If you r planning on buying anything from Living Spaces and you are ordering it on line DON'T. I ordered a lamp online in March the ad said it was available. 3 days later I get a call saying it would not be delivered until 6 to 8 weeks I said cancel order. Thought that was the end of that. They changed my bank account for merchandise I had not received had canceled and now no longer want. Now every 3 to 8 days I get 6 to 8 txt saying your merchandise is being shipped. I wrote the B B B explained and had told Chase my bank that I never received merchandise and now in MAY I was getting txt many of them saying your merchandise is being shipped. If I already received merchandise as they claim why is it being shipped in April May and who knows what June will bring. Chase said well the merchant said. So there word is law and I am suppose to prove I guess I did not get lamp why don't they prove they shipped it and who did they ship it too. Be careful of Living Spaces ordering on line. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I bought a mattress and frame from this organization about 2 years ago. The mattress came with a ten year warranty. My mattress started to droop so I called living spaces and they called the mattress inspector to come out. They evaluated my mattress and told me that it had a stain so they could not replace it. I then got it professionally cleaned and they came back to inspect it. They then said it was the frame. I then called the manager and he stated that I did need to buy a new frame and I told him no I have the warranty and it was obviously not the frame. He was very rude and not helpful at all. I feel like this company draws people in with the warranty then have no way of backing it up when need a new mattress. About 18 months ago I purchased a double reclining love seat combo. The left arm is coming apart from the rest of the unit. I also purchased an extended warranty on the unit. After a couple of months of reporting the issue, they finally sent a technician. He said it was not repairable and would need replacement. After waiting another month or so we were informed that it's a manufacturer's defect and is not covered. This makes no sense what-so-ever! read more

Do not, under ANY circumstances, purchase ANYTHING from Living Spaces. I am going to post this on the Yelp page of all of their stores in hopes I can convince at least one person to spend their money at any other store and not get SCAMMED the way I did. I read all of the negative reviews about Living Spaces horrible customer service and how they will do whatever they can to void your warranty, and honestly - I just took it as a bunch of people that were butthurt cause they broke their furniture or something and Living Spaces caught them, but boy was I wrong. My girlfriend purchased the "Savannah Chest" for me for my birthday. I had just purchased a new house and she thought it would be the perfect fit for my bedroom which doesn't have a ton of closet space (the house was built in 1905). She had it delivered to her house so she could wrap it up and surprise me with it, and boy was I surprised - it was a beautiful piece of furniture and it was a perfect match for my bedroom. After opening it I moved it over to my house, you know - cause it was a birthday present for my room and all, but nope! I should have left it at her house, you see - if you move a piece of furniture from the address it was delivered to the warranty is automatically voided. Now okay, I can totally understand that if I were to say that the piece was all scratched, and something broke in transit - that would be understandable, but that is not what happened, there is not one bit of accidental damage to this piece of furniture - it sits right now in my room with naught a scratch or ding in it, but - the handles have started to randomly fall off. Even this I would understand if Living Spaces were to say "They probably broke in the move." - but you see, my birthday was in July - and while it's clear nothing on the chest is scratched or dinged or anything, these handles seem to just be falling off. I found one on the floor two weeks ago, I looked carefully and noted a screw and small bracket (I'm talking like 5mm bracket) had fallen off - so I re-secured it and then two days ago, I found another on the floor, same deal - but the screw and bracket and still attached, I CAN'T EVEN FIGURE OUT HOW THIS THING FELL OFF! So my girlfriend calls and explains this all to Living Spaces and initially is told this is a known defect and someone will come fix it, but upon further questioning they discover the piece is at a different address and say "Oh, well the warranty is voided." She explained a bit more but was stone walled - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So I filled up with an email and get the response "HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY, your warranty is voided." No joke, I'll forward anyone the email. Customer service is huge to me, I gladly pay extra for good customer service, this is why I have all Apple products - customer service. But I implore all of you to never shop at this store - just read the many other reviews saying how people got shafted, it's terrible - and while I previously didn't believe them, I totally to now. Horrible customer service! I purchased an item from living spaces went to go pick it up from the distribution center which equipped me with the WRONG address. Really, you're unsure where you're located??? After three calls and a treasure hunt, the individual who assist me at the my purchase (he was the only kind individual in the entire organization) I still don't have the merchandise. Requested a manager.... no cigar! No only are the reps rude they seriously need customer training. You can speak to a manager at the center or a store. No wonder the ratings are way below scale. I placed an order online for as sectional that my wife fell In love with. I was very indecisive about ordering from here because of all the bad reviews I had read online. Some had a bad experience with the customer service, others with their merchandise, etc... Long story short, I ordered our sectional online. Not only was it ready for pick up one hour after purchase, the sectional was in perfect conditioned and loaded onto my vehicle by, I believe his name was Kevin,sorry if I'm wrong,the tatted, stretched ear gentleman. Kevin advised me that if for any reason I was not happy with my purchase, I would be able to bring my sectional back to the warehouse for a replacement or reimbursement. To top my experience off, the same exact sectional was sold at Ashley's for $1,300. I paid less than half of that amount at living spaces. I would highly recommend purchasing online and picking up from the distribution center! read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. READ THE REVIEWS before buying anything from here. This review is based on my refunded online purchase and delivery not specifically the Rancho store. I ordered a sectional 2 weeks ago with an eta for delivery on 9/21 (today). I get the email yesterday to confirm delivery, which I did. Moved out my old sectional to the curb and made accommodations for someone to pick them up since I don't own a truck. My delivery window was 12:30-3:30pm. At 10:34 AM, 2 HOURS BEFORE MY DELIVERY WINDOW I get an email stating that my sectional will not be delivered today because it's out of stock. I also had a voicemail from the same representative named Jazmin. The phone call and email were very un empathetic to the customer. I called and her response was yeah they are out of stock, sorry. They could absolutely care less that my daughter is currently sitting on the floor of my living room floor because of their mistake. I understand that inventory issues happen, but what a complete inconvenience and a lack of respect for the customer to call them/email 2 HOURS BEFORE the scheduled delivery and let them know that your item won't be delivered today rather the END OF NOVEMBER! I also requested to speak with a manager since about 10:45 am and its now 3:45 pm and have not had anyone call me regarding this issue. Rather, I had to call them myself and try to resolve this. I did speak with another lady in delivery and attempted to order a different sectional but that was also out of stock, at that point I just cancelled my order. 4 stars as far a my experience goes with this particular location. We bought a table from our local Living Spaces - it wasn't on any sale, but still over a $100 less then Ashley's Furniture. The table itself was only $195, and Ashley had it for over $300. Big difference for a relatively small dollar item. We had it delivered to the local store and we picked it up. Upon putting it together at home we noticed some fairly significant & visible imperfections. I called their main line and spoke with a gentleman that was very nice and helpful. We scheduled to pick up another table from the Rialto store the same day. The Rialto store is about an hour from us, but we decided to take the drive so we can open the box at the location to check the table out and not have to do this again. They were very friendly and helpful when we arrived. Took the damaged table with no questions. They got the new table and carefully opened it for inspection - looked great! We were on our way. Took all but 30 minutes at the facility - not bad in my opinion. The only reason I took off 1 star was because the table was damaged in the first place - but they made it right. Thanks! read more

