Angel was so great! She was so gentle and knowledgeable on these eyelash extensions and it made me feel at ease knowing that I was in good hands. I got a full set and I've never had fake lashes before so I was a little nervous they wouldn't look natural or the application would be painful or uncomfortable but it was all pretty Smooth and relaxing and it didn't even take more than 2 hours! I am so happy with my lashes and I'm pretty sure I'll be going back for a refill. I've had them on for less than a week and I'm already receiving compliments from my friends and family. I was really satisfied with my lashes when I left. I travel for work during the week and I wasn't able to get there within two weeks. I didn't need a fill, but I called for an appointment and was told since I was coming a week later than expected that I will have to pay for a new set. Why would I pay for a new set? My lashes were in tact. Very upsetting. The people working the front desk are clueless and uninformed. Needless to say I will not be going back. Don't waste your time or money! read more

WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE! I have been in beautiful salons. This IS NOT a beautiful salon. All they care about is tips. Not follow ups. This is the worst in customer service and their services are not inexpensive. Heavy handed, no post operative follow ups. They didn't even know who I was, and they sent me multiple photos that were not me to determine who they were talking to when I called regarding my treatment. Isn't that a HIPPAA violation?? Completely unprofessional and rude. I pay top dollar for the best and they are not the best. I would never recommended this place for any services based off my experience. I've been going here since 2013 and I can't say enough great things about this salon, the owner and the lash specialists that work there. Amy is truly a miracle worker. I even had a work colleague ask me today (after Amy did my lashes yesterday) if I'd had "work" done on my eyes as in surgery!! i wrote a 5-star review after my first visit and now that i have been to Live, Love Lash a few more times, my rating is reduced. i have had issues with the lashes not staying on- some of the issues are my fault due to not clearly understanding the limitations. the limitations were not discussed with me nor was it suggested that i watch a video on the website that would help me. i have figured out the details the hard way- by myself- which is an expensive way to learn since i had to pay to have my lashes re-applied. the technician who has worked on my lashes the last two times was less-than understanding during my most recent visit, i felt judged and condemned for having lost so many lashes. when i left i called another spa that does lashes because i knew i would never feel comfortable returning to LLL. i learned from that spa that i am now a part of a club that has left Live, Love, Lash in Cherry Creek. there are a list of complaints about the technician that i met with, all of which i took notice of during my two sessions with her. read more

I had been a past client from Live Love Lash. The lady who does my lashes was from there and moved. I moved with her. She used Xtreme lashes and knew I could get refills and depend on the quality lash. My lady went on maternity leave and I just planned on my lash refills here. I was told I'd have to pay 150.00 to get my lashes filled (it's been 9 days!). I think that is completely ridiculous. This place is seriously amazing! I was in town on a work trip and surprised my sister with a facial and lashes for her birthday. I bought my daughter eyelash extensions as a Christmas gift. We loved the entire experience at first. Within days they started falling out, after six days 90 percent of them were gone. When we contacted them, they told us we were a part of a special promotion and received temporary lashes. Something I did not ask for or want! After several conversations with very rude personnel they agreed to do them over! I almost wish we would have received a refund instead, when we returned they accused us of not following directions, and made us very uncomfortable. Needless to say we will never return! read more

Today was my first venture to Live, Love, Lash. It was incredible from the beginning. I had difficulty finding parking and was 15 minutes late. This place is SO cool! I recently got a full set of lashes which is something that I have always wanted to do. The process was so easy and even a bit relaxing (I feel asleep)! I was a first time eyelash extension gal and got my "glamour" set at another place, they were a thin, mismatched hot mess!! Brinnah spent the time to fix them, she actually put on a glamour set which was thick and full! I have one eye that has lashes that are more curled than the other eye, and she took the time to put on lashed with more curl on, to make my lashes match!! Other places may be cheaper, but your lashes will look like something out of a horror film. You get what you pay for. Want them done right and look beautiful, go here!!!! Oh my gosh worst experience of my life. I am completely devastated that I'm now missing a huge chunk out of my eyebrow. I have gone to the same person for years to have my eyebrows done as my mom instilled a huge fear in me about waxing my eyebrows at a young age. Since I moved away I decided i should try someone in denver for my brows. I don't go all that often but was definitely due for a clean up. I expressed my fear and story to the girl and that I just wanted a trim with a little clean up above my brow line. She cleaned up a little too much and I am now missing a huge chunk out of my eyebrow. I immediately had to go buy a brow pencil in an attempt to disguise this disaster. What was a $20 brow wax turned into a $40 ordeal. I am praying it grows back, but I have heard horror stories from people that sometimes it doesn't. I am beside myself in horror. Big time lesson learned. Do not make the same mistake as I did not to mention I am still red 28 hours later which I was told would go away, and the front desk was not very friendly... read more
