My first was their higher ABV IPA. That was not bad but did not hit me. Next in line was their Porter, again not bad but not what I was looking for. I settled on the No Quarter ESB. It was good enough to bring some home! We enjoyed the live music, they were very good to hear! Will probably make another stop before we depart the area.

One thing that did not change was the delicious brews- so worth the trip. And, all of the employees are so friendly and helpful. We went on a beautiful day in August. Sat in some Adirondack chairs and enjoyed the beautiful scenery while sipping on great beer! I had Arthur and George. I love how many of their beer is named for family members- their stories are fun to read. Very family and pet friendly. We brought sandwiches, but there was a BBQ food truck on the premises. We bought some cans to bring home. I would strongly urge beer lovers to check out Hill Farmstead-guaranteed deliciousness.

The outside area is super cute, the inside is unique and taverny, and the staff were so nice. I also loved their merch. What left a bad taste in our mouths was the beer (literally). I so badly want to love this spot but the beer is just bad. We are avid brewery visitors, locally and around the country, and even have friends who brew and this is the only spot where no one at the table wanted to finish a beer. We ordered 2 flights both times to get a sense of everything they do, and every single beer was mediocre with a horrible aftertaste. I wish this spot would work on 1-2 flagship brews and make them taste as good as the spot feels. We probably will not be back and with so many other great options around, wouldn't recommend.
