I don't know where to begin. Needed my nails done prior to the holiday and came here for the first time. Walking in felt like a zombie apocalypse. Place was dingy and dirty, employees looked lifeless. The lady that did my nails never spoke, never smiled and never looked up. She acted like she was doing you the favor. They were very rude in regard to my dissatisfaction with my bumpy, uneven gel manicure that a child could have executed better than Eric at Beauty Nails. Now I am $55 out with a horrible manicure that I will be taking off myself later because I would never let this establishment touch my hands again. My daughters and I came for pedicures. They rushed through it. Put so much oil on my legs I couldn't walk. I almost fell then when I sat to rub it in they told me no your nails don't need to dry they're dry I said no I'm rubbing the oil in. They rushed me out. I just would not recommend, for my first time going it was not a good experience. After see what all the hype is about it's not even worth the time or money. First I called for an appointment, and had sat there 40mins waiting, if I call for an appointment you should make one when you aren't going to sit there for almost an hour just waiting. They barely talk to you, when you are trying to explain what you want and then don't do what you want. I asked for short nails and got long ones, and all differently shaped. They did not file them down enough so some of them are puffy and bumpy, as seen in pictures. They didn't put enough coats of gel polish on the sparkle ones. When it came to paying she said it was 50$ but charged my card 60$ so they had taken money from me too, and was begging for tip money. She also cut my fingers with the drill file not just one of them almost all of them and had pushed my hand into the light to dry my nails so I have burns on my knuckles from the uv light, also as seen in pictures. They are basically scars now that this happen a couple days ago, But that's only one hand, both my hands got burnt, and both are messed up with the nails. read more

First of all, they meet you at the door now with hand sanitizer and take your temperature. They make sure you are always seated 6th from other customers. Wish I could give this place a good review. It's very unfortunate that they take advantage of customers, new and returning. I came here with my friend, this being my first time, and my friend returning as a reoccurring customer. First off, they need to be more clear about their "extra charges." I wanted each nail to be a different color, after seeing the pastel trend going around. This resulted in 5 different colors being used. This requires the same amount of polish, as if I was to get just one color. Not sure why it was an added 5 dollars, just to add different colors on each nail. And they really should specific this information on their pricing list. Next, my friend got a callus remover during her pedicure. Any nail place I've ever been to has done this for just a regular pedicure. This place charges an extra 7 dollars, and her calluses actually feel even worse than before. No exaggeration, like sand paper. So not only is 7 dollars ridiculous for that, but the fact that it wasn't even done properly makes it a complete rip off. Lastly, my friend got a gel manicure. As you can see from the pictures, there obviously weren't enough coats applied, because many of her nails show her natural nail through the polish. Very disappointed, and won't be returning. Very fast paced, which could be a good thing, and a bad thing. A good thing in the sense that we were able to be in and out, and bad in the sense that it was half assed work, for a rather expensive price. read more

Don't waste your money! The workers ignore customers and don't take the time to really do the job correctly. The work stations were dirty and I used a bowl of water to soak my nails that I'm pretty sure was used by someone else. The manicure I got was horrible and the workers were talking about the customers. It was obvious because they kept gesturing towards myself and other people. I did not have a great experience today. First the girl told me I would be charged an extra $5 for filing the shape of my nail, which I have never heard before. Then when I pointed out one of my nails was much thicker than the others and she actively rolled her eyes... the nail is still much thicker, and I have thin nails to begin with. There is still red all around my nail bed, even after she haphazardly used remover. The only reason this got 3 instead of 1-2 stars was because he massage after surprisingly felt pretty nice. At a far enough glance my nails look fine, but up close they are very rough. I will definitely be asking for someone else in the future read more

