I hate complaining, but the first time i went here it was good... but last few times It has been new people and i honestly don't think I'll be going here anymore & I'll tell you why. The nurses have constantly had trouble with me and my boyfriends arms to get the drips in... I mean you go to school for this why can't you get it right?! It shouldn't be that hard. Then i don't feel any different during or after or even the next day.... i feel the same. I actually felt weird though this last time like a dizzy feeling after i left... like a brain fog. It's just strange to me. Also, this place isn't regulated. I think it's just a trendy thing. Now that I've looked into these type of places further I'll definitely be canceling my membership. I will admit... Before my first drip I was wondering "will this work for me?" Adios skepticism. I love the drips. I haven't tried them all because I haven't needed some (like the hangover one, don't know if I should binge drink for the sole purpose of trying the hangover drip--haha). My family and I all go here. We keep going back for two reasons... One: the drips WORK! Two: the staff is awesome (love you guys!). A few of my gfs suggested I get a drip at The Drip Room. I called to get info and the girl on the phone told me what was in the bag and did a great job selling me on the quality they provide. Me: Great. How much? Her: 149 or $99 for members. What industry are you in? Me: Medical... Her: Great. Medical industry workers get the member price! Me: Awesome. I'm on my way. I get there and another lady tells me Medical industry discount is 10%. They honored the $99 they quoted me (see extra star) But seemed kinda "Bait and Switch-y." Esp when they're telling a hospitality employee that he would be at member rate right in front of me. I clarified on the way out. Medical industry only 10%, hospitality industry is member price. And they were only doing the member price for me this once. Me: But the girl on the phone... I have been to this location a couple of times. They will be moving soon to a larger facility. They always got me right in, both times! They are very professional and nice. The customers that have been there are also very nice. They provide a selection of IV's including vitamin C and hydrogen peroxide. You also can get add on's too. They also have vitamin B12 shots too and oxygen. I only wish the amount of vitamin C was more. I have had 50 grams before and noticed a difference. I think they use around 7 grams here which should still help your immune system though. They even have drips for hydration before you hit the town. read more

I would highly discourage getting a membership here. The service itself was fine (nothing special), but I have been trying to cancel my membership for 4 months and have not been able to do so. I have emailed, called (never once gotten an answer and the 'leave a message' option hangs up on you), messaged on Facebook and visited in person- only to find my location was closed for good. This morning after seeing another $20 Drip Room charge on my card (despite my numerous emails which clearly document my attempts to end my agreement) I finally called my credit card company to have them blocked. I will be disputing the last 4 months of charges. This is no way to treat a patron- I shouldn't have to block Drip Room to cancel my membership (which I was told at sign up I could cancel any time). Okay, it's a little expensive, but when you travel as much as I do ... sometimes you are so rundown that you are desperate for a pick me up. This was the case after spending two weeks in Delhi and suffering from, well, what do you think? It's India. Needless to say, I was tired and dehydrated. I was ready to speed this recovery process up. And nothing says "recovery" like sticking a needle in your arm. To be fair, my doctor was like, you can probably just drink water since you have the ability to sit upright. There is no need to pay $200 for an IV. Yeah, but it's more fun! And there are vitamins and stuff. Just pump that good shit into me. Swallowing a pill is so old school. Anyway, to be honest, I'm fairly certain it's why I felt 100% better the next day. Okay, maybe more like 75% better. Or maybe these percentages are completely made up? The point is, I don't regret it and I would do it again. Did I mention my skin looks phenomenal right now? Worst service I've ever had!!! I signed up for the B12 membership. I came in every week for three weeks and I decided to get a D shot this time. They said since I'm already a member it's only $30 so I went ahead and got it. A week later I came in again for another B 12 shot and they said I owed them $20. I asked why and they said because the D shot is actually $50, they gave me the wrong information. I told her that is not my fault but I know for next time. They said I either have to pay the additional $20 or they will end my membership! I said i'm not paying an additional fee because I was told a certain price and that's why I got the shot, if I knew it was $50 I would not have gotten it! They made me leave without giving me another shot B12 shot but still continue to charge me the fee! read more

I've been to a few places similar to this around the PHX area. Hands down this is the best place to spend your time & money. The staff is very pleasant, the price is affordable, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I often go for B12 shots & ended getting a monthly membership to receive it weekly. i added in a fat burner and it does wonders, it truly leaves me feeling amazing all week. They have a ton of drips you chose from as well. I personally have not done it yet, but plan to in the near future! I went to the drip room for my first time after a particularly long night left me with a hangover. they explained it to me and got started giving the IV. After a lot of pain The nurse who did it said "sorry I think I blew the vein." It was extremely painful and left me feeling like I was going to pass out and I said I didn't want to do it again because that was very painful and they really insisted and pushed into how much better I would feel and that I should do it. So hesitant I let the Dr. do the IV this time and thankfully not another blown vein but I was shocked they still charged me full price honestly. I left feeling pretty much the same. I know I got a bag worth of fluids but I peed it out immediately and was still feeling just as hungover and now with a bruised and painful arm as well. I stopped in here yesterday feeling completely miserable. After a week of golfing and attending the Phoenix Open my body was severely dehydrated and even cramping. They recommended the Sports Drip and hooked me up. I was skeptical but feeling as poorly as I did I was also hopeful this would help! This treatment is just excellent, expensive but so worth it! The entire staff was super friendly, well educated, and truly care that you're comfortable, making the experience great aside from the medical benefits from getting the actual drip. I was a skeptic but after reading all the positive reviews I decided to give an IV drip a try. Been sick with a sinus infection for a full week , feeling like a slug & on antibiotics & cough meds which were not helping. I have been to the drip room twice and I loved it both times. Only giving a 4 because the prices are a bit high. Both times I ended up there due to overall fatigue and being run down.
