During a traumatic phone…read morecall whilst he was the on-call doctor for a severe reaction my wife had to a medication prescribed by Buffalo IVF, he repeatedly called her "honey" and told her to "just calm down." He dismissed concerns throughout the call, treated us as if she were simply being hysterical, ultimately hanging up leaving my wife in tears. Rather than taking responsibility for the situation or offering support, Sullivan left us with the impression that he considered her unfit to be a mother, by requiring psychiatric sign-off for routine testing. He made our reproductive choice a matter of medical bureaucracy passing us around between other providers, effectively abandoning us. We initially considered continuing with other providers at Buffalo IVF, as other staff seemed competent and compassionate, and we requested to not work with him. On reflection, however, it is deeply troubling that a women's health clinic would tolerate such sexist behaviour from its staff, let alone owner. Reproductive care demands empathy, respect, and professionalism. Sadly, our experience at Buffalo IVF showed the opposite. We strongly urge others to seek care where patients' dignity is valued. Don't waste your time here.

Nothing, she said I needed to come in for a consultation at $250 just for the doctor to tell me the possible steps and prices. I understand that she is not medical (I worked many years a medical secretary) but how do you have absolutely no clue of anything. I called the other facility that my OBGYN gave and wow, night and day. They couldn't give me an exact plan or cost but they were able to give me an idea of what the cost and process was going to look like. I see a lot of the low scores for this facility are mainly because of the office I say call CNY Fertility.

When I was finally supposedly matched, they immediately insisted for payment for services. Then, a month later they came back with the donor was taken off the list for HEPATITIS. The second person I was on a waiting list for also disappeared once I was supposedly second. At this point, I don't believe the donors are even real. This location has 0 respect for you time! It's extremely hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone and messages take a long time for anyone to bother to answer, especially in regard to billing. Their costs are close to twice what they advertise due to additional costs they insist upon. When you request a refund due to their games, they will insist it takes 6 weeks. This was what was quoted after it took a week to even get ahold of anyone, which is ironic when they want you to pay up in 10 days! They also want $110+ shipping for my husband's sperm. CNY was extremely reckless by not pre-testing the donor for STDs prior to requesting payment and shipment of sperm!

After reaching out to a ton of people, I heard of All Care For Woman and Dr. Nabi. I decided to make an appointment and hope for the best. I am SO glad I decided to give another doctor a chance. I love the location of this office, you can tell the small touches they do to make it a more home lkke environment. All the staff is friendly and EVERYONE is knowledgeable. Dr. Nabi herself is hands down my favorite doctor I have ever came in contact with. She's welcoming, friendly, incredibly smart and really listens to you and your concerns and needs. She also tells you like it is, she doesn't give you a run around. She talks to you, gets to know you and explains everything going on with you and the steps decided. Her cute white dog is a huge plus, I love dogs so when I saw that little fluff ball walk in with her it made me feel more relaxed. Thanks to Dr. Nabi and her team I finally am feeling more like myself and the treatment they have me on is already working for me and I can't wait to see how I will feel in a few months! There should be signs in the waiting room about using phone for videos on silent or with headsets. Because they already have a tv making enough noise. There should also be signs saying you can't use the cell phone as a phone in the waiting room. Headsets are needed. The welcome reception desk is nice. Well organized. Pleasant. Smooth. The appts seemed to be running on time. The rooms were clean and didn't feel cramped. The exit process was easy and smooth too. All in all this was a good place for a dr visit. They lost a star because the waiting room isn't managed as well as it should be. A few signs and a little bit of enforcement from the front desk staff will do wonders. I'd point out the tv isn't needed, or at least the volume doesn't need to be on, closed captions would be fine.

The doctor was alright, but not very informative. You don't get to see the doctor, nurses do everything. They were nice. The doctor we were seeing has made us lose a lot of time because she hadn't diagnose us correctly. We moved away from upstate NY about a year ago, and I had to call and request a test result from this office recently. As soon as the person on the phone had heard that I was a former patient, she become very uncooperative and extremely rude, and suggested ignorantly that I should take the test again.. The nerve.. She had no idea what an infertility patient goes through. That is why I am giving this place the one star. Stay away from this office if you can.
