Great little family campsite near Quakertown, PA. Stopped here for a night in Fall 2013. Stayed in basic tent site (no water, no electric) because we wanted to be far from others. The put us in a nicely secluded area that was perfect for the night. The place seemed very family friendly with activities, playgrounds, pools, and an activity center. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because the bathrooms were only located near the front offices. It would have been nice to put bathrooms at the activity center, which is half-way through the grounds.

They have miniature golf which the grandkids love. Granted the gameroom needs serious help 1/2 the machines are down but on a positive note keeps more money in the pocket with the g.kids lol. There is a nightly hayride n bonfire on the weekends for the gkids also. You do have to pay a fee even if they visit for a few hours on a saturday which i dont mind but i do think others ignore that rule. The seasonal site fee is comparable to others however the owner tony (very nice man) works with you. Everyone we came in contact with including other seasonals have all been very nice. We trust our camper there and know some of the seasonals will look out for us as we would do the same for them. Yes there is a few that definatley should clean up there site and make it look bad however maybe in future things will get stricter where that is concerned. We just make sure ours looks great with the flowers and always cleaned, never cluttered. People complained of the bathrooms cleanliness however i have never seen the bathroom unclean, its always been cleaned. I use the one attached to the rental office. And i met the cleaning lady, she is also nice. Regarding the loudness, again its a campground and ppl are on vacation. We have stayed several fri/sat nites and it has never been loud past a decent hour. So before you get scared go check it out and remember its camping. If you want the ritz then go to the ritz. We love it : )

They have a stocked pond on site as well as a pool, splash pad and mini spa. We've stayed on sites- W-4, W-7, F-4 and have had family stay in Cabins throughout our time here. All sites and cabins are well kept, tidy and provide both elements of a private and social gathering. The bathhouse is near the main office while the other restrooms throughout property are no more than a 2-3 minute walk from your site. The cabins do have a full bathroom and you do not need to hold and press to keep the shower head on. The Cabins also offer a gazebo with propane grill. The nature trail on site is short but can be challenging with unlevel ground and nature's confetti (wet leaves) ultimately bringing you towards Lake Warren (bonus there is a beautiful koi pond on the right hand side of the residential gravel road in the residential area). Past the pool area there are also basketball courts and a tennis court. Every weekend there are activities that are family and budget friendly. We can't wait to return.

Great campground! Fun weekend!…read more We rented a cabin the Thursday before an especially stormy weekend. They had plenty of openings and since it was off-season we only paid $60/night for the smaller cabin. The place was mostly deserted due to the weather, but we had a great time. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The pool looked excellent, but the weather prohibited our use. The location is a bit of a drawback if you're looking to hike in DWG. But it was about 35 mins from New Hope/Lambertville, and about 20 from Nockamixon State Park. So there is plenty to do in the area. The only complaint we had is minor- there was very little shade in the cabin site and the cabins were really close together. If there had been another family in the site next to us it would have been a little awkward. All in all an excellent find. I would definitely go again. But I think we only had as much fun as we did due to the lack of people on the grounds. So this is a biased 5-stars.
