There are a lot of sketchy businesses out there. However I have to say Eric put me at ease. I had a lot going on at the time he arrived and didn't know what to expect. Were they going to do the job correctly? What was the process? Was I going to get overcharged? I have has so many bad experiences this month and really did not want another. I have to say... they came... worked hard... and Eric addresses all my concerns and will most likely be back.... again and again. They definitely have a repeat customer. This pool was not the worst, but definitely not the easiest and I just got here 30 days ago and paying to clean up someone elses mess for the past 10 years. They did not complain. They did not stop. The transformation was amazing as I sat inside and watched them wave their magic ends and make my pool look good. Jolene in the office was nice as well. No one pushed me about payment. No one overcharged me. Now I'm leaving this review before they even finish because I am already so pleased. I was then advised to speak with Frank, the Owner, who at first, was very easy to work with. He answered any questions I had in a timely manner and was willing to work with me in purchasing my Boss's products for his pool. We purchase the Aqua Guard and at last minute, he also gave us the option to hire him to apply the product for us. We weren't given specific instructions on what was needed in order for him to do the project, therefore, we did not submit any special documents as no requests were given. We were charged for the full scope of work BEFORE the job even began and were also charged for their lodging, which we didn't know were responsible for. On top of that, we had already purchased all the products through Frank. He flew here to Vegas and met with my Boss who is the owner of the home and rather than telling us the truth about not being able to work on the pool at that time, he said he'd be back the next day because we didn't have the man power to do the job alone. He then reached out to me, not in regards to the project, but asked to take me to dinner. I found it unprofessional and did not look great on his behalf as he was also a married man. Of course, I did not meet with him for dinner, but the next i spoke with him, he informed me that he was unable to do the job and that we would still be responsible for paying for everything including the full remainder of his lodging to basically do nothing. He didn't do one scope of work, didn't even touch our pool, on top of that, made us pay for what just seemed to be a leisure travel rather than business as he did not even do one work for us and was charged for the full amount. He said he would work with us and in "work with us", he though it would be fair to accommodate a refund of just $200 back to us when the entire project including the products was over $6,000. We do not recommend working with this company to anyone! Worst experience ever and unprofessional.

The grout does not match and coping is a completely different color. I have given Frank a chance to come fix and repair and he completely ignors me and obviously refuses to come back. Would not recommend. Companies should want to have customers satisfied and Frank clearly does not care. Heres just a few pictures of this companys work ... would not recommend. Pictures says it all. I am in the process of taking pics of all of the uneven tiles.
