Over the years, we have been incredibly impressed not only by the quality of education, but also by the dedication, care, and support the teachers and staff provide to their students. Our children have grown academically, socially, and personally in such a positive and nurturing environment. A special thank you to Mrs. Violet and Andrea, who have been absolutely amazing. They are incredibly supportive, caring, and genuinely wonderful people. Their kindness, dedication, and willingness to always be there for our family have made such a difference. We are truly grateful for everything they do and for the positive impact they have had on our children and our family. What makes Stratford especially special to us is that it feels like more than just a school it feels like a family. The curriculum design is outstanding. The school places a strong emphasis on core academics and genuine teaching. As a parent, it was incredibly reassuring to see a school dedicated strictly to academic excellence and traditional core values, without being distracted by the non-academic social and gender topics that are increasingly prevalent in public schools today. It gave me great peace of mind. I also have to mention how beautiful the campus itself is. The building features gorgeous high ceilings and real wood floors. Unlike so many modern schools that can feel sterile and lifeless--almost like a hospital or an office building--Stratford has a warm, welcoming, and truly premium environment. It genuinely feels like a luxury, top-tier private school. My daughter needed some extra support in math, and her 5th-grade teacher, Ms. Hannah, was a blessing. She was incredibly patient and took the time to help my daughter step-by-step, not just in math but across all subjects. Because of this, my daughter felt comfortable, confident, and loved learning in her class. She also made great friends and got along wonderfully with her classmates. The administration and staff are phenomenal. When we had to make a very last-minute transition to Stratford in 2025 after the school year had already started, Ms. Andrea from the admin team quickly and efficiently handled our enrollment, making a stressful situation so much easier. We also had wonderful experiences with other amazing teachers, like Ms. Ashley and Ms. Patricia. A special shoutout to Stratford's unique Music Class! The music program is fantastic, and the music teacher is exceptional. Our whole family, especially my husband and my mother-in-law absolutely loved the winter and spring programs the school put together. I firmly believe music education is vital at any age, and as a parent, I am so grateful that Stratford is willing to invest so much in the arts. I also want to highlight the school's special after-school Chinese club. My daughter and her classmates had so much fun learning there! It is a wonderful and unique program that you simply won't find at any other school in Morgan Hill. Finally, I want to specifically commend the principal, Ms. Violet. Her management style and the way she leads the school gave me so much confidence. I felt completely secure having my child here. My only regret is that we didn't move her to this school sooner! The staff in the office were very welcoming and patient in pointing me in the right direction. Today the school is having an end of the year barbecue for students, staff, volunteers and families. All the food looked good and the burgers were big and well prepared. They had lots of veggies and fresh fruit to choose from and for dessert they had a selection of delicious looking cookies. Kids enjoyed their barbecue lunch mingled with friends and then they were off for the summer.

However I gave the school one star because of the faculty and administrators. I was bullied throughout my time at Ann Sobrato High School. One specific incident happened during my senior year where an unknown student wrote my full name and phone number and a horrible note about me on the cement wall in the quad. When me and my mom went to administration about it nothing was done. We specifically talked to Mr. Miller. There was absolutely nothing done about this. A couple weeks later when I went to him to ask if he had found who did it he told me that the surveillance footage had deleted itself. I did not feel safe at this school. I'm feeling the urge to write this today because I just recently returned to Sobrato to get my transcripts. In the Counceling Center a man waited about five minutes before approaching me, when he did he was extremely condescending. Even now as an adult I was treated poorly by the administration at Ann Sobrato High School. Walking out I saw a sign that said "no bullying zone" which is laughable. If you send your child here please compensate for the schools lack of care for your child and their mental health.

California public schools just cannot complete wth others. Check out SAT scores for yourself on the East Coast or other places and compare them to public school such as Live Oak. :(. A terrible problem as well is the pick up and drop off system cars have to double park I got a ticket trying to drop off my child in the morning but there is nowhere else to park; policemen are waiting for people to get in line and then come and honk to get them to move how do you pick up your kids at school?????

I feel that my daughter is very well rounded. She was able to take Spanish 2 and a higher level math in high school due to the classes she had at CSMH We love the teachers, staff, and the parents of our school. I still have 2 kids at CSMH one in 8th grade and one in 3rd grade! I would recommend the CSMH to everyone! There is a wait list to get in but that speaks of how good the school is!
