This rating is solely for the poor customer service I have been receiving since I purchased a Juniper Reclining Sectional Sofa. First off the salesperson wrote us up for the wrong type of sofa - the floor model was powered recliner (which is what is needed for my handicapped wife) & that's what we wanted - but guess what - we got the manual reclining one delivered... The team that delivered it was super fast & friendly even when we discovered the wrong part number was on my order & they politely stated that I needed to call the store. Which of course, you can't talk directly (over the phone) with the store. Needless to say, it's been 4 months since my purchase & to date about 5 different ETA dates. But still no armless chair in stock. Today a CSM tells me it's not on order with the factory so they can't give me a new fake ETA. The best they can do is call me back next month... Why why why The best advice I can give, is make sure the invoice says exactly what you want, otherwise you'll be like the rest of us who leave a complaint - hoping some one from Living Spaces would help read more

Not much of a discount and most things are out of stock(like most furniture stores now) and back ordered. Parking is good and customer service is good. I'd come here again to buy. I bought a sofa and before it was delivered I found something else made better at another store. It was no issue to cancel and the refund is like normal 3-5 days or so. They DO NOT TAKE CASH! None of their stores do. Getting them on the phone is impossible so I have to go in. They did not refund the delivery or warranty so I'm working on that now. Bottom line: my 3 stars are for the excellent customer service. I did not like the selection as the quality seems lacking. read more

My bed broke due to poor assembly. I called and the warranty covered it and they sent an email with the last paragraph reading (paraphrased) they will not pick up the damaged item and to dispose of it as I see fit. They are now not replacing the bed as stated in the email. The line worker Lizette could not help me and did not know the business license number. She transferred me to her supervisor named Christina. Christina stated that Living Spaces DOES NOT HAVE a business license number. I asked for the business office number and her supervisor. Christina said they have NO business office and her supervisor is not there and would not transfer me to an in-charge person covering for Melissa. Christina said Melissa would be in on Monday and refused to give me any other employee identification, such as a last name or employee number. I asked for the delivery department and Christina disconnected me! I DO NOT recommend Living Spaces. It is so not worth it if you have a problem. read more

Highly disappointed! My husband and I were so excited to go in and see what we can find. We did find a nice piece we loved and we found out it was the same price as in the store! I thought this was an outlet. When we asked the associate if this was the final price, she said yes and you can't negotiate here like you can at an actual non outlet living spaces. It was a big waste of time and disappointment. Why advertise as an outlet when it is not? read more

**WARNING LONG POST** Visited 3 times. 1st visit I was greeted by Jennifer & April (I think that was her name) was able to browse with no pressure. Went home selected pieces return a week later. Jennifer was there again & assisted with my purchase. She was great!!! She answered All of my questions even brought out a tape measure to help ensure that the pieces I purchased would fit in my apartment. Within 24hrs i decided one of the pieces was an "eager" buy & wanted to ""return" that piece. I came back in was able to return and get a refund with no issues. The rest of the items are to be delivered tomorrow 12/22/20 i will follow up on how that went. I highly recommend researching online before visiting. We found a set immediately that we loved, and were out the door within 10 minutes with a delivery date for 3 days later. We received confirmation of our delivery window as well. DO NOT BUY HERE!! Never received our furniture after 2 months when promised in 1 week and received conflicting stories every time I called about it possibly being lost in mail to them delivering to the wrong address to XPO(shipping company) never receiving the furniture from living spaces. They never call back as promised and you can't contact the store. The only number is to a national call center and since I live three hours away you can't get resolution help from there. This place has a great selection of furniture for every room in the house, my main dislike is the employees follow you around super hard, I'm just trying to discuss with my wife and I get arguments from some person I don't know telling us what we should do with our home. I know it's not intentionally rude but it just feels like I get followed around like a fly, for that reason I chose to buy elsewhere. read more

Came here to check a couple things out and one of their female employees was uncontrollably and incessantly coughing all over the floor. She was also huddled up with her other co workers talking with no distancing between them. It's because of people like her that we are all locked down and some of us are not allowed to return to work. I don't understand what type of person would come to work in that condition, or how she passed the "safety protocols" this company claims to practice. The selection of furniture itself was pretty decent and a nice male employee in a Disney mask helped us out and answered all our questions, but ultimately we left because the couch we wanted to look at wasn't in the store and the woman made us feel very uncomfortable with her coughing all over the place. Masks have been proven to be completely ineffective, so it really comes down to a person and their willingness and diligence to do the right thing and call out sick no matter what the cost is to their pocket. read more

The lady first started off by greeting us and I told them we just wanted to look around. She kept asking question and I told her we will let her know if we find anything. These people are total crooks! Purchased a bedroom set along with bar stools for our kitchen. The dresser was broken and damaged and half of the stools were damaged as well. Called it in and they charged a 5 percent restocking fee because we had to exchange something that was there fault. Don't recommend this place at all. Do not buy from them. The love seat I bought was made out of 1/2" plywood, no solid wood at all, and it broke. What did they expect? You sell something made out of cheap plywood and you think it will last? They could not replace it and refuse to refund my money. So instead I bought a better quality sofa and they lied to me about the delivery date. They set a delivery date in two weeks when they NEVER had the sofa in stock. When I asked for my money back they would not and instead set another delivery date for a few days later and still did not have the sofa in stock. They now were telling me it would be 6 to 8 weeks. What I can not understand is why make a promise to deliver on Monday when you do not have the sofa in stock? This time I demanded my money back and it took them 5 days to refund my debit card even though though they told me three days. They blames my bank instead, they told me that my bank held up my refund, I called my bank they said no they did not, that mif there was a refund they they would credit immediately. The only refund I got was only the additional $1100 I paid, not the original $950 I paid. i decided to spend some of that money on a full size mattress, they problem is that the sales person kept sitting on very bed, moving to the next bed, sitting down, moving to the next bed, sitting down as I was trying to find the right one. Finally I decided to buy a full size bedroom set, just get something and walk away from these clowns. When it was delivered it was defective! The holes for the headboard were not drilled correctly, it was 5 or 6 inches difference. So the rails were at different heights. If a manufacture will not take the time to drill two holes correctly then DO NOT buy it. These people are a nightmare and want to blame Covid-19 on everything. What Living Spaces does not understand it that all companies are having issues because of the pandemic. Yet, not all companies make mistake after mistake because of it.
