When I go to the train station is usually clean and is now very updated compared to the one I use in Babylon. It's kind of behind sunrise across from Mulcahy's and the spoon. On that side, where you can go in to talk to an employee to get tickets for the train, there is a screen on the outside of the building with a list of trains that are going to stations and it tells you if they're on time or not, which is nice. And also tells you what time they're coming in so that way you're not running and guessing when you get there. I like the fact that they have it on the outside because now you don't have to run in the building to see if they're on time or late.

Compared to some other stations I thought this one was great , there is an indoor waiting room , you buy your tickets from a live real person LOL and also has beverages and a food cart outside . I was really happy that I chose to come to this station today , I think I'd rather take the extra few mins drive and go straight into penn station without a transfer and no more waiting in the cold ! I tracked it down to this station and when I asked them behind the window in the station customer service booth he told me all lost and found items are brought to penn station. When I explained to him that my keys were here he was extremely rude and told me it wasn't. So I rang the tile key and it played and he still didn't let me have my key. LITERALLY SO FRUSTRATING. I'm still fuming. Never come here if you need to talk to someone! USELESS. now I have to wait till my stuff comes to penn station. And take a trip down there. Make sure you are getting on the correct side of the platform depending on where you're going.check the schedules as not every line stops here. There are ticket kiosks and an indoor waiting area. It's alway better to get your tickets before you get on the train. This is usually the first or last stop before or after Penn Station. Easy ride.

This was serving the area long before that. Get here for a cheap way to Barclays Center. It's much better than paying a ripoff for parking. There's also plenty of transfers.

The message boards display when the next trains are arriving which is helping to know how far along the trains are especially if one misses the train and has to wait. Depending on which entrance one goes down, it can be a trek to get down to the subway if one is going uptown or downtown...trial and error until one knows their way around.

Great way to stay dry if you work in the area during the winter or the rain storm and have to get from the train station to Path/Brookfield Place, etc. Various exits will lead you to where you need to go, but one should know or have to figure out which exit to take or ask someone. Escalators in the Fulton Center will lead you to certain trains - mid-level is the 4,5 and lower levels are the rest. Follow the signs. The Fulton Center Station also has Dunkin and other eateries where you can purchase snacks and food if you need to grab a snack before you head to/from your destination. Also, refill your Omni card now that Metrocard has been retired, or just tap your credit/debit card to pay.

I mostly go to the front of the platform the J going to Jamaica since the front of the platform is much more bearable. The end of the platform got a lot of smokers. J trains take forever to come compared to the 4 and 5 trains, which come like every second. Sucks that the J trains take forever. Got so much anxiety and impatience waiting in this train station. Also sometimes the train is packed when the previous station is Broad Street, the last stop on the J train. So why is the J train packed with no seats at Fulton?!?
