If you're not in a spot with an amazing view, the best parts about your $100 a night stay this place has to offer are the ability to high five your neighbors because everyone is parked so close together, pretty clean bathrooms and the ability to do laundry. It is what it is, somewhere to camp/sleep at night while being able to check out Yellowstone during the day. Would I camp here again? Probably not, it's a little too close of quarters to my neighbors for me, but hey, you might love it.

Nice clean room. We were only in the room to sleep. Large enough for two people. Very simple but completely fit the bill for us. They also had WiFi. The only problem with the room was the AC. It didn't work consistently. The second night it got warm and stuffy in the room. When we were packing up to leave, it was pretty warm too. Got the room for a good price. If air was functioning properly, I would have given 5 stars. Good bargain.

Such big logs hand built by the owners, the massive rock fireplace, everything about the place is open space, big sky, big mountains, big bright stars, comfort, quality, beauty, private, quiet, animals, all in the mountains next to Yellowstone Park. What a great time for all our family and friends, come and go as we please to the park, fishing yellowstone river, horseback riding and zip lining right next door over a hill. There are restored family homestead log cabins down on the creek below the lodge which you don't see. They are all nice, clean, comfortable, cozy beds, trampolines for good exercise after being in the car, lots of room for the kids to run, the dogs, cats, and horses all love the attention, very friendly. The buffalo weren't brought back to the ranch yet because of the wolf activity and owner says wolves haven't bothered the horses too much, must prefer elk & buffalo meat over horse. Us too. It's a maintained mountain road with a stunning creek with lots of water/rock action that runs the whole way. Animals in the way at bottom of road, elk came in early morning to deal with their hidden babies, don't try to take one of these babies home, leave them alone for their mama to come back for them. Loved loved loved it.

This was our first time whitewater rafting and we seriously had the best time!…read more Our guide was Cadence and she was so cool! We chose the 2-hour, 8-mile trip, but they have a lot of other options available as well. We had a really great group with us too! We enjoyed the class 1-3 rapids and also enjoyed swimming/floating in the calmer sections of the Yellowstone River. When you're done, they meet you at the river and bus everyone back to the office, rafts and all! We brought our cell phones in waterproof pouches, but they also have a photographer that takes photos and the package is really reasonably priced. They delivered them electronically and I got them within a half hour of our trip! This was such an amazing experience and I'm so glad we were able to do it! Thank you so much Flying Pig Adventures!

I stayed here for July 4th without making a reservation for camping and no problem finding a nice…read morespot by the river. Although the price went up a bit, I stayed here second time. Aside from the mountains, camping spots are beside a bridge and the wide peaceful river. Most include a picnic table. The Northern entrance to Yellowstone National Park is only a few miles away. There's WiFi located around the main office and showers with individual shower stalls and curtains are only a few miles away.
