getting us seated and served. She was attentive to our needs and everyone of the staff worked together to deliver food items to our table, and Lexi checked on us regularly for drink refills. The atmosphere overall is nostalgic to my trips to Italy. Thanks for making our visit to Hot Springs that much more enjoyable, we will come to Little Italy again.

One of our favorite places in Hot Springs. We love the cozy atmosphere. The service is great! Check out the baked ziti and the chicken parm. Both extremely tasty. Bonus would be the fried ravioli! Give them a try.

It was delicious. We had chicken Alfredo, mozzarella cheesy garlic bread, meat lovers pizza, and a Caesar salad. The garlic knots came without ordering them, and they were soooo good. Everything was yummy and had a nice homemade taste. The Caesar dressing was a bit different but tasty. We thought it tasted like thousand island mixed with Caesar dressing, so if that doesn't sound good to you, don't order that. Otherwise, we loved it, our daughter loved it and it was all around tasty!

I hear about this place on the Hot Springs foodies Facebook group a lot, so being back in town, I had to try it. I see the appeal, it's fast, relaxed, and affordable. We were quickly greeted by a friendly guy and could choose to sit anywhere. Unfortunately, the calamari was not good. The squid was only head meat and it was very rubbery. The batter was also very thick and lacked any seasoning. They should just take this off the menu. The server kindly took this off our check. The free garlic twists were perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle. The side salad that comes with your entree is really good! I'm always pessimistic when it comes to salads at a pizza restaurant, but not only did this one have fresh greens, it came topped with really tasty crumbled cheese and a pickled pepper. The house tomato vinaigrette was delicious! My partner had the spaghetti and Italian sausage. The sausage had a good crumbly texture, was sweet, and had a lot of that fennel seed flavor you expect from Italian sausage. My eggplant parmesan was great. While the tomato sauce was simple, the eggplant was fried to perfection and the breading didn't get soggy. If you like eggplant, you should get this dish. This is a great lunch spot for sure.

Delicious bread. I mean, like, REALLY delicious

Of course I went in here with several reviews being read and considered. There were a few that seemed too gushing, so I thought those might not be legit as they weren't elites, I usually count on honest elite reviews only. Dug thru a few and found some very promising comments and was confident in dining there. I was a bit worried when the only other table sitting in the restaurant and eating had to ask for bread, not a good sign. We were obviously greeted promptly and our drinks and salad and wine arrived right away. As I has heard the other table ask for bread, I figured we would have to do the same. Waiter assured me it was on its way. Sure enough within just a few minutes of asking, fresh hot bread arrived. As described in other reviews, the crust was very lightly crisp, while the center baked perfectly, not a disappointment. We ordered an X L pizza, passed on the XXL as we are camping. I also ordered the eggplant Florentino based off someone's review. .my husband reminded me how disappointed I usually am with eggplant, but I was hopeful. The huge pizza arrived and an XL is definitely large enough for 3 adults, but of course we , me, is an over achiever, hence the pasta. I was ready for eggplant Florentino, but chicken Florentino was delivered. I didn't even care, it looked and smelled delicious. ¹apologies were made, no harm no foul. The pizza was very good, I did take one bite for review purposes, the light scattering of basil provided that extra something that makes a good dish, better. My chicken Florentino was delicious and despite wanting the eggplant, I was completely enjoying my dish. Definitely high marks for great food and above average service. Prices were indeed very good as others have mentioned.

The food was average. It was not homemade. The garlic knots were hard. The boleneese tasted like tomato sauce. The salad was iceberg lettuce in a bowl. Chicken Florentine was good because I like cream, garlic, and mushrooms. It was unsalted which I prefer. My husband ate half and salted his. The chicken was thin cut and unseasoned. I assume they throw it in all the chicken dishes on the menu. After the meal we had a dust up with the manager and waiter over the bill. Three stars for the excellent red blend from Yakama Valley in my home state.

The food was surprisingly good, they did a great job on baking stuff, Like their bread and pizza. It's crispy on the outside, just crispy not hard, very soft on the inside. Love their house salad dressing and the pasta was in a huge portion. Overall their food is not too heavy on the flavor, it is just right.

Not sure of they have new owners but its a new menu. Server was unable to describe what some items were. The appetizer looked like it was made by some kids in a college dorm. Took almost an hour to get food and food was room temperature.

