I love this store. Clothing and household items are pennies on the dollar and from the cheerful guy who says hello when I come in the door to the helpful fitting room attendants to the cashiers, I have never had anything but wonderful service. This is not a fancy store. It is a place for people who love a bargain and have the patience to look for diamonds in the rough. read more

The Perris DD's just opened today, and so I went there earlier today. When I first walked in I thought what a junk store, but decided to come in and take a closer look. I actually did find some stuff I needed for my car and items for the home at good prices. The clothing items are hit and miss, mostly not my style, but here and there you can find some OK styles. Some of the handbags were alright. I think I may have lost my iPhone4 while I was in this store. I wonder if anyone is going to be contacting me about finding it? I had it nestled inside a little black leather case that has my current contact info. I can only HOPE there might be some nice, honest person out there who will contact me of its' whereabouts. I never used it as a phone, only as a camera, and to store some music. I had some photos that were pretty special ONLY to me, and of course, some music that I dearly love. I am very depressed that I no longer have it with me. I hope someone, somewhere will contact me about my iPHONE4. It means a lot to me. One thing I must warn you is about is to shop DDs during the day ONLY, if possible. It's a much more relaxed, and quiet shopping experience. I went back later this evening, and it all of a sudden sounded like the inside of a Kid's Day Care Center. So much crying, screaming, and loud unruly kids with parents that either were deaf to it, or else too tired to discipline them and teach them how to act in public. I suggest you avoid shopping DD's Perris at night if at all possible if you like a more peaceful shopping atmosphere. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would rude cashier named alliyah she saw one of the items I bought had a washed out tag so she stated she couldn't scan it so asked me if I could get another one I stated no because I have a cart full of stuff with 4 little girls. I asked if Another employee on the floor could go grab one she stated no then proceeded to ring me up, I advised her that I still wanted it and would wait for someone to bring one she copped an attitude I could def tell and I had a feeling she was gonna try something because she was upset so I paid close attention and she tried double charging me for an item I called it out real quick she then rolled her eyes, I know she was upset but that's her job I don't see what the issue was or why she would try to be sneaky and double charge me like I'm an idiot and not gonna catch it I didn't even feel comfortable with her bagging the rest of my stuff because I thought she was going to leave something out on purpose instead of bagging it what a horrible feeling to feel while trying to shop with you're family read more

DO NOT GO HERE! The cashier charged me for something I never brought to the counter & I didn't go home with it. I wanted a refund but the manager took like 20 mins in the office just to offer no resolution. She said the cashier did scan 6 items and you were charged for 6 items. ????? I know that obviously the receipt is proof of purchase ik what I was charged for. They never once apologized. I've worked in customer service before and the rules are to apologize and BELIEVE the customer. She said she'd double check the cameras after offering no resolution but like don't tell me what I already know. I didn't wait all this time just for you to tell me you can't give me a refund. Maybe I sound impatient but I didn't come for them to waste my time & charge me for things I never wanted. Terrible customer service. Start thinking about your customers and their experience. I understand cash refunds are a serious transaction as it messes with the drawer balance but no resolution or alternative was offered. the employees & management are probably dissatisfied & that bleeds into the customer experience. I walked in with my 3 yr old son and was told by the guard/greater there was no food and drinks allowed (odd because they do sell snacks and bottled water) . I told him it was just water which was in a clear plastic bottle with a lid on I just made a hole so my son could drink it with a straw. He said not even water ... WTF!!!! I've never heard of that, that at a store like this, I get fancy places or different types of business but seriously. Even the manager said no water... I've been a million times to Ross and have had my son drinking water or munching on snacks and have never had any issues. I worked retail (with higher end clothes) and never denied a customer water in the store specially if u sell it. read more

As it is this location is not a pleasant place to shop at but now with them changing the policy and not refunding you your money back when you do a return just really has shown how poorly this place is getting. I will not be shopping at DD's anymore. The customer service was terrible and it is poorly stocked. read more

