So she answer the phone in the office while she is doing my brows, then few students who paid to learn starts showing up and one she just put in a room to watch some videos while the others waiting in front. She was constantly on the phone trying to get help while doing my brows which i told her she is making me nervous and she isnt focus on my brows. she tries to multi task. After my procedure she didnt know how to set up payment, she wanted to take a picture of my credit card and said she will erased it after she charge it she just needed help. I refused and tried helping her set up venmo but her phone kept ringing. I found her on zelle thats how i ended up paying her. i wonder why all her workers left..she bite off more than she can chew...so she isnt quite right so i strongly recommend DO NOT GO TO HER!. My brows ended up being so close together! She scheduled my appt herself, i drove 2 hrs to see her and she is a NO SHOW!...i called and texted her even the day before and the day off but no answer. Cant leave messages cause her voicemail if full or her office hasnt been set up yet. Texts were just ignored. She didnt even call to say she is running late or she isnt going to be there!...The office is close so their website, the written times that they're open are not accurate!...I was so disappointed how unprofessional she is, ive been going to her for years and she use to have people setting up appts, desk people to answer phone, do billings, now she doesnt, thats probably why she is setting appt, herself, she called me herself to schedule and appt and for her to not show up tells me a lot about her unprofessionalism. They look natural so if I want a more dramatic look I'm adding a bit of makeup still. The healing process was not bad- slightly darker brows for week 1 and peeling in week 2 but totally worth it. I'm looking forward to getting my 4-6 week touch up! So far so good though. I highly recommend. Tonya was really patient with me and worked to get my eyebrows like I wanted.

So results were asymmetrical. 2 mo post treatment I contacted the DA number via text to update my injector, maybe I needed more units to that one side or maybe placement was off and they said they'd let her know to get back to me to discuss. I followed back after 2-3 weeks since I never heard back from Rachel so I texted them again and received similar response. 2 mo after first reaching out, I have not heard from Rachel. As a health care provider it is difficult getting time off for an appointment to follow up with the same injector so I might have to go back to the Elk Grove office now (although it seemed that the dysport was too diluted there initially)

I finally received a response from Michelle with the request to send a photo of my eyebrows in their current state. I sent a selfie of my brows TWICE and heard. . . crickets. NOTHING. I'M DONE. After must research I found a comparable and perhaps a better technician who returns every text, email, and phone call. The procedure does take time and hurts like no other! Microblading is worth it as it can last a few years! The pain from the needle can be crazy! They use a numbing cream, but apparently it didn't work as well as it should for me. No matter how much numbing cream they used, I could feel every prick of the needle. My results never looked as clear and sharp as you see on social media! My results look a little smudged. I don't see the individual "hairs" as you see in the pictures online. However, from afar, my brows do look okay. For some reason, I feel like the healing time much longer for me. You have to let your brows scab over and not pick them! It is so difficult not to want to remove the scabs, but let them fall off on their own! If I had the time and money, I would consider keeping up with microblading. As for my appointments, every single appointment I had, the technician was running late!