So inattentive and lackadaisical. But then asked me to pay full price, after an employee drew blood from my finger- not more than 5 minutes after sitting down!! What was so important!? Don't even waste your time , they made my nail infected. The polish on my toes were chunky. They didn't properly fix it. Then my anc manicure was rocky they didn't file appropriately. I went to get it fixed and they filed way down that the nail broke the next day and when I went to get it fixed they put an extra layer making it darker. Then it wasn't even the same shape and length as the rest!!! What a nightmare. Can't even get a refund. So unhappy with this experience and over charged $75. Usually I go here to get my nails done and have never had an issue. But today made me never want to return again. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. The girl who did it was so inconsiderate and aggressive. I have bad ingrown toenails that never go away. She proceeded to rip the one out of my big toe without even asking or seeing if I was in pain. If that gets infected because she didn't remove the whole thing, that will become a major problem for me and my health. Then, right before she starts my manicure she steps on my big toe which has nail polish on it that isn't dry. She fixed it but very quickly and made it seem like it was a hassle for her. Then she proceeds to do my nails so carelessly. While cutting my cuticles she manages to make three of my fingers bleed from aggressively and carelessly ripping my cuticles out. I leave for vacation in a few days and wanted them to look great, but I think I could have done a better job myself. When I asked for money off for making me bleed, she told me no. Her colleagues all began to argue on giving me money off. They were so rude and inconsiderate. Will never be returning again. read more

I had a very nice pedicure here including a lengthy foot and leg massage. The nail technician did a very nice job. The price was reasonable. And, as this was during the pandemic, I was relieved to see that everything appeared to be handled safely. The salon is large. Customers were safely distanced from one another. Everyone was wearing masks (staff and customers alike). There were plexiglass shields in place at the manicure stations. The place appeared clean and well-maintained. I really wanted to like this salon, but one time shame on them, two times shame on me. I got a basic mani/pedi which end up costing 60 something dollars. My manicure came off THE NEXT DAY. My pedicure, which normally lasts at least a month, is chipping a week later. I asked for sqoval and got nails so square I could slice someone & had to refile them myself when I got home. My nail tech was "very" nice to me, but clearly making obvious comments about other customers to her coworkers. I watched one tech take "reservations" on the phone while doing my daughters toes. I called at 3:00pm and told them I would be there at 4pm ( being I lived an hour away) well traffic made it so my arrival time wasnt untill 4:10pm so I called and made sure my spot was still open. they said that would be fine. Would not go back. Was told one price on phone and then was way overcharged when we got the bill. Asked for a full set acrylic which included polish - they handed colors to choose from which were gel colors and didn't explain that they were $15 extra. Later they said she asked for a gel color which she did not. My daughter-in-law went in for a gel manicure which they said would be $28 - she needed 3 nails fixed so they charged another $9 for that plus $40 for full acrylics because she had acrylic on her nails before coming there. Even if it was a acrylic refill, should only have been $25, not $40. And besides being overcharged, nails were not even one right, not evenly shaped, and when asked for a file (of if she could purchase a file), would not give her one and would not fix. Went for a powder (ANC) mani today and had a horrible experience. The male technician who did my nails was way too rough on my cuticles, actually cutting into my skin at one point. He completely filed down to my nail after applying the powder then had to start over. He filed so hard with the electric file my nail was hot and painful. The edges of my cuticles and on my skin has powder all over it. And he attempted to clean off the excess polish at the very end which hurt me so bad I made him stop. I will never be back. This place is really unprofessional when it comes to it's customer service. The employees have no life in them & seem like they are actually under qualified. I asked for an acrylic nail extension on my toes and the "point - person" here looked at me like I was crazy. She even laughed at me. They had my feet sitting in water for 30 minutes. Then when someone came to assist me, she looked confused as to what I asked her to do and then when she proceeded to remove my old nail polish, she didnt do it fully. Everything is half assed here. As far as the execution of the pedicure, it was also very subpar. The guy who ended up doing my pedicure looked as if he was falling asleep while doing so. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I was in Cooperstown visiting my son and daughter in law and wanted to treat her and I to a mani pedi. First, I had gel polish on my toes that needed to be changed and the tech literally tried to drill it all off of one foot while the other foot was wrapped in saran wrap and a giant wad of cotton soaked in acetone. He burned me with the drill and acted like he didn't know why I was annoyed. Then he started on the other foot and was actually gauging my toe nail to scrape the polish off. I get a mani pedi every two weeks and this is never the way its been done, ever! I finally insisted on someone else. Now I'm home and the gel polish on one foot is sticky and dull. Horrible experience, and I feel bad for my daughter in law because they ruined a day that I had intended to be a nice day for her. Oh and I agree with the other reviews, not very clean at all. There was a used lolly pop stick in the cup holder to my pedi chair and it was covered in greasy fingerprints. read more
