Great food and service. They make a lot of it in house. The fresh bread was amazing. We will be back next time we stay at mystic lake.

This place gets way too packed for comfort. Went on a Saturday night thinking it would be more chill than Mystic but it took us a while just to find parking in the little lot. My friend had to park across at the mystic side and walk over. When we walked in almost all the machines had someone sitting them plus people gathered around them. It was very overwhelming. We did a lap and ended up just going over to mystic. Glad it's smoking outside only now. That's a positive, I guess. Overall as a non gambler I probably wouldn't go back. read more

My 90 year old mother and my husband and I came here to celebrate some good health news. We played, we won, we lost. We had fun. We like the choice of slots and the selection where we can play three of the same machines at the same time. We also like that it is still smoke free! We ate dinner at the restaurant and had a great meal. Quiet seating with a very nice server. I had the Mac and cheese with garlic toast. It was delicious! My husband had the fish tacos and loved them. My mom had the half soup and sandwich combo. She loved it all but really enjoyed the wild rice soup the most. Parking here is so much easier than the bigger casino especially when you have someone with limited walking ability. It is very easy to drop off at the front and park and then go get the car and pick up at the front. read more

Sadly, after this occurrence, someone left a note seen on surveillance when I went to my car. Prior Lake police took the report and initially I was told they saw the individual waiting for me to see the note. As a stalking victim it was terrifying. Two months later over a ten minute interaction at most, Prior Lake police claimed he had taken off earlier. Around this time, I was pulled over 3 times in that area, not once cited, but informed Prior Lake police had followed me 5 miles before stopping me. This has not made me feel inclined to return soon, has created havoc on my life when I wasn't trying to avoid drunk drivers, wet roads and a tire light on I didn't know if I was going flat. read more

We've been coming here for years and sadly the food has taken a huge dive into the dumpster. We ordered take out tonight and not only was everything cold, we order the pho and there was about an inch of broth in the bottom. By the time i put the noodles in, the broth was basically dried up. I could go on but I'll stop for now. When we called and spoke to the manager, she was beyond rude. In fact called us rude for calling to tell them what happened. Take out buyer be ware. Stay the hell away if you want to win or at least play for a while, it will NOT happen here!!! I have been an avid player for over 20 years, have always been able to win at least once a month or every 6 weeks, we go often but that was not been the case in the past year. This year I have not won a single cent, and its Memorial weekend, its been 5 months since the last time I had won anything!!!! That has never happened to me here, EVER!!!! IM an avid Keno player only and besides myself I have talked to the other regular Keno players and they have all stated the same thing. My hubby plays all penny machines and hasn't won since last August. You can't even win enough to play on for a while, unless you just bet $.05 each time. Its not worth the drive or money to go here anymore, its horrible. I have been going for over 20 years, it used to be a fantastic casino to play at, but in the past 2 years its done. I went to little six Sunday and spent roughly 2 grand following a win , came on Monday spent 300 bucks and still didn't qualify for free luggage . This is so ridiculous! Says alot on their client rewards! read more

I got 2 walleye dinners and it was awful it wasn't even crispy and it was supposed to be Fried and crispy never again. No taste no flavor it was really bland. read more

Horrible customer service!! Had a wallet stolen 10/14/23 and there so called security wouldn't do anything! Thief's used credit card at there casino and won't check the camera and then hung up. read more

