I think it's hard to find a good massage therapist I've tried many! I found two here that help with back pain. (I suffered from chronic back pain for about 13 years and have had two spine surgeries and a hip replacement) If you want a really heavenly relaxing, and also pain relieving massage book with Keegan. His massages are amazing! If you are in a lot of pain and want a really good therapeutic massage that maybe isn't relaxing, (even hurts a bit, tbh) but helps with pain for days book with Elijah. The first time I went to Elijah I thought I wouldn't come back to him, but when the pain was gone for a few days (which I've never experienced before from a massage), I definitely booked again and again with him! It feels like his massages should be covered by insurance because they're that good at relieving pain! read more

I love NOWs beach vibe and quiet massages. I appreciate being asked if I wanted the heated table on (I did) and it was a good massage, just the right pressure. I was in desperate need of a massage and I kept seeing ads for the Now on social media so I decided to give them a try. I was able to get in same day for a late night appointment which was amazing. There's street parking outside of the Now, but if you don't come on a week night, I would suggest giving yourself ample time to find some where to park or time to walk from a garage. The first thing I noticed when I entered was the delightful signature aroma. It immediately made me want to relax. It's also very quiet. With just sounds of ocean waves. My check in was a quick process and my therapist met me within 5 mins of checking in. He whispered in the lobby area and we didn't speak once we walked into what I will call the 'tent rooms'. I wasn't sure at first how I felt with the massage room just being a tent but quickly got over that. My therapist made me feel very comfortable. The room was a little in the cold side but overall it was a wonderful experience. He was so good at releasing tension and knots in my shoulders and neck! I left there amazed at my improved mobility. The "How was your massage?" asked by the receptionist (female, glasses, short hair) post massage was a mere formality. I am not usually one to write a review, but after two bad experiences at the NOW Cherry Creek location I feel obligated to share. I booked my first massage with NOW Cherry Creek in February for my birthday. As a newly postpartum mom, I was very excited for some "me" time to celebrate. When I arrived at the location, the front desk employee told me that he did not see my appointment time and that I must not have booked correctly. I showed him my confirmation email where it confirmed I had booked the correct date and time that I showed up for. He told me that it must have been a technology error. The manager was very gracious about it and offered a discount for the next time I booked which I appreciated. However, once I drove all the way back home, I received a call from the same front desk employee telling me that I missed my massage time and that they would be charging me.... It was very frustrating to show up for my birthday massage, be turned away, and then be called again 15 minutes later telling me I missed it. Clearly there was no care or attention to detail by the employees. I wanted to give the place a second chance, so I booked another massage in March. This experience was not much better. I booked their signature 50 minute massage for noon. However, I did not get pulled back for the massage by the therapist until 12:10 and the massage ended by 12:50. Therefore, the massage time I booked was not honored and I did not get the full time that I paid for. Additionally, the massage itself was awful. It felt like the therapist didn't know what they were doing. For example, she rubbed up my spine, jaw, and other places that are uncomfortable and unsafe. She also did not massage my arms ever after I told her that I wanted a full body massage. I left feeling very dissatisfied and upset. I'm writing this review to let others know that I believe there are much better places in Denver to get a massage and that I would recommend everyone avoid going here due to my multiple bad experiences. I will definitely be letting my friends and family know that they should avoid NOW Cherry Creek at all costs. I'm giving this place a generous two stars solely for the fact that the manager was kind and accommodating after my first bad experience. read more

One of the best massages I've gotten. I'd highly recommend. Naomi was great! But given it's quite hard to find parking in Cherry Creek generally, unsure how often I can make it back. Took the hubs here for surprise massages a few weeks ago, and The NOW delivered the experience. It's very rustic and open concept, not what i am particularly used to when going for a massage. I've become a massage connoisseur over the years and this place is definitely ranked high in my book! The ambiance is relaxing and cozy, and really puts you in the right mind set. I had Rachel and she was great! I've gotten massages from a few therapists here and all I can say is it's life changing. The waves during the massage are so soothing and relaxing I fall asleep almost immediately. The front desk is always so helpful and kind whether it's booking an appointment, parking questions, or even just asking for a good restaurant nearby! What a great experience! It's an interesting concept as it's a big room that has rooms separated by curtains. DO NOT GO HERE. I have scratches ALL up and down my back from the massage lady today. It was so incredibly painful. I asked her for less pressure but her nails were like cat claws, I think they would have scratched me with barely any pressure at all. Then they tried to over charge me for the tip. I had a great 50 minute STRETCH Massage with Eliza yesterday. She did some wonderful stretching on my hips, quads and hamstrings. For an extra $10 you can add an "enhancement", so I picked deep tissue. Eliza did deep tissue work on my IT bands and around my scapula. The Now has a nice chill Tulum vibe with soothing ocean sounds playing while getting massaged. I felt so relaxed, loose and pain free afterwards!
