First off let me say how quickly Matt got back to me when I contacted him. You just never know when you contact someone without a traditional storefront what you're getting. He works out of a non-traditional working environment but don't let that discourage you. This man is awesome. When I downloaded a SIMS game in my laptop it caused it to slow down to a snails pace so in trying to remove the program I removed the operating system and was left with the dreaded black screen. I contacted Matt to get an idea of what might have been damaged on my computer from faulty electrical wiring.
