Once inside we were greeted and direct to a side cocktail area with circulating canapes and flowing drinks. Afterwards we were directed to the main dining area which was immaculately set to the point of being intimidating I made sure to keep my elbows off the table. Bathrooms were very nice though the mens bathroom was a bit of a venture to find from the dining area. Overall its certainly got the stereotypical country club feel. Service: Very good - servers were all incredibly kind and attentive, I was certainly one of the more uncouth guests and I wasn't good at hiding how much I liked the canapes, the servers seemed to enjoy that and made sure to circle by me a bunch which I greatly appreciated. Only issue I had was a joke I made to I think the manager? not sure - where they brought out these absurdly tiny sundaes and I joked asking where the adult size was... Apparently jokes are not tolerated at the CCC - I was given the "you clearly don't belong here look" lol. If I'm going to stay competitive in my business, I better start getting competitive on the course. Where to begin? Coldstream Country Club is the cat's meow of golf courses in the Cincinnati area. Located just far enough outside the noise of the city but not too far that it takes too much time away from the day to take a lesson. The drive from the city's center is just about 20 minutes and it never seems that long. For me, holding the golf club for the first time was as awkward as a blind date, but Matt, my golf instructor, eased me in to the stance and my game! That's right, I said game! I'm not going pro anytime soon or, ever really, but I absolutely feel that after the 4 lessons I have had that I have improved exponentially.Give me 4 more and I just might be able to go out with clients. He helps me help myself! He is an amazing golf instuctor with loads of experience and time on the course. Matt is extremely attentive and observant. His critique is professional and sensitive to my competitive, have to be awesome at everything nature. He allows me the opportunity to call myself out on my own mistakes and gives me a chance to correct them. I did learn the dress code the hard way. So, follow it carefully and be conservative! To be on the safe side, wear khaki pants and a shirt with sleeves and a collar. Nothing revolutionary for a country club, but these rules are nothing to push the envelope on.

Our party of a hundred or so had plenty of room in the banquet hall next to the bar, which was well stocked and served.