I purchased a "RECOVER" pillow on 9/21/13 from the LIVING SPACES FURNITURE store in Menifee CA. I got the pillow home and took it out of the package and it had a horrible smell. Smells like mold or mildew. Tried to exchange it at the store where purchased and they refused to smell it. Apparently this has happened before. Spoke with "Allen" the customer service manager and said there was nothing he could do. I can understand if a customer does not like the item because they woke up with a stiff neck but with a horrible smell of mold is absolutely unacceptable. I would like a refund. Don't even want to try another pillow just like it. We will never shop at LSF AGAIN. We just purchased a television at the beginning of this year from LSF. My husband and I purchased a couch and recliner approximately 2 years ago. We purchased the VIP protection (5 years) plan at an additional cost. After just 2 years of the time of purchase the fabric is literally peeling off like a bad sunburn. I contacted living spaces in regard to my warranty and after sending them pictures of the condition my couch and recliner are in, they refuse to replace our furniture. I am incredibly disappointed that Living spaces refuses to stand behind their product and seemingly finds it completely appropriate to sell furniture that is poorly made and unreliable. Living Spaces SUCKS!!!!!! This has got to be the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. My wife and I made a purchase and delivery on January 24, 2013. We purchased a bed with drawer space for our 11 year old daughter. in a months time the beds drawers and doors began to dismantle. A technician came out to fix the problems. Ordered parts that was needed. The parts was supposed to ship to our address in 6 weeks. Needless to say the parts has not been delivered and when we contacted customer service, we are given the run around. It is now May 10, 2013 and the part has not been shipped and the beds drawers are still broken. Our daughter cannot put her cloths away. Customer service will not let us speak to a manager. They keep telling us that someone will call back and that it could take another 6 weeks for delivery of the part(s). If this is how Living Spaces conduct there business, then I will have no more dealings with this company. I guess they move faster and more efficient when you are on a payment schedule. Since we paid cash up front they have no more vested interest in for our concern. read more

i am never, ever ordering furniture from living spaces again and if anyone i know ever mentions buying new furniture i'll be sure to explain to them why they shouldn't either! not only did they screw me out of a "same day delivery" yesterday, i was lied to by a representative that assured me my order would arrive this afternoon between 4 and 8p. i called today to confirm, before it got to late, and sure enough getting screwed again. so pissed. the only reason i ordered from this business was because they offered same day delivery and i had guests arriving today. talk about getting jerked around. what really pisses me off is had i cancelled my original order and placed a new order i would have a delivery window of 2p-6p, at least according to their site, but i can't really say i have any faith in those delivery windows any longer. i am never, ever ordering from living spaces again. read more

went to living spaces in Rancho Cucamonga today, and found a love seat and was told it would be delivered between 6pm and mid night, and it was delivered at 730pm however it was the wrong color so they took it back the delivery guys called the dispatch to find out if they could redeliver it and the soonest they said they could deliver it was Tuesday which is unacceptable because i was promised it would be delivered today knowing i had a family function on Sunday so i now have to go out and rent chairs because of their mess up. i hope living spaces makes it right for me and my family as we are going to have to readjust for Sunday plans. read more
