Sent this place an email for a Live scan appt. Website asks for appts for faster service. They replied with instructions to just come in- no appt needed. I showed up the next day at location- and found there is no way to access the office. It's in a small office park. Only unmarked door had signs on it stating: "THIS IS NOT LIVESCAN." After walking around for a few minutes, I sent an email. No response. Called number listed- DISCONNECTED. Gave up and got great service at another livescan provider. Weird experience. BEWARE- response to my initial email was flagged as suspicious. I was expecting a response so did not give it much weight. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Would give zero stars if I could. read more

I came by Live Scan Fresno Monday afternoon around 4pm since I needed to have a Live Scan done for my licensure. They do walk-ins and only charge a $20 fingerprint rolling fee which is relatively low compared to some other places in the area. The process was extremely fast, I signed in on a list and my name was called about 5 minutes later. They took my Request for Live Scan form, credit card and driver's license and then called me to the back to have my fingerprints done soon after. I did feel a uncomfortable with how quickly the fingerprints were done; I've had to get Live Scans twice before, and each time I had done it before, they took their time making sure each fingerprint was good and repeating the rolling if needed before moving on. Here however, they seemed to be rushing through to get through as many people as possible in the day. While I appreciate the efficiency and speed, I noticed that for a few of the fingers, the display indicated that the quality of the fingerprint was poor. The form that they provided for me was also a photocopy, instead of having a wet signature/stamp on it, which was different from my previous experiences. When I asked for a copy with a the wet signature/stamp on it however, they simply provided me with a second photocopy. I haven't heard back from the licensing board yet, so hopefully there won't be any issues. I would likely recommend looking for another place that does appointments, since it seems they'd be more likely to take the time to make sure your fingerprints are done properly. read more

I would not come back here. I spent 50 minutes waiting for a fingerprint. They told me to wait outside as soon as I got there but didn't allow me to sign in. They said that it was because they didn't want more than 5 people in the waiting room but the staff were not wearing masks. Someone else came in behind me and signed in before I was able to, and even though after I signed in I wrote that I was first before the person who came in behind me and signed in first, the woman was still going to take the person behind me in first. Even though I had mentioned what happened and even after I had wrote on the sign in sheet what was happening and that I was first. If the person behind me didn't admit that she was after me, she would have seen her first. It was unprofessional, inefficient, and I wouldn't come back here. read more

First time here got my passport picture and live scan for nursing school. It's a small place very easy to find. They have a nice sign outside the door so they are very hard to miss. Due to covid they require that people need to wear a mask to get in and only 5 people in the waiting room at a time. They do sell masks for $1 for those needing one. As you enter there is a table where you sigh in. There was only one worker who was working. I arrived around 5pm on a Wednesday there was 2 people ahead of me. I was glad that the only guy working was fast and efficient and also very nice. I was there no more than 25 mins (waiting and getting my prints and picture). I would definitely come back if I needed to get my live scan done done again. read more

This place is a joke, I went in and the process was fast many would like that right ? Wrong when it comes to fingerprinting it shouldn't be that fast, I didn't think much of it but received an email saying that the prints did not go through because they were bad quality. Now I have to pay more money to resend a new set of prints, I'll be going today to receive my money back because it's clear they have no idea what they are doings. read more

I meant to write this a few weeks ago but got busy! I always come here for my live scans and never go anywhere else for a reason!!! This place provides the best service while getting me in and out quickly. My results got to the agency they needed to immediately and I had no issues at all. The office was decorated for Halloween and was super cute! I could see from all the signage and protective measures, that the owner cares about their client's health and wellbeing as well and the employees. It is always clean. read more

I've had to come here three times in the last month or so for a couple jobs my daughter was considering that required livescan. We came at different times of the day and sometimes there were five people waiting. The gal working was always fast, courteous, and had her procedure down pat - she deftly and swiftly got everyone in and out. Good experience each time. read more

Great fast service. This is where I am borderline with the company. I'm surprised I was done with the live scan process in less than 2 minutes. The total of 6 minutes filling out a form, waiting, and then getting seen. I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing to get prints done so quick, but I am sure if they weren't great quality it would state on the computer to redo. When I got live scanned for a previous job, it was done at the county room (where you pay the water bill ) and that took more than 15 minutes, the worker was thorough. It's starting to make me wonder if my prints were scanned well. this is where I am iffy about my live scan. My husband and I are in the process of an international adoption so this was our third time using Live Scan Fresno's services. The first time was about a year ago when we had to use the live scan for our criminal background checks. Then we went back to have our adoption paperwork notarized. This last time we had to do ink cards for the FBI. All three times have been quick and professional. I don't think i've ever had to use their waiting room. The most recent visit was unexpected. My agency emailed me while at work asking if we could get copies of our fingerprints and have them overnighted to the FBI. I work about an hour away and couldn't get off work early. So soon as I got off work I hurried straight to Live Scan Fresno but I still wasn't going to make it in time. I called the office and the girls working Jana and Jaclyn told me not to worry they were still helping customers so they would be working a little late. Once I got there I was helped right away. We tried to pull up our previous finger prints from a year ago but couldn't. SO instead they did my fingerprints again. We thought we could get a print out of the fingerprints but couldn't so then I had to call my husband to have him rush over so he could do his fingerprints too. The girls were super nice and understanding. They waited for him to get there... keep in mind they were already supposed to be closed. We ended up getting our fingerprints done and overnighted. Very unprofessional place! I just walked in for a "walk in only" service. Signed in and had a seat. Could hear two people talking (very unprofessionally) in the other room but nobody took even a minute to acknowledge myself or the other lady in the waiting room. Hours of operation are not posted and the door was unlocked so I assumed they were open. Thankfully, a call was taken that I would hear and it was stated they were closed from 1-2. Hello everyone I went to the live scan Located on 1754 E. Bullard Ave. I was there at 11:40 there was a sign that says will be closed 25th and the 26 will be open the 27th from 8 AM to 12 PM when I arrived at it was 11:40am there was a guy inside it looks Hispanic with a brown shirt he totally ignored me I knocked on the door he didn't even look at me. I stood outside for 20 minutes. With the black sweater and black sweats came out at 11:55 and I said aren't you guys supposed to be open today and she said yeah you're like late and I said I've been standing here for 20 minutes and she goes yeah Miami's 20 minutes is late you should've been here at it at 11 yeah I would close at 12 but there's nowhere there's a sign saying in order for us to get fingerprinted we have to show up one hour before the closing time she totally was rude with me and she laughed at me and she said I got to go to went and sat in her Mercedes car looked at me both of them were talking and laughing at me and I told her that I'll call and she said go ahead and complain the manager is not gonna and the owner is not gonna do anything delivery displays doesn't care about the customers they have really bad customer service so I thought I should share my experience maybe the reason why I was treated like that because I'm a Muslim lady covered with a scarf and she she didn't feel like she working there read more

These guys were EXCELLENT. I went in to get printed, for an out-of-state CCW permit, and from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out was less than 20 minutes. Prices are reasonable, as well. My two cards only cost me $30. Would definitely go again, for any fingerprinting needs. read more

I allowed myself time to complete this task ----- needless !! Live Scan was easily accessible and there was no line. I have a 4 yr old and ended up with an unexpected, unplanned free morning. I figured I would call livescan to make an appointment. I spoke to Aracelli and she said they didn't do appointments and to just come in. I was expecting this to now take up my whole morning. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised! I walked in, signed in, and waited about 3 min while she finished with another customer. I was in and out in probably less than 15 min. Nothing ever goes this easily!
