I've seen my kiddos blossom into polite and caring kids with skills that will have them ready for kindergarten when the time comes. Also, the Director and Assistant Director have been extremely accomodating wtih schedules and flexing time with half/full days to help with some extra lessons we have in place for our child. Its been a huge stress-relief to have this as a home base that we can count on when we need care. Its really been a great experience.

The teacher show a genuine interest in the kids and really do love every single one of them. I was a first time mom and didn't know of another place that would be so close or affordable. I kept my daughter here, truly for the convenience of distance and price rate. However, many times I would have normal questions I would think a typical parent of a 1-2 year old can have and there were times they didn't have an answer for me. Sometimes they were not willing to accommodate our family needs, yet that's part of what they claim they stand for. Please understand that my daughter was always happy to go there because of her teachers. The teachers do the best they can, but they lack appropriate training and sometimes resources. My biggest issue was with management. From my personal experience, since I am a teacher myself and deal with parents and here management was never the most professional with me as a parent. It really hurt me that we felt pushed out. They wouldn't accommodate my schedule and didn't guarantee me a spot for my daughter. They said they would let me know in advance and never did, which led me to find another school and know about my options, because they wouldn't give me an answer. As far as academics is concerned, my daughter didn't learn much there. They would play all day, hence she was always happy to go. I never saw a real progress in her learning. The administration was never willing to accommodate a family who had already been there for 2 years. They didn't care about losing us and pushed us out. Another issue was that there was no one you can take formal concerns to. They were all extremely close at a personal level and I knew I would not be heard. I would only recommend this place for your child's care if you want them to play all day and you want good rates. But be aware if you are 5 minutes late, you will be charge per half hour. I have to be honest as I never felt my daughter was neglected or in danger, but definitely didn't get the best educational experience there. This place could be a better place for families around BR if they take a better business management approach, which they have lack of.

The administrators and teachers have always gone above and beyond to be transparent and problem solve. Most importantly, the kids have never felt the impact and receive outstanding academic enrichment. Specific to Covid, all I can say is that they are doing the absolute best they can and we appreciate it. They have managed multiple Covid cases with the strict guidance of the health department and brought parents along every step of the way. Personal opinions on vaccination aside, I've been impressed by their swift actions based on science and truly believe they are looking out for my son as if he was one their own. Zadie's is an awesome familial community - especially for families new to the area. I highly recommend.

It's clear that the teachers and staff truly care about the children - they remember things about our son from his preferences to details as minor as his favorite color. He always arrives at Zadie's happy and eager to spend the day with his teachers & friends. As it relates to COVID, Zadie's has done an excellent job of keeping parents informed, and mediating any situations that need attention. It goes without saying that managing a childcare facility during a global pandemic is nothing short of challenging, and Zadie's has done a fantastic job keeping up with the ever-changing climate as it relates to COVID and keeping our children safe. We couldn't be happier that we chose Zadie's for our family!

As a first time parent, I was very nervous sending my daughter to daycare, but the teachers were wonderful with her and so patient and reassuring with me. The directors and staff are also very accommodating of the needs of the parents and are more than willing to work with you if you need help. My daughter has not only been well cared for, but she has also learned so much. The teachers are so caring, compassionate and creative. Weekly lesson plans are sent out so you know the theme of the week and all the activities they will be doing, which range from reading, music, science, sensory bins, practicing fine/gross motor skills, playing pretend, nature walks etc. The activities are just so creative and engaging for the kids. For example, today my daughter made a fire truck cookie using graham crackers, icing and Oreos. They also have someone come in and do a music class with the kids twice a month and yoga twice a month. There are also other additional optional programs offered such as dance, sports, and art. The enrichment activities are amazing, such as having visits from fire fighters, police officers, dentists, Santa as well as the teddy bear clinic, pony rides and at Halloween, a trunk or treat. They even offer a free evening event for families at Christmas time all Polar Express themed, with various activities and pictures with Santa. Summer camp is also incredible with weekly splash days on the playground, princess balls, dinosaur shows, bubble shows, petting zoo and field trips for the older kids. My daughter has picked up so much so quickly, all because of the varied experiences/activities they have provided for her. Choosing Crawlers to Scholars has been the best decision my husband and I could have made. We truly feel like we hit the lottery with this daycare.

They never believe the challenges and behaviors he showed there and for a kid who had a hard time with speech, I now know these behaviors were his distress call. Poor buddy. They make the 4 year olds wear uniforms (never disclosed), all children must use the school provided backpacks (never disclosed) amongst other school related decisions we were not disclosed. When we attempted to get our registration fee back we were told we're weren't charged tuition and the charge wasn't enforced as a "good faith" gesture. Pretty much you're lucky so no your $600 registration is ours. The owner was absolutely rude and snarky. The education director is cold and very rude. Make sure you ask every question you can think of because they don't ask, don't tell.

Our now 2yo daughter started at Primrose of Florham Park last summer after we relocated to the area. During a time of such transition for her, Ms. Samuels and her other teachers provided so much nurturing, love, and compassion for her. She has since transitioned into the Toddlers class where Ms. White and Ms. Santana are loving and patient with her antics AND she learns so much. Over Christmas, she came home one day and just started naming colors (at 18mo!!). She now counts as she goes down the stairs. It's clear that education truly is the foundation for everything they do and that they do it with love for each child. Lastly, I will say that in addition to her teachers, our daughter has great relationships with people at Primrose who aren't even her teachers - Ms. Cathy, Ms. Joseph, etc. To me, this shows that the culture at the school is amazing in every classroom environment. Another benefit of going to Primrose is the app they use - Procare. This may seem trivial but it's been a huge upgrade from our previous daycare. You can customize notifications to get real-time photos and updates from your child's day. And, on tough mornings, the school will send extra photos to reassure you that your little one is okay. Regarding COVID-19, the school has taken critical precautions that thus far have prevented any school shutdowns or outbreaks. It is sometimes inconvenient to keep our daughter home with a cold while we wait for a COVID-19 result; however, it gives me peace that everyone else has to do it too. Overall, we're so glad that we chose Primrose. And our daughter is too - she squeals when we pull into the school parking lot most days.
