It was gross, and very un healthy. After the Spa turned green my past Pool cleaning company just walked away, and did nothing about it. They did not care ! So I looked on line and chose Westcoast Pool Cleaning in Beaumont, CA to come to my house and to clean out the green algae from my Spa, caulk the open tile holes all the way around the Spa, and then re-fill the Spa with fresh new water and chemicals. David did everything I asked him to do in only 6 days. My former Pool cleaning company could not finish everything that David did in 10 months. We had several companies…read morecome out for a quote on putting in a pool and a lot of them are only looking to triple what your actual budget is. We had a lot of companies come out and some even told us right out the gate that their min to start any project was $50k which was way out of our budget. Just as having a pool seemed out of reach we found this company through Viking Fiberglass pools. They assured us no job was too small. There's the salesman Ray who is very friendly, personable and really does try to work with what you have. Then there's the other Ray who is the owner who is also super nice, hard working and stick to your word kind of guy. We had ran into some issues with having to move Sewer pipes and they were able to help us out. There was a little miscommunication with regards to a cost of grading and extra dirt removal however the Owner Ray was very patient and they stuck by their word gave us the credit and even a solar pool cover at their cost vs. the retail price we had been shopping around for. We are still working on the rest of the yard and will post a picture once completed but overall my experience with this company was really good. Very affordable, give you lots of options to work within your budget and very patient. Every day after job site they picked up and left is super clean. Not once ever a mess or a hazard which was important to us since we have 2 dogs and kids running around. My only regret was not being able to just have them do the whole backyard in one shot.

He sold me on the fact that my pool…read morewould be installed in 3-4 weeks, and I was traveling a bit at the time, but he promised he would have it done on time and would not work on it while i was gone. Three months later they delivered the pool, it was one delay after the other(mind you almost all the work was done while i was gone, i will chalk it up to coincidence) I thought I was almost done, which was good because summer was pretty much over at this point. but this is where the hassle really started. I had showed him pictures of the coping i wanted when I signed the Contract, I paid for stamped and colored coping in the contract. At this point Ray told me it was impossible to do that coping on my pool because it was fiberglass, I showed him the photo again which came from a website that sold forums for fiberglass pools, at this point I was texting hime daily to come pour the concrete which he made excuse after excuse. after a month of this I got fed up and had another contractor who had never done a fiberglass pool coping come pour it. Ray ended up putting a lien on my house, demanding that I pay the full remaining balance of the contract, I offered to pay him up to pouring the concrete, but nothing pas that because that was all the work he had done. Later Rays Pool put a mechanics lien on my house, and tried to sue me for the balance of the contract. however he did not read his own contract because there was an arbitration clause in it. so the court sent us to arbitration, before which Ray agreed to drop his case if I paid him half of the contract value if he removed the lien from my house. At this point both Ray and his Attorney stopped responding to my attorney. Fast forward 3 years, now my pool has developed a major leak, and for all practical purposes I have no warranty, I had to contact my second bid to install my pool to come fix it. I really hope Rays pool has improved over the years but I am not holding my breath

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY. Response: What a liar . When I asked you if the startup was easy, you said it was. All I had to do was follow the instructions you provided . Those instructions I asked for numerous times btw. I asked if I should get a professional or if you had anyone in mind when we were on the phone. You said you would get back to me but said it was pretty simple and I just needed to follow the instructions to the tee, which I did . I never got a response back if you had anyone in mind and that's when I had to text you for the instructions, which you finally provided. I also know there was another customer of yours that went through the same thing. You were always hard to get a hold of and had to ask you numerous times on which day and time you or your crew would show up. Also, you remodeled my pool in February, finished the job February 7th, water was filled by February 8th. I notified you about the problem on February 28th. So, I have no idea where you get eight months from. It was DAYS that I notified you of the problem, not eight months. Just goes to show you how unorganized and unaware you are . Plus, it's July and I'm doing this yelp review , that's five months . I have the text messages to prove it . Also, you never addressed the other problems your company created. The damages to my cement that hasn't come out. So, no you do not provide your customers with professionalism, quality work or honest service . Stop trying to put a show on for yelp. I Had a heater issue and when the service tech came to service the pool they mentioned they had deserted the system and the heater was working fine again so I asked them to keep the service fee for the day and not service the pool until the next week yet they sent me a bill for $120 just to reset it and were asking me to pay another $120 to service the pool. Keep in mind this all happened days later after I had to call and ask when they were going to come to service the pool. Never using them again.
