This is a family style restaurant . I don't even want to state how nasty the pizza & spaghetti are, eeeek! The only great thing about this spot was the server, Amber, she was nice & attentive. I had to try it, I will say the place was nice and clean. Good friendly service. Was recommended the calamari (I don't!) if you have had even mediocre before you won't enjoy that. However.... The veal Parmesan was extremely good as well as the side of meatballs, also very good. My wife had the Italian trio and it was very tasty Also. Everyone is friendly. We were greeted & seated immediately! Mozzarella sticks were as expected. The steak was decent. Flavorful but a bit over cooked for my hub but he said it was very tender. Chicken Alfredo according to my son was a bit salty & chicken was good however his plate was licked clean! My other son got the chicken parm. He said it was juicy & well cooked. Been there twice when passing through. Food has been on point each time. It's now my go to when in that town.

The food was good for Arkansas. I got the Italian combo and it tasted fine, but the presentation was off. The ziti, manicotti, ravioli, and something else were all piled on top of each other and covered with sauce and cheese, making it difficult to distinguish the different items. Service was less than you would expect in a nearly empty restaurant. Seafood pasta dish had mussel shell pieces in pasta. Not a pleasant crunch. Shrimp weren't peeled and their were also shell fragments in the pasta. Unpleasant surprise. Baby clams were no more than chopped clams like for clam chowder. This is the best restaurant I've found in western Arkansas. The food is superb, the service is professional with a dose of good humor, and the home dinning room gives off a relaxed vibe. The live music outside is surprisingly good in a rural west county in Arkansas. The menu can be as expensive as you want. The Pizza is first rate and blows away the corporate pizza available elsewhere. The menu has a full Italian menu. Plus, the specials are beyond excellent. The wine selection is the best I've found in my time in Arkansas. This is a place you have just have to try. read more

Driving thru Arkansas and just happened upon this place. So glad we did. First off the staff was excellent. As for the food......absolutely wonderful. The stuffed mushrooms were a pleasant surprise. The fresh rolls with the marina dip was addictive. I had the Linguine with white clam sauce. Best I ever had. My wife indulged in the veal parmigiana and she loved it. The only sour note was the butthead at the next table. When presented with the credit card bill to sign he got loud at the waitress demanding to know why she did not know who he was. He then had his juvenile daughter sign the bill, still while making a scene. Luckily the waitress took it in stride and when Mr. arrogant left everyone went back to smiles. I have eaten at Little Italy a few times and was never impressed. Why did I go back a second or third time...Quite simple, it's the only game in town for Italian food other than Pizza Hut. I spent most of my life in NY and NJ so maybe my standards are higher than that of the locals. The wine options could be better also. read more

My husband and I are in town staying at the Queen Wilhelmina Lodge. We have been checking out different restaurants in Mena and this is by far the best one yet! We're both very critical of restaurants since we've both working in them most of our life. The waitress Kaylynn was personable, she knew the menu and made great suggestions. She anticipated our needs and recognized that we were on a motorcycle so she packaged our desserts so that they would fit in our saddle bags. We got a bowl of the Diablo sauce to go with our bread... Wow. So much flavor and worth the $3.99. I ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Jerusalem which was chicken and shrimp in an Alfredo sauce with mushrooms and artichokes. Only complaint was the chicken, it was rubbery and had a funky flavor, like it was boiled... still a 5 star meal, just cut the chicken next time. My husband got the rib eye steak and shrimp. It was supposed to come with spaghetti/sauce or vegetables or French fries... he upgraded to fettuccini Alfredo for an $2.99 up charge. It was worth it!! Flavorful steak, buttery and juicy, cooked perfectly. We got the lemon cello dessert and turtle cheesecake to go. We're too full to review them right now but they look delicious! The restaurant has a romantic ambiance. The tables twist through the restaurant so you're not sitting in a large dining area. We will definitely be coming here again next time we come up to Mena! read more

Our favorite restaurant in Mena, AR. Had lunch and dinner several times during our road trips. If you like eggplant in a spicy sauce, try the "Eggplant Alla Ari". Their "Lobster Ravioli" is popular and it is absolutely delicious. Other entrees like "Chicken Marsala" and "Chicken Parmesan" are solid dishes. Check out their daily special boards when you walk in.
