I opted for the 60 min/cupping as I have never done it before so I was real excited. She briefly talked about the procedure and 10-15 mins into the massage she applied the cups with the right amount of suction. It was a little strange but not uncomfortable. She kept those cups on while she worked on my legs and feet. She definitely hit some spots I didn't know I needed. Ultimately I walked outta there feeling great. Unfortunately, my most recent visit on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 10:45 AM was not a positive experience. I called at 10:00 AM to schedule a 90-minute couples deep tissue massage with hot stones for my husband and me, as he was treating me for my birthday. I specifically requested a shared room so we could enjoy the experience together, as we have in the past without any issues. I was told by the receptionist that they had availability and that we were welcome to arrive within the hour. We arrived at approximately 10:45 AM. While my husband's massage went very well, I did not receive the deep tissue massage we paid for. About 30 minutes into my 90-minute session, I noticed there was no firm pressure being applied. The therapist primarily used very light lotion strokes and circular motions on my back and lower back. The pressure felt like applying lotion to the skin. While the sensation was not unpleasant, it did not reflect what I specifically booked and paid for as a deep tissue massage. At one point, tiger balm was offered, which I declined; however, the pressure consistent with a deep tissue massage never began. Aside from briefly standing on my back at the beginning of the session, the treatment remained extremely light throughout. At around the 30-minute mark, I asked if I could end the session early because I was extremely unhappy with the service. I was told by my husband's therapist that I would need to continue until the session reached one hour in order to be charged appropriately. I agreed because I felt I had no other option in the moment, and I also requested that the hot stones be removed from the charge since I was no longer willing to continue the full service as originally booked. I completed the 60-minute session, but I did so unwillingly and left extremely disappointed and emotionally upset, as this was a birthday gift experience that did not meet expectations and genuinely left me hurt. The business did offer a complimentary massage once they realized how unhappy I was, which I appreciated; however, I declined, as the purpose of my visit was to share the experience with my husband, and that opportunity had already been lost. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. My intention is not to be harsh, but to clearly communicate the impact of this experience so it can be addressed appropriately in the future, especially when clients explicitly communicate that the service is not what was requested or expected.

