This most recent visit was extra special , my daughter had her hair styled by Hailey for her Halloween costume (Rumi from K-pop Demon Hunters), and she absolutely nailed it! Hailey is so sweet, patient, and always has the biggest smile and most positive energy. The braid came out perfectly and totally completed the look. We've also celebrated a birthday party here before, and it was over the top fun! The girls got their nails and hair done, then wrapped it all up with a dress-up fashion show that they're still talking about. I had brought pictures to show what I was looking for and we discussed the possibilities based on my hair and it's fine straight texture. It was so refreshing to not just be rushed to the shampoo bowl! She took her time with the haircut and I felt like she was cutting each strand to perfection. The result was not only what I had wanted but was as I had imagined. Melissa is very likable personable. Shop is clean and is still being improved to add additional services. Super sweet and so easy to chat with - again you don't want to leave! The girls make you feel so at home. 20 years ago, a stylist in downtown NYC blade-cut my hair and it never looked that good again. I've asked for it before and I guess it's either a dated or awkward way to cut hair. Nicole understood and gave me that messy texture I've been looking for. I'm a mess and like my hair to match that mess. LOL. She nailed it. Point being, she listened and gave me what I wanted! Not Just a Haircut! This was a fantastic experience.
