I have tightness in my right side that was inhibiting my range of motion on my right side. I was recommended this place to get ART/IASTM (aka graston) simply because word on the street, Chris is the best! I knew this was going to be a bit painful, but much needed. A personal trainer and body builder recommended Chris to me when I hurt my shoulder lifting weights. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and skilled on how the muscles work and how they are connected to each other. Chris asked me some questions and started applying pressure on my shoulder and figured out the problem. Then came the fun part. Chris is a master manipulator of the body and can apply an intense amount of pressure to the body to work out the tightness and knots. The sensation is nothing like I felt before. I can't recommend Chris at Live Unbroken highly enough- one session with him changed my body and my relationship with it forever. I'm a competitive powerlifter and bodybuilder, so I'm putting my body through massive stress almost on a daily basis. I've searched high and low for someone who could help me feel like my body was put together properly, but only found "sports massage therapists" who could make me feel a little better for a few hours, without any lasting relief.
