I used to work as an esthetician, so I was really hoping for a great experience here. I left feeling disappointed, not because of the esthetician herself, but because the service did not match the price or the luxury feel I felt was advertised. The facial felt very basic. There was no steamer, the mask felt like a simple paper mask, and the rubber gloves made the service feel more medical than relaxing. What disappointed me most was what was missing: no neck or chest massage, no hand or arm massage, and overall very little of the relaxing "spa" experience you usually expect during a facial.  The esthetician herself was kind and professional; please note that she did great. My issue is more with the overall service and value from the spa. But honestly, the experience felt very basic for the cost. read more

I initially discovered face foundry from a yelp event and about a year later, decided to go back and get a membership! I consider doing memberships and other businesses that were a lower cost point, but I really enjoy the experience at face foundry and I think the cost is worth it. The aesthetician I've worked with the longest is Maddy and she always does an incredible job. I recently had a facial from Ellee as well, and it was great! I enjoyed the variety of services they offer and so far my favorites have been the hydra facial, the clean and natural and the Sculpt. With my membership I get a free add-on every month and I typically go for the enzyme mask which not only feels great but smells like chocolate. One of my favorite things about visiting face foundry is that they always offer a weighted blanket. I love to go at the end of the workday or the end of a long weekend when I'm exhausted and the weighted blanket helps me shake off any stress. Thank you Kyla for the Colorado royal treatment! Really enjoyed my visit here and plan to get a membership to come regularly. Street parking -- $2 per hour/ 3 hours max. My visit started by being greeted at the door and was offered coffee and water. Comfortable and aesthetic seating area while I waited just a couple minutes for my esthetician to be ready. Once in the room I was offered to kick off my shoes and lay under a very comfy weighted blanket. Kyla talked me to each step of the process and what it does. Was treated to a facial today at Face Foundrie in Cherry Creek! The facility was easy to find, yes parking out front isn't always available but I had no trouble parking nearby on the side streets. Inside, the business was super clean. Very modern chic and spacious. I was greeted and checked in right away! The lobby was comfortable and had a complimentary drink station and also a space to try some products! Kate performed my facial and was excellent. I really appreciated the weighted blanket once you lay down on the table! She asked if I wanted a more relaxing facial or educational one, and I chose relaxing. I got the glow facial and it felt great! Definitely left there with my skin glowing! They offer memberships at this location which seems like a good deal. I'm already a member of another massage and facial chain that's way closer to my home, so I didn't opt in for that (plus at my current business, the facial is 50 minutes and here it's only 40 for the same price). My new go-to stop for facials. Great treatments for a super affordable price. GREAT PRICING: The "H2Glow" here is essentially a Hydrafacial, but $170 (my med-spa charges closer to $400). You can also get a monthly membership that includes one per month for even less. The "Royal Treatment" is $200, but includes oxygen infusion, ultrasound, and radio frequency. Aptly named, because it totally made me feel like a queen! I felt like I looked young and fresh and rested after days of drinking wine and being out late! They also do "mini" facials for approximately $50 that are still better than somewhere like Clean Your Dirty Face. GREAT ATMOSPHERE: Very clean and classy spot. Love all the black-and-white decor. Very cute and not too stuffy either. GREAT LOCATION: Right in the middle of Cherry Creek, so you can go to lunch or wherever after. Run all your errands at once or have a whole self-care day. (Nails at Purluxe for example.) PRO TIP: Street parking is easy in the mornings, but gets a lot harder by lunchtime, so plan time for that. Really great place to get a facial. My first time here and Kyla did a great job. The whole experience was very relaxing from checkin to check out. They offer stickers, chocolate, water, tea and coffee all upon walking in. Once Kyla brought me back to my private room, I felt secure dropping my belongings in a bin she left by my feet. The bed was so comfortable I felt like I was melting into it during the facial. Kyla did a great job of talking me through what she was doing and also letting me relax. I added the scalp massage which was great as well. The entire experience was about 40 minutes. Would love to come back in the future! read more

Kyla was super professional and efficient with the whole routine, I was in and out in about 45 minutes but did not feel like the experience was rushed at all. We talked through my current skin routine and things I would like to improve on with my skin and she was able to suggest a few products and treatments and gave me a sample of a hydrating lotion to try out. I also sometimes break out after a facial but was perfectly fine after this one! A few minor adjustments would have improved my experience: 1. It was super cold inside, even with a blanket on 2. The music playing in the salon was not very relaxing, the pop music did not elevate the experience 3. I am sensitive to smells and one of the serums/gels used smelled like a really boozy margarita and made me feel a bit nauseous Face Foundrie is definitely priced very competitively, if you can find a parking space in Cherry Creek I think it's worth trying out! read more

