    Purchased a sofa and warranty less than 2yrs ago. Claim was denied because I filed too late. Would not recommend.

    If I can give this place a negative number, that's what this place deserves. Even the sales person Jaymie, started with just lies. We have been waiting patiently for a month for our couches. No one inform us that our couch was no longer available. Until we decided to call their office. No courtesy call or anything to inform us about it. Not only did we purchase a recliner to match the sofas we had ordered, but now we will be stuck with it and try to match the color for it. I highly not recommend this place at all. You'll just be getting headaches, so to avoid headaches, lies stay away from this place. This company is not to be trusted. All we hear is maybe, maybe, maybe.....

    I reached out to the store twice regarding this and still no response. I won't be buying anything from them again. I don't appreciate employees, whether at Living Spaces or the delivery company, walking on my purchases. What idiot is walking around a warehouse and working barefoot? This is absolutely unacceptable.

    They put a small piece of wood so, it looks like the assembly is bad too.

    This is the second item I bought for Living Spaces that is broken. I bought a bed and piece was missing and, since they didn't have more on inventory, I had to search for a replacement in Amazon. Bad experience.

    Cushion with seam separation.

    Don't Buy "Care Free Warranty" it's a scam. I hate to do this but we purchased a couch from living spaces along with the care free service plan. We had a legit claim on the sofa because one of the seams had separated and I reported it a few days after it happened. In the claim I was trying to help them understand that the cushion may have been fabricated incorrectly because there is a seam on top of the cushion that is not a typical spot for a seam, and it had a lot of stress everytime we used that section of couch. Long story short the seam separated and we tried to just get the cushion cover replaced and they still denied it. Sad to say we did not get the cover replaced and the customer service was terrible. Disappointed in the process all around.

    There are very few "outlet" items scattered throughout. It feels more like a showroom at a distribution center. Even the discounted items aren't much cheaper and they are just mixed in with everything else so you really have to hunt for them.

Cynthia truly delivered on her promise to educate us about what would be best for our alignment so we'd leave there as educated consumers, whether we bought from her or not. She took the time to understand both of our needs and worked with us until we found the perfect fit at a price that worked with our budget. Even better, we were in and out in about 45 minutes with two small children, who happily played in the kids' area the most of the time. We can't wait for our bed to be delivered: an Aireloom M2 Luxury Firm (their version of medium) pillow-top King. I joked with my husband that we'll be sleeping on a cloud starting next week! We asked about financing and he kept saying it's just like a loan but you have to pay it before 3 months to keep the same price or you'll her charged a lot more. I kept asking is it a loan or is it a credit card what is it? He couldn't give me a straight answer but of course my boyfriend decided to follow through and jody insisted on filling out the application for him...later we found out it's a rent to own program where you pay X amount if you pay before 3 months or they charge you triple after that! He said our total would be $800 then it magically said $860 (approximately I don't feel like going through receipts again) so I called him and asked why it went up $60 from the RECEIPT he gave us? He said oh it's just taxes not my problem...WHAT? Why would you give someone an inaccurate receipt? Makes no sense! So here comes delivery...we PAID for delivery it's not a favor so he should follow through on his word! I changed the delivery date to a week earlier and he said yes no problem, so here comes day of delivery and suddenly he can't guarantee it'll be delivered that day? He can't give me an approximate time it'd be delivered so I call him and he answers the phone SUPER RUDELY it's like a whole different person...now that he got the sale he doesn't feel the need to be nice anymore! He pretty much yells at me and tries to make me feel like I'm in the wrong for HIS MISTAKE! To top it all off when I asked what time he says "Maybe today if not tomorrow I guess" I GUESS?! What the actual F...for a business owner he's very unprofessional acting like a teen who doesn't know what they're doing. Finally a day late they deliver our furniture and the SERVICE WE PAID FOR they can't follow through with! These skinny small guys show up and they can't get the couch up to our apartment on their own so my boyfriend has to help them now. Defeating the entire point of paying for the delivery to our apartment (mind you I said it's okay they don't need to assemble since we're on the 3rd floor) so they could've at least done their job alone. We've had our couches for about 3 weeks and the quality is honestly not good! The material is super weak and the cushions are all loose and looked like they've been used for a year already...Overall SUPER disappointing! I considered taking him to small claims court for the delivery fee and additional $60 that "was not his problem" but I honestly don't have time for all that so I figured I leave a review for anyone considering using this guy! If you want to see a narcissist business owner live this is the place guys!

But I wanted to support the local business and I fell in love with the Leather Italia sofa. I was told this was some of the best leather there is. I purchased two couches and they were set up I notice that One sofa was shinny and the other one was dull. After several calls and several appointment missed. They finally came over and took pictures. In about three weeks I got the replacement furniture. I starter to notice a tear on one of the cushions and I notice the head rest on one of the seats started to become discolored. I started to examine all of the seats. There were little specks of discoloration on several cushions. After several calls and several appointments missed they finally came over to take pictures of the tear on the cushion and the places of discoloration. After several calls and messages left I finally dropped by the store. I spoke with a gentleman there who was suppose to be the store manager. He told me leather Italia will not honor the warranty He said the tear on one of the cushion is due to the pressure of weight and when that seat reclines it causes the leather to. Rub against the seat next to it and causes it to tear. The discoloration of the leather is from some kind of hair product. Now mind you there are several spots in areas where no one's head would ever be. And to top it off this was all done over the phone. He said Leather Italia did not provide them with any thing in writing. This is a warning to everyone reading this post that might want to support this company and community business. RUN..... THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. They have force me to take this to another level just so they can honor the warranty.
