Good job done by a wonderful staff of Asian ladies and men who were very polite, professional and courteous. Would visit again! They even handed out a complimentary water bottle to each of us as we sat down for our pedicures. And well there is a slight language barrier, it does not in any way impede their service. As a man who occasionally gets a pedicure (about two or three times a year) while wifey is getting hers, I can speak openly and honestly that they do a good job. Booked an appointment for Saturday at 10am for 2 people. 4 walk-ins arrived just as we did. We were instructed to pick a nail color and sit and wait. We watched as others were sent to sit and then wait in the chair for 10-15 mins before actually getting service. At 10:30 we decided to leave as they started to take the 4 walk-ins before us even though we had an appointment. As soon as we stood up to leave we were told to sit in 2 pedicure chairs not next to each other. I asked if there were seats next to each other and she said no just sit. I then asked how long it would be once we sat and she said 10 minutes. We elected to leave given what we witnessed happening to others after they were sat. I wouldn't book another appointment here since they don't seem to assign an employee to each appointment and treat appointments with the same level of care as walk- ins. read more

They were going to give me a full set which was not what I asked for, then I was rudely asked to pick a different color because their color palate was wrong and I told them it was not the color I picked. Came for a regular mani pedi and they shuffled me around from person to person, clearly catering to customers paying more money and not paying attention to who was there first or who had appointments or anything. Seemed annoyed when I said I wanted just a basic mani pedi. Rushed and only spent 10 minutes on my fingernails before going back to someone getting acrylics. Only painted half of a couple of my nails and left bubbles in others - which they did fix when I asked. This is my go to place for getting my nails done in the area. I really like Vicky and try to get her whenever I go. It's much bigger than most nail salons, when you walk in there's seating to the left and right. A lot of seating. There's a large selection or regular nail polish colors and a ton of gel polish. It's overwhelming how many colors there are to choose. It's one of the fastest places I have ever gone to for gel manicures. I'm not sure that's always good because it feels super rushed and not always as precise. It's $25 for gel but $35 for a French polish. Most other places it's only a $5 charge but here it's $10. Pedicures. There's like 8 different types to choose, again a lot. I went with a jelly pedicure which was super weird but awesome at the same time. I would recommend a jelly pedi. They have massages as well but I'm not sure I would get one. The last time we had gone their card machines weren't working and the ATM was out, kind of annoying. Not a bad place to go. The gel was thick, and I had to ask them to clean up one of the nails because it collected all the powder residue from the file. Also no hand massage or lotion or shoulder massage included like at other places. My friend was also not told about the $5 charge for any shape other than square. Not sure if attention to detail was there. Quality has gone down from when I graduated SUCO in 2018 (or my expectations have increased since college). Called to get an appointment the same day and they readily scheduled me. The good things end there. The entire place is not very sanitary. I came in to get ANC (powder dip) nails and was immediately rushed into choosing a color. The woman doing them did not speak to me the entire time. The nails are sloppily done and almost unfinished. She repeated nicked my cuticles with the file, not being careful at all but still did not manage to shape my nails. I'm allergic to lavender and even after telling her several times that I'm allergic she still tried to apply it to my hands. I had to step back and put my hands up for her to understand I could not have it, and even then she seemed irritated, like I was inconveniencing her. I am by no means entitled and am actually quite laid back, but this was unacceptable. I will not be returning, even though they are the only establishment locally that does powder dip nails. I cannot give a low enough score on this . First week of May 2022 I was on vacation. And went here and had a person named Allen do a manicure & Pedicure . It was a pricey pedicure ( Lemon ) he was so aggressive on my lower right leg a few days after my right foot started hurting . He did this pedicure way to hard . A day or 2 after tge pain started I was in the emergency room with a blood clot bottom of that foot , going up my leg . This could have been life threatening. Will never go to this place again ! The language Barrier is huge here. The only person that was able to communicate in English was a very abrasive and unpleasant man. He had both my daughter and I put our hands in a bowl full of acetone instead of taking the time to properly Remove the powder coat nail lacquer with foil wraps. Caused both of us to get mild chemical burns on our fingers. When my daughter told him it was burning he told her to be quiet and put her fingers back in. the end result was a very poorly done manicure. Did not do any cuticle trimming or cleaning under the nails. Uneven and blotchy color . $93 for the two of us. Will not be going back to this place. It was a stressful and unpleasant environment not mentioned absolutely filthy , nail stations were covered in old nail dust and nail clippings from other people. I had a really bad experience at Wiwi nail salon today. It's a long story but basically they didn't do what my niece had asked for and I think they felt like they could take advantage of her because she's young. I stood up for her and tried to make sure they held up their end of the bargain. I was calm and kept my voice even. I kept explaining that we would not pay full price when we didn't get what we asked for. They said if we stayed and waited they could do it. They could not tell how long we would have to wait. Well my niece had waited 45 minutes in the first place. We could not wait as I had groceries in the car. After a lot of back and forth, me offering to pay half of the cost, we ended up walking out without paying. I have never done anything like this in my entire life but the situation was so frustrating and we were treated so rudely that it seemed like the only solution in the end. As we walked to our car, the male employee who did my niece's nails followed us out of the salon and yelled across the parking lot "f*** you, never come back" and then gave me the finger yikes. Would give zero stars if I could. Very rude at counter...when trying to determine what services we wanted. When the counter person realized we weren't going to tolerate her rudeness...the "Manager" came over and quickly said we can do that, even though he had no idea what we had asked for. Then the rude counter person raised her voice...not sure what she said since they were talking in another language. I then said, we are leaving this is ridiculous. After second thought decided to go back in...just to let them know I would never be back (usually go every other week for mani/pedi). They could have cared less. There used to be what I thought were the owners there...not so anymore. Just employees who could care less about the business. It's just a cattle-call...get as many people in as you can. One more company to be closed because owners don't care enough to take care of their business. Not sure what people expect from a nail salon but it worked for me. I was a walk-in. I was able to sit after waiting maybe 5-ish minutes. I had dip done (and gel nail polish removed before they started). I was in and out in 30 min. They did a good job--nails look good for the rest of the week! Mani-pedi... I've been here a few times and will keep coming back. They are pleasant and do a great job. The foot massage with the special spa is always really relaxing and a full ten minutes. They are helpful and the range and cost of services excellent. I even think the massage chairs are the best I've had at a salon. read more
