    So glad I found living spaces! They have so many modern options for furniture at a reasonable price! It is not super cheap and not super expensive, but right in the middle. They also have an option for their "universal" items to customize them with the fabric you want, so if you want a specific color or texture of fabric on a specific piece, they can custom make it for you! This makes the furniture even more special and makes it feel more high end since it made to order just for you! We ordered the Mayes swivel cuddler and it is very comfy so far! We custom made ours so it did take about 3 weeks to come in, but it was made with the durable fabric we chose in the color we chose, so it was worth the wait! The only downside is that since it swivels, if you sit on one side of the chair, it does kind of tip over a bit. Other than that, it's a great chair and makes a great addition to our living room! Overall, I'd recommend living spaces any day for modern/customizable furniture options! They also have an outlet location in the humble area, which doesn't really seem to have Any additional discounts or deals at all. It is basically the same as the Katy location but it has a few different items on the floor. They also don't really have sales for holidays like Memorial Day or the 4th of July, besides their financing options. They do offer financing options, but it is through a store credit card, so we didn't opt in to do financing. I'm only giving them 3 stars, because I wish our swivel cuddler was a bit more stable like it felt in the store.

    WRONG ITEM DELIVERED!!!

    Be a returning Living Spaces customer for some months. But something just happened and made me deeply consider if I would ever shop there anymore. I live in Sugarland TX and I went to the store in Katy TX (a good 35/40 mins drive) to shop around and since it was a mega store with showrooms etc. I purchased a tempur pedic mattress and a tempur pedic mattress protector in early November. A mattress and a PILLOW were delivered instead. The delivery guys made me signed off and deal with the store later. On Nov 24 Sunday, I went to the Katy store again. Planned to shop for more items, and to get mattress protector by returning the pillow. Spending more than an hour, the cashier told me to keep the pillow when it shall not be there at all. They handed me the pillow, told me that they would sort it out internally and I should have the mattress delivered to me soon. So I made a purchase of some other items, and walked away with the pillow that they handed me. I received NO update whatsoever regardless tons of follow ups I've been sending to the webhelp email as well as the email address that they claimed to be a direct mailbox to the Katy store. I even called the customer service line but after some minutes, the guy on the phone told me that he couldn't sort things out over the phone and I had to go to the store to sort it out. I made a trip again to the Katy store which is quite a long drive from Sugarland, again last night on Saturday. The frontdesk people sent me to the cashier, and after briefly describing what brought me there, the cashier (later she claimed she was the supervisor) told me that the tempur pedic mattress protector is out of stock and I can pick a replacement. I went to the bedroom section and saw the same salesmen that placed the order, and the some other salesmen there as well and found out that it is indeed out of stock, and then recommended me to take another one (seems to be a downgrade) but I was fine with their recommendation overall. They then packed that item and walked me to the cashier. The cashier tried to do some work in the system and after a while, she told me that I had to bring back the pillow in order to do an exchange, or to pay for the mattress protector now in order to take that home today. I asked if they can schedule a delivery in the next few days and they can take the pillow back when they send me the mattress protector. She said they don't send the items from TX and it will take two weeks to deliver. She said she was trying her best to help but the company policy preventing her doing so. She didn't even ask me what date of the delivery if I would be available . Instead, just handed me with the invoice by scheduling it with the "earliest" slot available. Living spaces, HOW come it is my problem to make a second trip to return an item that you sent me incorrectly at the first place? What a joke about customer service? The cashier or supervisor whoever at the store failed to provide proper customer service by having an attitude saying that it is not their fault and made me feel like it is my fault to make purchases there. Also, I was told that the item is not sent from Katy and would take two weeks to deliver. I am sure the item can be delivered from Katy when the item was IN FRONT OF ME that there are delivery trucks around. Lastly, poor communication since the email databases are either not monitored, or Living Spaces chose to ignore my emails. To me, that supervisor knew that the tempur pedic mattress protector is out of stock when I walked to her. Then why no one emailed me or called me telling me that two weeks ago, or even last week? All these show Living Spaces supervisors were not trying to help the customers and that's marjor. To whom read the whole story here, I appreciate your patience and please think deeply before making a purchase with Living Spaces. I am not the only one experiencing something similar and you are welcome to look up some other reviews. I appreciated to the guys on the floor who tried to help, but the company itself seems to be an issue.

    The Kid Spaces employee single handedly killed any chance of us buying furniture there. With many kids and parents waiting in line, she rudely tells my wife that no parents are allowed inside. When just before us, two parents were allowed to go inside. Then she refuses to let us in and explain why some parents are allowed in and others are not. Is she so almighty that she gets to decide which parents are allowed inside? She refused to give us her name. To all other parents: DO NOT take you kids to that play area! It's obviously unsafe and should be closed. I've already taken this issue to the BBB and city safety board to investigate their play area. I did speak to a store manager and they didn't really care, just blew us off. Not the kind of customer service you want if you actually buy something. And from the other reviews I read, I'm not surprised at the bad service.

    FURNITURE / KATY, TX / 09-30-22 +The have little houses built inside, which is pretty cool. +A large kiddy play place to keep the little ones occupied. +They have a cafe bar where you can buy drinks and food. +The employees aren't commission-based, so no pressure sales. -Lack of color selection.

    When their contract delivery company delivered our new dining room table and hutch, the delivery team cut a large gash in the vinyl flooring of our 2 week old brand new home. Living Spaces Katy, nor their contact delivery company will accept responsibility for any damages incurred. Even though the delivery team put down floor protectors for the table, their stand is that it is the responsibility of the homeowner to provide floor protection. We paid extra for "white glove" delivery service. What we got was a damaged floor with management of Living Spaces not caring , nor the delivery company caring less about the damage. Never again will I set foot in this store again! Be very careful, you've been warned! My current recourse will be legal claim.

We walked around in the store waiting for help of course that never happened. As we approached the door to leave they looked at us like we had a plaque and not even said good bye. We traveled from a neighboring state to furnish a home after we researched furniture stores in the area. That was humiliating. I know good help is hard to find at this day and age, but please find new help. NEVER TO RETURN!!!

The order was for an employee identified as Daniel S. While I was waiting at the restaurant, he repeatedly messaged me asking whether the food was ready, whether it had been cooked yet, and why the delivery was taking so long. Drivers do not control how long restaurants take to prepare food, and we cannot force an order to be completed faster. When I arrived at the facility, I was stopped by security. The security guard asked whether Daniel had provided delivery instructions. He had not. The guard informed me that I was not allowed to enter the property because Daniel was still working and instructed me to leave the order with security. I followed those instructions exactly. I documented the delivery and have evidence showing that the food was handed directly to the security guard. Despite that, the order was later reported as not received. No one contacted me after the delivery to ask where the food had been left or to help locate the order. Instead, a report was made claiming the order was not received after I had already followed the instructions given by the company's own security personnel. Management should pay closer attention to situations involving their employees. In my opinion, employees who create delivery disputes after a documented delivery do not reflect the honesty and trustworthiness that most businesses expect from the people representing them. Delivery drivers are out here working hard to earn a living. We should not have to deal with false delivery disputes after completing a delivery exactly as instructed. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about accepting deliveries to this location again.

Representative expressed that they were not replacing her item and that she could do whatever she wanted with the box that they could care less. I honestly feel like they are taking advantage of my parents since they are older folks. I personally worked for a furniture store and would have never put a customer through this stress. I will be reporting this place to the better business bureau and continue to push my experience to alert consumers of their crooked ways. This situation has caused unnecessary stress and multiple arguments in our family. Please please read the reviews if my parents had read the reviews this would have never happened to them.