Small and cozy restaurant! Can comfortably fit a table of seven. Decided to try out this spot, as we were traveling from Texas. The waitress was very sweet and attentive! The manager was also patient and accommodating. The food was filling, well prepared and quickly served! Plan on leaving some room for the tiramisu dessert, it was definitely a highlight!

This is my worst experience of ordering food. I placed the order on the phone and was told to pick up the food in 15 mins. I arrived 25 mins later and found that they messed up the order qty. They corrected the qty and told me food is getting ready in a few mins. I stayed in my vehicle waited 15 mins, and went inside to check on progress. It was not ready. Then Waited another 15 mins and went inside. I am out of patience and told them just bring me whatever is available. 5 mins later, chef came out and told me that food will be ready in 12 mins. What the hell, is this how you play with your customer? I basically waited more than 1 hour for what is supposed to be ready when I arrive. I do not care bout your flavor or how many positive reviews, you guys totally messed up, Shame for you!!! I will give 0 star review if this option is available.

Closing while diners are still eating!!

Nice cozy cafe. Staff is friendly. Best thing is the wine selections here. Entree servings are generous. However, I struggle to find dishes that are well prepared. Overcooked pasta with NO salt. Sauces are meh. Olive Garden might be better and that's a shame. I want to support local establishments but the kitchen needs re-invention. I fear too much is pre-packaged and/or no Italian cooking skills are present. Note: They stop seating at 8 pm. And, they turn over chairs on tables while people are still eating.

Tried Little Italy for the first time. Really good food and outstanding service. Shout out to Malachi for for his exceptional customer service. He was very polite, attentive and made a great first impression as soon as we walked in the door. First impressions are everything and he nailed it. We had the spaghetti bolognese & Frutti di Mare. Definitely going back.

Just call the week of to confirm it. Now onto Feb. 14, 2026 (Valentines). Had reservations at 6pm for two. Our server was great, golden waitress that night. Got seated promptly. The place was gradually getting more guest but no big tables yet. The chef and kitchen staff are who got under my skin that evening. They use to be accommodating to a request. It was their way or the highway that night. I wanted the Veal dama bianca over pasta and not the veggies and potatoes. They wouldn't substitute for pasta that night, knowing your pasta station is always going because you're an Italian restaurant. To me, that would have been easier to do for your guest than plate it with all the veggies and potatoes, which aren't that good to begin with, paired with that dish! I would have gladly paid an up-charge for pasta to get what I wanted. ZERO accommodation that night. I will be back, but I was very disappointed with the kitchen staff this past Saturday night. I was really looking forward to that dish. Jay's Italian Villa and Via Roma are the only two places that served that dish. Jay's is no more, and Via Roma has the best Italian food and options in Hot Springs. Glad they did get back the osso bucco on the menu.

The whole thing was a big disappointment. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were obviously leftover. They were hard and dry. After tasting a meatball, I didnt eat them. Actually, the server pointed out a guy in the kitchen and said he was a Michelin rated chef...sorry, but no way. Doing a search, I read that there are no Michelin rated chefs in Hot Springs. I ordered an expensive glass of red wine and it was served in a small white wine glass. Anyway, I'm not going to waste my time bashing J&S. I think I've made myself clear. I made fun of it when I read the sign as my father would eat Vienna sausages but this is not that, so good! First off, the pizza was absolutely incredible. They call it Chicago-style, but honestly... I lived in Chicago for 14 years, and I can't think of many places there that beat this pizza. We ordered the KO Pizza and it was outrageously good. Perfect crust, loaded with flavor, and the kind of pizza that makes you stop talking for a minute because everyone at the table is too busy eating. The place was packed wall-to-wall, so service took a little while, but it was worth every second of the wait. Honestly, when a restaurant is this busy on a Sunday night before Memorial Day, that usually tells you everything you need to know. Also worth mentioning: I ordered a "small" side salad... which arrived in what appeared to be a family-sized serving bowl. My mom and I ended up splitting it because apparently Rocky's definition of "small" is "feed a softball team." Prices were shockingly reasonable, especially for the quality and portions. This place is a true Hot Springs institution right across from Oaklawn, and if you've never been, you absolutely need to go. It completely lives up to the nostalgia and hype. And a special shoutout to Jamie the bartender -- infectious smile, bobbing her head to the music while pouring drinks, and bringing such a fun, welcoming energy to the whole place. People like that are part of what makes restaurants memorable. Can't wait to come back.