I have been to this DD's a few times and I always find great items for my kitchen and bathrooms. The clothes might be cheap in price but will not last after a few washes, although I have managed to score on some great brand name yoga tops. And I can see why the store might look unorganized and I don't blame the employees at all, it's the customers and specially the ones that let their kids run around like it's a playground. If you can look past the messy issue then you'll be fine shopping here. I only rate 3 stars because of the location, I'm sure if the store was located in another city it would be much well organized. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. So I went in today ended up lossing my car keys when I went to ask "lost prevention" (all this guy did was stand there and greed people") if someone turned in keys he turns to ask the cashier she then tells him to ask me to describe them when I did she said "nop these are not her keys" all while trying to hide the keys so I didn't see them long story short 2.5 hrs later those keys turned out to be my car keys!!! She was so busy trying to "hide" them so I won't see the she didn't even pay attention the my description... even the lady that turned in the keys told me I am pretty sure they are your keys they are the ones you are describing... why would I want to take anyone else's keys all while trying to control my 2 toddles that didn't understand why we where still there. So 2 toddlers with me in 90 degrees weather and this horrible service in there... Never ever stepping foot in this store they showed 0 compasion and didn't even let my daughter use the restroom when they clearly knew I was looking for my car keys for over 2 hrs!! Super frustrated!! I did call once I arrived home and spoke to the manager she apologized but that does not make the situation any better 2.5 hrs I missed my sons baseball game that was a hour and half drive... 3 AAA phone calls (they came out and opened my car because at this point I even though I had left them inside the car) and about 10 trips back to the store and all the stores around this shopping center all because this cashier didn't pay any attention to my key description so horrible!!! I really do hope no one looses anything in this store because the people working here have no compasion or customer service ethics. read more

DD's Discounts has good things at great prices.... true but let me tell you this place is a Dump! This is my second time at this particular location. First time it was a bit unorganized... I was thinking because of recently opening so I gave it a second try . I was there with m daughter Wednesday after 6 pm thinking maybe it wouldn't be that bad but it was worse a complete disaster, unorganized and a pig pen . The management was not on top of things I believe the manager her self has no clue how to keep a retail store running smoothly. It makes the hemet location look 100% . I will never take my business to the perris location ever again. The ladie in the pink shirt I believe was manager and she her self looked washed up and drained I think corporate needs to look into being more selective in having just any plain Jane run business, the woman her self looked like trash. Don't bring your business here, I rather drive to another location. I think ima call corporate my self. I don't know why now days they hire anyone with no experience. This store just opened and it looks like trash already!. I circled the entire store, on my way out got to the middle by the checkouts and bam! Almost fell from a curtain rod placed at the bottom of a basket. With all the full baskets of junk looks like 1/2 the store was placed right there I'm assuming go backs. I will give them the benefit of the doubt it is 4th of July and maybe DD's don't wanna pay its employees holiday time. I'll give it one more try later next week or so. If it still looks like this, guess there goes the neighborhood! Ghetto. I'll keep rolling somewhere else. read more

Since this store has opened up I have visited about 3 or 4 times . I do admit the store was really messy when it opened but that's people's fault not the workers, everyone went wild at the opening and just took everything ! I give employees props honestly , the times I have gone it was really nice and clean . The isles are so tiny only on cart can fit, but there plenty of stuff . I found some really great deals here, and as an MA the variety of scrubs that they have are really nice as well as house and kitchen supplies . Really nice variety , I like to come towards the late evening that's when it's the least packed so it's a perfect time to shop and look around . Give this store a chance , I liked it very much , it just opened so I'm pretty sure they are still getting used to things . read more

There are reasons store is trashed and why its still better than Moreno Valley location.which is generally cleaner. They staff store based on payroll and anticipated sales. Since this location was not open last year they have nothing to base this on nor can they adjust payroll for a store with no history. by this time next year that should be fixed. When store does not have enough staff for both registers and recovery (picking up items etc) they put people on registers when the line gets beyond two or three customers (for your convenience). to add to this if us customers did not throw the merchandise on floor it would not be there to trip over.It sour fault too. Moreno Valley, Riverside etc have same problem. Its not the people who work there trashing store its us! If they spent more time cleaning we would wait forever at check out! DD's has great prices and the staff at Perris location are by far the niciest let give them same respect we expect from them. Again I suspect this will improve by this time next year read more