I had the Foundrie Glow treatment with a collagen mask, a few extractions, scalp and Hungarian massage add ons. What a relaxing treatment for my skin. Sarah was absolutely amazing and was so knowledgeable about all of the products. This is a much different experience than the last facial I had from a different chain facial place. This was much more zen spa like, private individual rooms with low lighting, weighted blankets to keep you cozy and soft music to really just feel relaxed and pampered. They have so many products for skincare for home use and the waiting area is gorgeous. My skin is "glowy" and feels super hydrated. Went in last weekend for the Clean + Natural facial and it was an amazing experience. First, I personally don't make anyyyy spa or hair appointments if I can't book online - I like seeing prices beforehand, and the convenience of seeing all the open slots if I need to reschedule. So I was happy to see FACE FOUNDRIÉ was fully online! Setting up my appointment was super easy, and they had appointments available for the next day. The spa itself was easy to find, with a parking garage nearby that was super cheap. The waiting area was comfortable, with tea/coffee and water out, and everything looked super clean. I only had to wait a minute until I got a text that my esthetician was ready - everything seemed very well run. My appointment was with Miranda, who was SUPER nice and clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. I was having a tough day, having just found out that my cat was having some very serious medical problems, so I walked in teary and apologetic. Miranda didn't make it awkward at all, and was really supportive and gentle with me. I decided to add on the Dermaplaning, which just felt like a light razor over my face but it got ALL KIND OF GUNK! I asked to snap a photo of it at the end to show how much fuzz and dead skin she got off of my face - see photo. The facial took about an hour total, and by the time I left I felt WAY more relaxed, refreshed, and my skin was absolutely GLOWING. My makeup has gone on so much more smoothly the past week. This was my first time getting a facial so I opted for the Clean and Natural focused facial with extraction and enzyme mask add-on. It was really very enjoyable! Check in was very simple and the waiting area was super bright and clean. It was very relaxing! I had Kasey during my time there and she was so wonderful! I explained that it was my first facial so throughout the time was had together she explained each step and what was going onto my face. I really enjoyed the scent options in the beginning as it really set the tone. I opted for the citrus smell (so fresh!) but wished after that I had chosen the mint because the enzyme mask was cacao (better pairing my opinion). My skin was glowing for 2 days afterwards! My mother and coworkers asked me what I had done differently. It was just on day 3 that my skin really started to get super dry and itchy (not an allergic reaction, im prone to those and this is different), more so than when I first got the facial. I'm thinking it's more from the exfoliant or the enzyme mask but wish I would have been told this could happen. Either way, I thought the whole process was fun, relaxing and very enjoyable. I hate writing negative reviews so I'll start with what I liked. First off the location is right in center of Cherry Creek making it convenient to find and easy to do some shopping before or after getting your facial. Also, the space was clean, bright and chic. However, it was one of the worst facials I have ever gotten. To start I did the dermaplane add-on which was a mistake. The esthetician was way too heavy handed with it. I've gotten dermaplanes before and I know it's just supposed to take off the top dead skin and some peach fuzz. I had scabs on my forehead from the skin being cut through. The esthetician also cut their own finger and had to leave the room to clean up. It was hard to recover after that. The rest of my facial was the sculpt facial which just felt rushed and again somewhat heavy handed. I had high hopes but I'll just be sticking to my regular facial spots from now on. read more

I left Face Foundrié feeling luxurious, pampered, and serene. It's clear that they make an effort to make this an experience for clients and I need to give a front-and-center shoutout to my "Esti" Kyla for her excellent service. The standard setup in the treatment room appears to include a super squishy cushioned bed plus a bolster under your knees so your body can be completely at ease. I said yes to the optional blanket which turned out to be weighted and that just made it all that much easier to relax into the moment. I opted for the "Cryo Queen" because it's a novelty to me and there were things I liked and things I didn't. I love how comfortable they made me, that I was able to choose the essential oil I preferred to be wafted over me throughout the facial, the warm towels between each step, and that I had such a skilled esthetician who applied all of the products gently but firmly. It was overall very soothing and I was actually able to sort of drift away, which doesn't come naturally to me. Unfortunately, I'm not really in love with the products that were used. Midway through the treatment she applied some kind of Cherry Extractor that smelled like cough syrup and that scent has lingered through the rest day. Not pleasant. I'm also finding that, while my skin feels moisturized and smooth, it sort of feels like the product is sitting ON my skin, rather than absorbed into it, and I have this urge to wash my face so it feels fresh again. I also felt that the cryogenic part of the facial was a bit gimmicky, so I'd opt for something different next time. Because of how great the atmosphere and the service was, I would give Face Foundrié another try, but I'll definitely skip the Robitussin Extractor. read more

