I have been a patient for of Living Inline's Dr. Stephanie Mancuso since 2006 and simply put: I can't sing her praises loudly enough. I wish I could just convey how absolutely passionate I feel about her as a healer, as a doctor. Chiropractors are not all created equal. Past accidents have left me with a neck that causes chronic, sometimes VERY debilitating, pain. Despite that, I am enthusiastically athletic and over 60 as well, so I toss in a few random new injuries here and there because of my very active lifestyle. I am going to try and express in words what Living Inline and Dr. Jason have done for me in my life, but no words can express the gratitude that I have. Dr. Jason is so so so much more than a Chiropractor. Actually I hate calling him that. I think of him as a Guru, a healer, one of the most special and genuine people I have ever met in my life (and I have traveled the globe). While I was going through one of the toughest times in my life, Cancer Battle in 2000, I was introduced through a miracle. During this time I went from having too low of a blood count and unable to get my next round of chemo therapy-to gaining weight, never missing a chemo again, and my nausea reduced tremendously. It was hard for me to believe at first the impact of going to Dr. Jason and it is sometimes unexplainable the gift that he has. He often knows my mental state and stress level, just by touching my back/neck. Throughout our 14 year relationship, Dr. Jason has fixed physical issues with my body, made me feel better about myself, connected me with the right people to help me along my journey, motivated me to chase my passion, and providence excellent guidance when needed. There were times when he would take time out of his crazy schedule and take me shopping for foods to improve my diet and overall health, set up a lunch meeting with someone he thought I should connect with, fit me into his schedule (often without appointments) or meet me at random times to get me ready for a game/event/tryout. This whole time he never ever ever asked for anything in return, and went above and beyond his call of duty to ensure that I was my optimal state (my InLine) psychically and mentally. Dr. Jason is not only the best Dr. I have ever met, he is without a doubt the most genuine, caring person that I have ever come across. I have to admit we liked it at first with Dr. J for my daughter's swimming injury but after several appointments, his wife was there instead and a different receptionist. It was utterly confusing and the appointment never happened! We were there on time and while waiting, I asked the receptionist if Stephanie knew about my daughter's injury, what she needed. The receptionist asked if my daughter was new. I said no, doesn't Stephanie have a file to review to know what my daughter needed? She scrambled looking around for a file or did one even exist I wondered at that point. We sat another 10 minutes or so and I asked when my daughter would be seen. The receptionist said another 30 minutes! I asked why were were waiting 45 minutes for our appointment. There were open tables. At that time Dr. J's wife came out and asked if she could help me. At no time did I raise my voice before she came out or during because there were tables of people getting help, trying to relax, just expressed our confusion. Stephanie said appointments only take 30 minutes so she was confused why we were confused, not listening that we were told to WAIT 30 more minutes! I began to wonder how someone supposed to be so intuitive wasn't understanding. My daughter just wanted to leave as did I at that point so Stephanie offered 15 minutes. I said we weren't paying $45 for 15 minutes. She said nothing about adjusting the cost we already paid when we came so I asked for a refund and we left. I expected a call from Dr. J (any other place would follow up) since he had been the one working on my daughter and he had called our home before but nothing. Living Inline is a special place with special people that instantly changes your mindset the second you walk through the doors. I used to be scared to go to chiropractors and was tentative, when my husband raved about this place and the Dr.'s. From the second I stepped through the door they have a warm calming vibe that makes you feel very welcome and relaxed. Dr. Jason is very mindful of each patient, and builds a rapport with each person that makes him feel like he is your best friend. My husband and I always argue on who he likes better, ha ha Since going to Dr. Jason and living In-line I can't imagine not making this visit as often as possible. I used to believer that you went to a chiropractor when something was wrong with you and now I am a firm believer that it is important to go in and make sure that my body is inline and I am at full capacity to take on life as a mom, boss, and wife. Over the years, I have been to quite a few chiropractors. I would say that's a few too many, in fact. Since I moved here and started seeing Dr. Kolber, I don't know what I would do without him. This is not your typical crack me a couple times and I'm out the door until the next time. I've already gone through several of those. Dr Kolber's work has allowed my body to function at optimal levels. I feel much more in sync from my sessions with him. I'm no longer perpetually in pain or discomfort. I feel as though I'm sleeping better, and somehow able to think more clearly. I'm told these are all benefits from having your nervous system corrected and functioning properly. Lately I have been trying to make some life style changes for myself in overall areas of health and I am so pleased to say that I have found just the place for me! I was referred to Living Inline by a good friend of mine who has been going for many years and just raves about the place. Thanks to Living Inline my children and I are healthier happy and out of pain. 3 yrs ago my son was tackled while playing touch football. His shoulder was borking and barely missed having surgery. After the bone heal who started having migraines. Dr wanted to give me a pill for the rest of his life and they did not what was wrong or how to fix it but said to take mess for rest of life in hopes that one day the headaches would go away.
