Most of the seating is picnic tables outside under an awning but there are also a few tables inside. High Springs brewery had a huge variety! 8 beers, 2 ciders, a hard lemonade and a soda. All of which they make in house as far as I can tell. I got my usual flight which consisted of a Hefeweizen, a kolsch, and 2 IPA's. All were solid but the Hazed and Confused was phenomenal. They don't make any food onsite but there were menus at the bar for Prohibition Pizza that is across the street. As I was leaving, I also saw a food truck pull up so plenty of options.

It's not far from the heart of downtown Live Oak and not far from the railroad tracks, either, of which you become quickly aware when a freight train passes by. Despite the small space, they have a pool table inside, a bar (of course) and that pool table doubles as a buffet table when they have potlucks and the like. There is apparently also an outdoor tiki bar area in the yard behind the building but I didn't go back there. Beer is the preferred spirit it seems and the crowd is about 99% locals, mostly middle-aged but some in their early to mid twenties. The theme therefore is country/biker to an extent but they were playing old hard rocks standards when I was there and then . . . something . . . not sure what it was, but some song I remember from the early 2000s that probably was Linkin Park or a band that copied Linkin Park. So aside from the B-list or C-list early 2000s blast from the past, a very cool and low-key bar in a very handy location in Live Oak.

It was peaceful just walking among the blueberry bushes. It wasn't busy the Sunday early afternoon that I went. When I arrived no other person was in the wine tasting area. I was able to roam the blueberries with no one else around for like 20 min which was really relaxing.

The brewery has a welcoming, laid-back vibe, plenty of seating, and a unique setting that celebrates both Florida culture and international soccer. Watching the Ecuador match surrounded by flags from around the world made the experience even more enjoyable. The beer selection is impressive, and the tasting flight is a fantastic way to explore different styles before choosing a favorite. Every beer I sampled was fresh, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. Whether you enjoy light, refreshing pours or something more complex, there is something here for every palate. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was lively without feeling crowded, and the overall experience was excellent.
