What's better than going to a play place to have coffee, let your little one play in a modern and clean playground and getting a smoothie afterwards? Environment: very clean, spacious and modern. I love the art decor and all the modern toys that the little ones can play with that's a big jungle gym. That's good for one and a half-year-old and up. My little one absolutely loves it. The creativity of the place is so fun. There's a small little hospital and a supermarket and Ava's ice cream place. This really gives the children a creative mind to have fun. Coffee: very particular with my coffee and I gotta say for a place. Their coffee is absolutely amazing. They have different seasonal drinks like the WonderFALL latte. You can choose options like a coffee shop from adding pecans to syrups and cream foam. They make them so good! I rate this a 10/10. Staff: super friendly, very welcoming and always on top of cleaning the toys and restrooms. Events: this is what attracted me the most. When being a member you're a little one can play any time, have a café to grab some coffee, a seating area with a workspace and on top of it all they do events for members like a Galentine's Day for the Mamas, Noon years eve balloon drop and much more. She had her kids running around and they were at the event space the first 45 mins to an hour of our 5 hour time slot and showed up the last 30-45 mins of our time as well. She was just lingering! Very strange! Finally we cleaned and made sure the space was put back how we found it, honestly better then how we found it because we had wiped all her table and chairs down prior to the event. She said we were good, and said we would get our deposit back in 3-5 business days. She SCAMMED US AND NEVER RETURNED IT. After I texted and called she blocked me on social media and my number as well. $200 gone. She is rude and honestly odd, we were booking for my sister's baby shower, and as we were setting up she was going on rambles about her personal miscarriage and negative baby related things. A second employee gave us new skates without question. After about 45 minutes, my son had a blister the size of a quarter on his foot so went back up to get skates one size bigger. That same employee rolled her eyes like we were making her job so hard (there was no line). Two suggestions: (1) be proactive and interactive and take a moment to see if the kid's skates work, and (2) retrain the bratty teenager who doesn't really want the skate rental job. In the rink, things were pretty good but you have to watch out for (1) tiny children who don't know how to skate wandering everywhere, and (2) kids racing around like they're Apolo Ohno qualifying for the Olympics.
