I love their cheese. It is like nothing I have ever tasted. I bring home a few blocks and become a little absurd over how my family uses it. This cheese makes me very happy. I will eventually make it to the store and imagine it will be very typical of a very small business in rural Nh... which is to say... charming... and also not amazon.
