They really listen to everything you want & try to match exactly what you are looking for. These 2 are the most patient people I've ever met...they did my daughters one month pictures & it took over 7 hours thanks to my uncooperative little princess & you never heard a peep out of them, roll of the eyes, nothing!! All they kept saying was "take your time" "do what you need to do". They are more than accommodating. So accommodating I couldn't decide which location I wanted to do my maternity shots at so they suggested we do both & we did!! One in the morning & one in the evening. As far as timing goes to get your edited pictures, they have had all of ours done & fully edited within 48 hours & one set there was about 170 pictures!! I thought at first there was an error, so I contacted Nikki and explained that I hadn't received payment. She was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Months went by without payment. A couple weeks ago, I emailed her again asking for my payment cause its been almost a year. And again, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I explained that if I didn't receive my payment for the shops I completed, I would be contacting Storage Rentals of America and requesting payment from them since the three shops were for their company. She replied If I contacted Storage Rentals of America because of this situation, she would contact schedulers with other companies and have me blacklisted. I refuse to be blackmailed by company that scams mystery shoppers
