She loved all of her room 4 teachers and always talking about school on the way home. After being potty trained a couple of months ago, she is now in Room 1 with Ms. Amela. She loves going to school every day and learning new skills and play with her friends. Despite several issues along the way, I also very appreciate Ms. Sarah, the director of the school. The attitude often came across as stuck-up and dismissive, almost as if they were doing me a favor by allowing my child to attend rather than providing a service that I was paying for. I dealt with **two different managements during my time there: the previous management and the new management.** Under the previous management, the Egyptian lady I dealt with was noticeably more communicative, respectful, and professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the new management has been very different and far less welcoming. Communication in general is seriously lacking. Emails routinely receive zero response, and getting clear information or even basic acknowledgment is unnecessarily difficult. When you're dealing with parents and young children, communication should be one of the most basic expectations. What bothered me most was the lack of tact when handling concerns. You would expect people working in an educational environment to understand how to communicate with both children and parents, especially when a situation needs to be de-escalated. Instead, some interactions felt unnecessarily confrontational and unwelcoming. Considering the number of negative Google reviews this business already has, you would think management would make customer service, communication, and hiring approachable people a priority. Instead, the attitude toward paying families can make you wonder whether they realize parents are customers, not people asking them for charity. I could mention a bunch of specific examples, but at this point, I don't think it would do any good. My child liked her teachers, and that is what earned the 3 stars. The management and complete lack of communication are what prevented me from rating the experience higher.

For instance, my son was participating in arts and crafts in the Rainbow Room but was starting to learn letters and how to write his name in the Dinosaur Room. The transition to public school was seamless and a lot of the routines taught at OFT made it easy for him to adjust to the routines established for public school. The facility has a very large playground with climbing structures, shaded cabanas for the children to relax in/play together in and numerous bikes/car toys for the children to use. Inside, the facility is locked and access is restricted, children to worker ratio is low and overall spaces are neat, clean and organized well for the children. While my child didn't need it, I appreciated the allergy notice posted in every classroom for any child needing restrictions, regardless of what class they were in. There are holiday themed event days and regular themed days for the children to enjoy: easter bunny egg hunt, pumpkin patch, pajama days, picnic days, water days (where the children can play with water and get wet) and birthday celebrations. Minor con: I wish the monthly newsletters would go out a week before the start of the month so I can be prepared for any special events or closures for the first week. Not a deal breaker for this facility and child educators though! Cost is reasonable and the facility offers half day and full day options, with 2, 3 or 5 day schedules. They also have a potty trained discount, or not potty trained fee, depending on your viewpoint. I am waiting for my youngest to be eligible for entry, but once he is, we will absolutely send him to OFT as well. Thank you OFT team, we LOVED having our son attend and always recommend this facility when others are looking for preschool/daycare options!

We also love the big outdoor play area, it has plenty of space and slides for kids to play, plus, a gazebo for shade, so the kids can play comfortably outside. We especially loved that they prepared a graduation for the little ones, where each child got to do their own speech, sing, and dance as a group. Long story short, it did not work out for my son, so I brought him back to Bubbly Tots in August 2025. I cannot thank Ms. Soni and her ENTIRE team for welcoming us back with open arms! My son shows an increased interest in writing, coloring, and loves going to school. He even looks forward to doing his homework! When we were gone for almost 8 months, he would still ask for his Bubbly Tot teachers (especially Ms. Maria). They have truly made him feel loved and cared for. On the weekends he asks me if he is going to school because he misses it. That alone tells me that they have made a huge positive impact on my son. His current teacher, Ms. Carolyn is amazing with my son has taught him humility, kindness, and instilling confidence in him. Words alone cannot express how grateful I am for Bubbly Tots. My son had been going here since November of 2024 and we have had incident after incident. He was 2 when he enrolled and full of energy. There would incidents of him coming all covered in dirt and wet pull ups by the time I picked him. I addressed it the owner would say it would be addressed and it would for a few weeks then back to the same thing. Then, he came home with bumps and cuts that would not get reported to me. Had meetings and the owner finally moved him from the care of one of her older workers. But, the last straw was when one of the workers changed my son in front of the door where the parents pick up for anyone to see and on top of that his brand new shirt was ripped that same day like an animal attacked him without a report.