I lost $1300. Big deal. I've lost more than that before. I could care less--you should expect losing going in. What cheeses me off is a lack of service and there was plenty of it on my last and most recent visit. Problem #1: They have a complimentary charging station for people to use while playing games. I think this is an excellent feature. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember the PIN I selected when locking my locker. That is my fault. What I found unacceptable was having to wait for an interminable length of time (at least three hours) before the security supervisor was able to help me. I was told to hang by the charging station as the supervisor would be by "shortly". So, with that in mind, I wasn't even able to play while I was waiting. 90 minutes later and three calls to the help desk later, I finally asked if someone could page me. They said yes. I played for another hour or so and lost the rest of my bankroll for the evening. The supervisor was still "busy". I was finally helped around 4:30AM, which was at least three hours after I initially called for help. In the event that someone is incapacitated, another member of management should be able to assist guests. I was later informed by another patron they observed the supervisor fraternizing with police officers in the parking lot. Problem #2: I played blackjack for a while on the $20 4-deck game. An older dealer came to the table and was the biggest prick I've ever dealt with. Male, salt and pepper hair, facial hair. Can't remember his name. He showed no concern if you lost a big hand, double down, etc. The only time he remotely seemed interested in my play was the one time I bet a $2.50 chip for him. He returned to being a jerk after that, so no further tipping was warranted. I'm a level three player and was closing in on moving up to level four. No need to worry about that now--this place and their sister property have lost any of my future business. Will head to Treasure Island when I feel the itch to gamble. As its a good bit away, I probably won't be going very often. Great job, folks. I did write their GM a letter (an actual letter!). I will update if/when he responds. ETA as of 8/31/18: Their GM called me yesterday, profusely apologizing for my experience. He told me he understood if I didn't ever come back, but he did add free food and free play on my account should I make the choice to return. I've upgraded a star based on this contact. We were there for a couple of days, staying at a closed by hotel/casino. The place needs lots of improvements, most of the slots machines were dirty with old cups and cigarette butts. Kind of depressing. The only good things was the bartender that fixed us the best Long Island Iced Tea. She was super nice and we left in a good note. Also, lots of ill looking characters, thugs and shady people. read more

This was a much better casino than mystic, we tried mystic once and lose our butts off. Went to little six the day after and won a lot of money. Much smaller casino couldn't get lost in it fewer games to choose from. But overall my definate choice of the two. Of course I'm not a big gambler so it's hard to judge on something I'm not too familiar with. read more

We are from Chicago and came here Saturday night. The casino itself was milderly dirty but that wasn't the issue. It took all of our money! Unlike the casinos in Michigan and Indiana, this one had the slot machines all mixed together and they were quite old. The area itself inside was quite squished and the casino is small. The second hand smoke was deathly too the lungs and you could get lung cancer just by taking a first breath. Next time we will try out Mystic Lake instead and hope for the best! read more

I enjoy playing slots for entertainment. I also enjoy the higher limit slots. I won a decent amount while playing up here. But it never compares to the losses I receive up here. I almost feel cheated when I leave this place with such a loss. Receiving no playback, bonuses, anything that might make the loss more entertaining would be nice. The smoke filled atmosphere is also really bad. You'd think they would have made it smoke free by now, or have a smoke free section. I enjoy playing slots, but they really need to make losing more enjoyable. read more

I win or break even about half the time here; machines seem looser than the other area casinos, with a nice selection for a small casino. The secondhand smoke is atrocious; most of the patrons smoke and don't care if their smoke drifts into your face. (Many will even get offended if you let on that it bothers you. The smokers think they own the place.) But the staff is friendly and the restaurant has a great T-bone special on Tuesday night. read more

I am from out of town and was visiting family in the Twin Cities and went to this casino in mid-November. I was playing blackjack and got hot and was up approx. $4600. Some big fat guy in a suit, along with several of his henchman came up to me and told me I had to leave. When I asked why, they said that I was counting cards. The accusation was incredibly ludicrous, and sounded like something out of the Movies. When I asked them what proof I had, and that I'd like to talk to the casino manager, the fat guy grabbed my collar and said I had to go or they would arrest and handcuff me. To add insult to injury, they refused to pay me my $4600, but only would give me the $500 I started with. I have never heard of such a thing and I play blackjack in casinos about 25 times a year for the past 10 years. I did speak to an attorney about this and he told me not much I could do since the courts don't have jurisdiction over the casinos because they are on tribal land and are sovereign. It would appear that this casino has no problem accepting people's losses, but will welsh on paying out winnings. Unbelievable... read more
