It has remained embedded through numerous carpet cleanings we've had done over the years of renting this home. Rich Dallesandro, the fabulous repairman our landlords use for our rental, referred us to Michael Clevenger, The Cleaning Monkey, 623-986-0170. He stated that Michael is the best and would get the dark path out of the hall carpet. So, we gave him a call, which was the best decision we ever made! Michael Clevenger came over to give us a free, detailed estimate, explaining everything he would be doing in his 16-Step Un-Matched Cleaning Process. The Process also guaranteed his work and that he would come back as often as needed to ensure we are happy with their services for a year! He was quite friendly, caring, and professional, and he treated us like family. He took extra caring steps like protecting the wall corners. He was exceptional in his attention to detail. He listened to everything we were concerned about with our carpet and made sure he took care of it all. Our carpets now look better than they ever have.
