The shop was a very cute hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Upon entering, we were greeted by an older Asian chef making the rolls. I ordered their Rahway Roll with shrimp tempura for takeout, and it was amazing! The sauce was delicious, there wasn't an excessive amount of rice, and it had a generous amount of minced salmon and large shrimp, which I loved. The tempura was still very crunchy, even though it was takeout. It was just one roll to satisfy my craving, but it was really satisfying. Great prices, good food based on the one roll I had ordered. The next time I'm in Rahway, I will definitely keep this place in mind.

(That should have been our first sign). If you didn't want people to eat there, just close the inside and do just take out.
