I get pretty skeptical going to a new place because I usually fill my head with "what if this?" and "what if that?".My ultimate fear is going to a new person and they 1) burn me or 2) rip the top layer of my skin off or 3) both...lol Well look no further, Judy is amazing, personable, and professional. She made sure I was feeling comfortable and at ease. She does NOT double dip her sticks in the wax which is number one for cross contamination. I grew out my eyebrows for MONTHS so they would be thick and easy to shape symmetrically. and they are now super thin, but still uneven. one of them is prominently thicker on the sides and the thinner one is now missing an upper arch. i'm sad because i now have nothing to work with or else they'll be way too thin. i asked for just a cleaning up, same shape. i didn't get that. i will have to wait months again to grow them out. really sad about this :(

When I called to complain about the burn she tried accusing me of lying and saying she had "witnesses" and that my hair was like that when I came in. Girl, my scalp was not all bloody and matted with scalp excrements from a bleach burn when I came in, as Patty did this to me. She also couldn't remember what day it was that I came in and seemed extremely confused about what was going on. However she did accuse me of lying about her shoddy work and burning my scalp. I now don't trust ANYONE to do my hair after this experience. The absolute worst by someone who probably has early onset dementia. Please beware

My inspo photo had short, face framing pieces in the front and angled back to rest of the hair. Before we started, I told Patty I wanted to keep most of my length in the back, where my hair reached my lower back. At the end of the cut, I realized she had taken over 8 inches off the back of my hair WITHOUT my permission, when I specifically requested to keep it long. The cut I did receive is not even. Normally I'm too chicken tell a stylist when I'm not happy with my hair, but I was so appalled that I needed to mention it was way too short and overall not what I asked for. Patty seemed offended that I didn't like the haircut, and didn't seem to understand my incredible frustration after she cut off half of my length at her own discretion. She told me she didn't think the long length in the back would look good and that the girl in the photo was probably wearing extensions, but my hair was down to my lower back which was more than enough length to achieve that look. She said that if she cut my hair to match my photo, it would "look like a long mullet." I would have appreciated Patty acknowledging that she messed up, but all she offered, among other excuses, was to apologize for me "not liking her work" and telling me "your hair will grow back." A hair stylist should never decide what length your hair should be just because they think it won't look good, it's extremely unprofessional. I cried for hours after leaving her salon. Patty is personable and talkative, but if she doesn't like your reference photo, she will apparently give you a different cut that she thinks will look better, which is obviously not the point of going to a salon. All of the great reviews convinced me to give her a try, but I'm not sure why she thought this was appropriate. My hair had random longer pieces throughout, there was no angle from front to back, and there's a section in the back that was cut very bluntly. I'm not sure why a hairstylist would think that is a decent cut and let a customer leave that way. I did ask for and receive a refund to get my hair fixed by a different stylist. I would not recommend seeing Patty for a hair service.

Caleb took the time to explain everything clearly, including how the piercings would be done and what to expect. He was very precise with placement, even measuring carefully to make sure everything was symmetrical and that we were both happy with how it looked before starting. After the piercings, he went over the aftercare instructions in detail and made sure we understood how to care for them properly. I was honestly more nervous than my daughter, but Caleb's calm and friendly demeanor made the entire experience feel safe, comfortable, and positive.