I have had Miguel over multiple times, and I always mean to write him a review! Since I am in the process of writing a couple others, i felt it was time to get to it! Miguel is by far my favorite massage therapist. And I use the word therapy because it is definitely a therapy session. He gets into and discovers the deep areas of concern and the ones that bring much discomfort. But he's good. I suggest at minimum 90 minutes from him. I've been on his table for 2.5 hours once and it flew by! Miguel knows his stuff for sure. He uses many different techniques and walks you through what he is doing and explains what is what. I just love to have him over and wish I could have a massage on a weekly basis from him. I wait way to long for him to work on me that I'm a wreck by the time he gets his hands on me! When you book a massage, you want to be able to relax and trust that you are in good hands. You will NOT find that here, and Oswell should be ashamed of his behavior. Before buying a Groupon, I wanted to check that he had times available that fit my schedule. So I called the number listed. After a few rings, it was clear that the phone had been picked up, but no one said anything. I waited several seconds, then asked, "Hello? Is this Premier Massage?" The man responded, "Yeah. This is Oswell." Most businesses answer their phones politely, stating the name of the business; I would have settled for at least a "Hello." This should have been my first clue that this was not a company I wanted to do business with. But I am too kind & patient for my own good, and so I told him that I wanted to make an appointment for this week. He told me, "Yeah, go on the website and book it there." I really should have given up here, but it seemed like such a good deal that I went to the website. I found eight suitable times available on three different days, so I went ahead and got the Groupon. I made my reservation, and was looking forward to my massage. Over 24 hrs later, less than 36 hrs before my appt, I received an email in which he not only misspelled my name but informed me that he was closed for the entire week. I was livid. I'd already bought the Groupon, with the expectation that I would be able to use it for one of the 8 available times listed on the website. If he was closed this week, the website should say so; plus, he should have informed me over the phone when I'd called him in the first place. I wrote him back to politely let him know that I was angry that he had wasted my time and money. I told him, rightfully, that his behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. He wrote me back to tell me that I was being "mean". I was astounded. This man runs a business where (1) you can't trust that he will help you over the phone, or even interact with you in a decent manner; (2) you can't trust that the times on his website are true; (3) he feels he can close the office on a whim and contact you at his leisure, regardless of any inconvenience it might cause to you (a potential client); (4) he feels that he is completely absolved of any responsibility in this situation, and if you get angry, he accuses you of being "mean". [I can assure you that I was definitely NOT being mean. Anger and honest statement of fact are not meanness; meanness is lashing out and name-calling and lies. I don't stoop to that, because I don't believe people deserve to be treated like that, regardless of how irresponsible, unprofessional, and disrespectful they have been. I refuse to stoop to their level, because I think it's important to remain a person of integrity, even when dealing with someone who is clearly devoid of any integrity at all.] So I am writing this review to warn you that this man lies about when he is available, is careless & cavalier with your time, and doesn't have the decency or respect that really any professional should have when offering a service to the public. Especially in the massage business, which is such a personal interaction, you should be able to trust that person. Yes, I am disabled, and yes, I am overstressed, and yes, as much as I would like to lie in bed for days, I can't because I have people counting on me. For someone in the massage business, this would be a reason for most to be MORE compassionate with a prospective client. Yes, my husband did call. I was so frustrated to learn that I had been screwed over by Oswell that I burst into tears. My husband, ever the peacemaker, called to reproach him for his disrespectful & unethical behavior, and to see if we could find some way to reach common ground. Oswell continued to be rude and uncaring, and no common ground was found. I had responded to his email only to express my disbelief at his refusal to take any responsibility for the situation. He seems to consider this statement of fact "rude". It's worth noting that I'd waited until this final exchange of emails before even coming on Yelp, because I'd wanted to give him a chance to rectify the situation first. I'd gladly supply more information, but Yelp's constraints prevent me from writing further; however, Oswell's comment makes his unjustifiable attitude all the more evident. And think on these priorities: it took him forever to tell me that his office was closed, but look how quickly he hopped on here to comment.

He asked me what I wanted to focus on and explained what he was doing as needed. The massage itself was one of the best I've ever had. He worked on pressure points throughout my body and thoroughly released the muscles in each area. The neck massage he gave me was simply the best neck massage I've ever had. So…read morewhen I started to have chronic back problems about 2 years ago, I decided to start investing in deep-tissue and therapeutic massages once every couple of weeks. I went to the local massage school and basically tried everyone that worked there at least once. While the massages felt good, and made me feel better in the short term, one of the things I noticed was that I would often feel worse after the massage than I did beforehand! So I kept looking, hoping that I would find a therapist that not only gave a massage that felt good, but one who actually helped me heal faster and stay healthy well after the massage was over. Finally, I found Greg. Right away I could tell that he was different, because he didn't just treat the problem--he treated the whole body. He worked on my back, of course, but he also worked on my flexibility, my range of motion, my circulation, etc. His massages feel great, and you're very relaxed the whole time (he is very easygoing and friendly). Most importantly, however, you feel much better well after the massage is over. When I started massages with Greg, I was trying to cope with a low level of back pain almost every day, and I couldn't even touch my toes because my muscles were so tight. Now I am pain-free and I can touch my palms all the way to the floor. I'm running faster, I feel stronger, my stress level is down, and I'm much more productive at work. The benefits are well worth the cost, and since Greg is an independent therapist, he can offer great deals anyway! I recommend Greg very highly. If you're currently getting massages from someone else but feel like they could be better, I would recommend that you try Greg instead. Or, if you're a first timer and are a little apprehensive, go ahead and give him a try. You'll be happy you did.

I saw a couple of other heath professionals that I have had excellent results from in the past that are highly regarded. They helped my issues, but I still had significant discomfort. Greg got me 90% fixed in a single session. I went from wincing upon every step to being nearly pain free in a single session (just a bit of muscle soreness, to be expected). If I could give Greg 10 stars I would. My bride would give Greg big stars, now she doesn't have to listen to me complain any longer! If you have pain issues, run, walk, or crawl to Greg. He has now become the cornerstone of my health regimen. Reasonably priced and gets results.
