I arrived and paid for the processing and a young lady retrieved the cardboard box with my deer and I asked about my cooler. She then located the cooler and as I began to transfer the packages to the cooler I noticed that the handle was missing. So, I ended up paying for the processing and the destruction of a perfectly good cooler. Next year I will purchase a meat grinder and do my own processing. I have been here before and I have purposely avoided eating anything there. You walk in and it is apparent that this place has not been cleaned in a long time.
