In a short span of being their patient, I reached out for my mother, who was experiencing severe back pain. They fit her in to the schedule the following day, and cared for her with remarkable empathy. When my mom expressed the urgency for immediate pain relief, Dr. Ross Dye went above and beyond by using personal connections to get her an appointment with the AZ Pain Center the very next day. Not only did Nancy, the extremely experienced nurse at Connected Medical Center, walk my mother to the car, lower her into the seat and buckle her, but they called my mother the next day to see if she was feeling relief from the result at the pain center. Dr. Ross Dye is an absolutely exceptional, engaging listener who understands every detail of your symptoms and concerns. His relatable personality makes you feel like you're talking to a friend (who is extremely knowledgable with extensive experience). Since I had no results from past experiences with various healthcare providers, including chiropractors, physical therapists, medical centers, spinal injections, and acupuncture, I just didn't believe that anyone could help and I suffered for years. However with worsening back spasms, numbness and neck pain disrupting sleep and causing me to be a "pain in the neck," I was encouraged to see a chiropractor. I was so pleasantly surprised to find that Dr. Ross Dye truly cares about "helping" people instead of charging outrageous prices to the patients or insurance companies! Connected Medical Center charges only $60 per visit without insurance and accepts most insurance. Dr. Dye and his staff are phenomenal. I have been experiencing hip and knee pain for about the last five years. I felt very comfortable with the treatment and have continued it here. I love the approach of getting down to the causes and conditions and not just prescribing a medication and sending you out the door. My routine here is a STEM, adjustment and K-laser therapy.
