(45 minutes there, 45 back and an hour at the office) The staff seemed nice, they gave me back my office visit fee and offered to reschedule, but I am not going to wait another 7 weeks and they could not guarantee it would not be a repeat performance. They would not refund the labs nor offer to provide them, currently disputing charges. Sent a message to the doctor via the portal, crickets. I guess I am not his target as I can not work within such a business model. If you have a bunch of time, I guess they are good, again, never responded to email about my experience....Good Luck!!
