Refused to sell to my family and to a friend of the family because "we aren't from around here". We are from Texas and visit Little Rock often and our friend is from Conway (a dry county). Never heard of a business refusing business before. They told my husband he would need to spend some money inside before he could buy a whiskey he wanted. Nice enough liquor store. Very much overpriced and staff is not all that helpful. Overall I would plan on paying 15 to 20% higher rates than your average liquor store in your local town. The craft beer selection is the best in Arkansas I have found yet. It's a real treat to see a store that actually cares about WHAT they have on the shelf. The buyer holds things back and because of that you can get things here that are sold out everywhere else. This store is a bit out of my way but I make the trip because of WHAT they have. After a long drive from a wet county, I am eager to get in and get back on the road home. If you have a sizable order, try calling it in and having it ready for pickup. It's easier on you and they can avoid a rush and fill it while you are in route. I use this most of the time when I make a run to the 'candy shop.' That's code for liquor store in my dry county. Big brother lurks everywhere. Phillip, Eric and the rest of the staff are always eager to assist. If you have a question about something, then ask. If they haven't tried it they will be honest. This place has excellent customer service. Members of the family who own it work there.The staff here are very happy to discuss the products and aid with selection. There is a reasonable selection of bottled craft beers although the real feature is the rotating selection of drafts they have available to taste and fill growlers. Prairie Bomb is a better price this way and sells out ridiculously fast. (It usually costs $27 for 4 12-oz bottles and tastes like dark beery heaven) There are also regular tastings of other products. I have never used the drive through window but it appears to be very popular and I have seen staff helping customers even select wines from inside their cars. read more

Very disappointed! I have been going here for a couple years, it's convenient and I have always decent service. Not great. Yesterday I stopped on my way home in the drive thru for a 12 pack of beer. When the cashier ran my card and gave me my receipt, I asked if the price was for a 12 pack or 18 pack thinking they might've rang it up wrong. He commented that "this is not the 70's or 80's anymore". I mentioned that I can go to the gas station and get it a lot cheaper and he said "have at it" and slapped the door. I was shocked and disappointed because you have lost mine and my family's business. We will go elsewhere where cashiers are not rude! read more

My kinda place they are always busy but certainly take the time to acknowledge their customers. If there is something you can't find they will put in a special order to see if it's available for you. On Wednesday they have Wine tastings and on other days they have other kinds of tastings. They will price match any current ad from another store, they also offer discounts on Weddings and Parties. They are truly one of Arkansas's best stores for your spirit shopping experience. read more
