This was not the quality we've experienced in the past. The most unacceptable moment occurred when another patron misplaced his chair while getting pull tabs, and a bartender asked my husband and me if we took it. That was an inappropriate and uncomfortable accusation that should never happen to paying customers. Between declining food quality, unprofessional service, and mishandled customer interactions, this establishment is no longer meeting even basic expectations. We're taking it out of our rotation. Until major changes are made, I would not recommend this place and would strongly advise others to spend their time and money elsewhere

Not sure how to describe the sauce. I had the Steakhouse Salad, rare. It was ok, not great. The meat was rare as ordered, but it was tough and had an off flavor. Not like a rotting flavor, just like a bad cut of meat. The tomato vinaigrette that came with it was not great either, too much fake smoke flavor. My partner had the Scullers Famous Hot Angus Beef sandwich. He said it was really good. The meat was just a little chewy, but sliced nice and thin. The garlic mashed potatoes were really good and the gravy was amazing. Total was $92 with 3 drinks and a tip.

If we hadn't had cash on us, we would not have been able to leave anything. Maybe they don't expect people to tip, but again, it was just another confusing part of the experience. One thing I appreciated was that they had gloves available to use when dishing up food. That was nice, especially if you are concerned about germs or contamination. Overall, I would not seek this place out again. We probably won't be back unless someone in our friend or family group really wants to try it. If I did go back, I would probably only go for dinner and hope there are more hot options and tastier items. Who is this place for? I think it is geared more toward families and groups. It could be a good option if you have picky eaters or if everyone wants something different.

(Neither of which stated they were there for the event, and was seated at two of the empty tables.) I want to be careful about making assumptions about anyone's intentions, but as a diverse customer, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome and questioning whether I was being treated differently because of how I looked. There was no clear explanation, no alternative offered, and ultimately no opportunity for me to even experience the restaurant as a first-time customer. (Attempted to come back another day, was told the same thing, and was advised I could have beer, but no food or cocktails @ 6pm. Simply just left and gave up on this place.) I understand that businesses can have private events, capacity limitations, or other reasons for turning customers away. The issue was the lack of transparency and the way the situation was handled. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, mine was that I wasn't wanted there. The location itself seemed like it could be a nice place, which is why the experience was disappointing.
