The photos we received for our wedding turned out wonderfully -- our families were so happy with them, and we were grateful to have those memories captured. But sadly, we're now past 8 months since our wedding, and we still haven't received our highlight or full video, despite following up several times. We also asked for a few specific/missing photos (a large group reception shot and a portrait of the bride with her immediate family) that still haven't been delivered. What's been most disappointing is the lack of transparency and communication. We've been incredibly patient, giving space for the creative process and trying not to rush the team. But after so many months and repeated follow-ups, we're left feeling anxious and in the dark. We've just repeatedly been told "next week" for months and now we've reached a point that we've been entirely ghosted. We trusted Isle Media to preserve the emotional essence of a once-in-a-lifetime day -- and now we're afraid we may never get to relive it the way we had hoped. For a service of this cost and significance, this level of delay and silence is deeply disheartening. If/when our remaining photos and videos are delivered at the high-quality standard you would expect from Isle Media, I'll gladly update this review -- but as it stands, I wouldn't want another couple to go through this and therefore can't recommend their services to anyone looking for an event photographer/ videographer.

Great video coverage of our whole event. After the final edit all the camera angles, timing, side by side action reactions are so awesome. Re-living all the great times of our Wedding and even things we didn't see or things that went by so fast. Created a great Story for us to re-live every time we watch it. On day of pick up Doug went over everything on how to operate the Blu Ray video, the format of the hard drive for different computer systems (apple, windows), he also recommended eventually backing up to another source because hardware does have a shelf life. I blinked... And the wedding was over…read more My fiance and I spent countless months emailing/calling/texting vendors to make sure that we chose the right people for the job. We read through hundreds of reviews on The Knot, Wedding Wire, and Yelp. Since we live in the San Francisco bay area and the wedding was in Waikiki, it was especially difficult trying to sample food via FaceTime.... So much excitement planning the big day.... and it was over in an instant. And I don't recall if I cried when Kortni walked down the aisle. I don't remember what music was playing as we entered the reception. I don't know what the Lilikoi cheesecake tasted like. I don't remember if I got a dance with my mom. ... and that's where Albiola Photography and Videography came in. Jon captured every precious moment. His team of photographers and videographers answered all of the important questions. Yes, I cried. The entrance song was "Can't Stop the Feeling" from Trolls. No, because I didn't eat the cheesecake (or anything on my plate for that matter). Yes, I danced with mom to Boyz II Men. But let me rewind for just a moment... Jon is extremely responsive. And since there is a 3 hour time difference, it was nice to get a call before 9:00pm PST and not using the scale of "Hawaiian Time", which translates to 2 or 3 days later. LOL. Kortni and I decided to write each other love letters on the morning of the wedding. My nephew (also my ring bearer) was practicing his reading skills by reading the letter aloud as I wrote. It was kinda embarrassing, because I was being cheesy, but cute to hear him read. As I was putting on the finishing touches to the letter, I looked back and noticed that Jon was capturing every minute on camera. It was a special moment and Jon caught it. Jon has a special knack of being at the right place at the right time and not being in the way. He's like a photo ninja. But when he needed to take charge of a situation, like the chaos between the ceremony and the reception, he was able to take charge and still be nice about it. He was assertive, without being an ass, so i guess that makes him just ertive. Jon & Crystal also took great sunset photos at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Crystal caught several instances of us being our normal cute selves and just said "look up at me, guys". When we received a sneak peek of the photos, we agreed that the "look up at me, guys" pictures were some of our favorites. It was just us being dorks, but dressed a little nicer than usual. After the ease of setting up day, time, and place, deposit and contract were sent. Everything was done electronically, making it convenient. The day of the session went well despite a little wind making hair placement difficult. Other than that, she arrived on time and accommodated our change of location requests. My only complaint is that she didn't take as many candid or playful shots of the kids or family as I expected. I also felt like we didn't get as much direction as to how to pose. She did advise us in what order to stand. I would have maybe liked a few seated poses as well. Overall, she was friendly and professional. She even took some photos with my old polaroid camera per my request. The finished work arrived quickly via a link through email with direction on how to download and select favorites. The images are beautiful and the turn out with final editing was fast, approximately 2 to 3 days. I am pleased with how everything went and how it turned out.