I recently had a facial here (the Sculpt with an added dermaplane) and I was really pleased with the results. First off the space is beautiful, muted neutrals give a calm cooling vibe. They have a coffee and tea bar as well as a product testing station so you can sample any of the products your esthetician may recommend. I have been getting monthly facials for about a year and a half now but haven't been in 4 months since I had the babe so my skin was in desperate need of some love. (You wouldn't believe how hard lack of sleep is on your skin, it's sad lol) What I really enjoyed about this facial versus my standard was the Hungarian massage as well as the facial cupping. Both of those were experiences I had never tried but thoroughly enjoyed; and I feel like did a great job of helping to get lymphatic drainage which is something I definitely needed because I am awful at remembering to use my quartz roller!!! The facials are only 40 min versus 60 but I was honestly shocked at what a great job they did with a little bit less time. Great for those on the go of moms like myself who don't have a lot of time to spare. Another thing I loved about Face FOUNDRIÉ is that they offer memberships so for one it makes sure you keep up to date with your monthly skincare but it's honestly a fantastic price AND you can also do a monthly membership on hydro facial which is a stellar price! They also said that if you can't use it for a month for whatever reason it rolls over. Such a fantastic deal/service! My esthetician was super nice and knowledgeable and I asked her to educate me during the facial so I could share my experience and appreciated learning all they do. I cannot recommend them enough. I guess If I had one qualm it would be that they sadly don't offer microdermabrasion which is the one thing that I love to get along with my dermaplane but you never know, that may change in the future. The interior has kind of a clean line boho feel. Products line the walls and entice you to try which is nice. The scents are not overpowering. Kyla brought me into the room and placed a weighted blanket on me that made the experience so relaxing. My facial and scalp massage were divine. One little note - the towels smelled a little like bleach. I appreciated that there was no hard sell on products or membership and the chocolate is a nice touch. Getting a facial is one of my favorite self care treats. I had the Cryo Queen with Natalia and she was fantastic. The products she used felt and smelled great. She clearly went through my profile and focused on the goals I was trying to achieve. She gave me recommendations without trying to push products I didn't want on me. All in all fantastic! Went to Face Foundrie for the first time to get a facial and love loved my experience. I got the classic clean facial and added on a scalp massage. The scalp massage was such a heavenly addition to the facial and I would highly recommend. The facial itself was also lovely. I had gotten the facial after a long day and my esthetician asked if I wanted her to talk me through the process as she completed it or if I just wanted to relax. This time around I asked to simply relax, but I loved the option as often times I do love to know what they're doing. Everything was wonderful and I truly enjoyed my experience and left with my skin feeling fresh and clean. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because the facility itself is a bit bare bones. Each room is only separated from the outside hallway by a curtain (which my esthetician didn't even close). I've also been to facilities in the past that have heated tables and steam machines, which they did not have here. My esthetician was so lovely and my experience was truly great. I have no complaints whatsoever and will absolutely be back. I just wanted to explain why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 given that my experience truly was great, but just not what I would consider a 5 star facility. read more

WOW! What an all around amazing experience. This was my first time here and they did not disappoint. My skin was GLOWWWING when I left. It was nice that my esthetician asked if I wanted to have a silent calming treatment or if I'd want to ask questions through out of the process - I think blatantly giving this option is so nice so you can really have the "experience" you want. I wanted all the info but other times when I come I can see the benefit of telling them "I just want to relax". Each room is separate and has low lighting which I loved. So many warm towels on my face in between the processes had me so relaxed! I was so happy my esthetican knew about lymphatic drainage when I asked about it - I've been so interested in doing this and she was able to give me a lymphatic massage on my face and neck and WOW I felt like a new person afterwards.
